Salesman Josh took his time to show us every vehicle we were interested in. He was patient and understanding as we are not very quick to make a decision. Also, the play are for the kids made our experience much easier while we shopped with a 6 & 7 year old. Go see Josh!
Was in the market for a nice low miles used car. Got in contact with Justin Myrick at the Troy dealership and he had a couple options that fit my needs. Went and test drove a couple vehicles and found the one i liked it was just a little out of my budget. Went home and did some research and talked to Justin a little more and realized he had the best deal on that vehicle around. Went back a couple days later and purchased the vehicle. Justin is very knowledgeable and very helpful in the car buying process. This is the second time we have done business with him and will definitely contact him for all our future car needs.

I have a very difficult schedule to work around and therefore require a lot of electronic communication (vs coming into the dealership). Mr. Julian London was the recepient of my initial electronic communication, and we could not be more thankful! He is incredibly responsive, very respectful, knowledgeable, and customer focused! We stopped by the dealership to look at a car, and it ended up not being exactly what we were looking for, so instead of giving up (like many dealerships would), he kept working with us and the end result - a much nicer car than we ever thought we could be in for the payment we were looking for - so we are ecstatic with our Lincoln MKX! We also had the pleasure of meeting Scott who was very genuine and ensured our visit met our expectations - which it far surpassed! Again, we could not be more happy and excited about how easy this car buying process was, and the car we drove away in! Will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade our other car and would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!
One week after my 2015 Super Duty purchase, I do not believe any dealer could have made a deal better than the one from Montgomery Motors. In for a routine car service, I checked on some used trucks for a future purchase. I say future but working with Candice Vanore we made it happen sooner. I live an hour from the dealership. Candice worked with me via calls and text coming up with a deal that was hard to pass up. This is my third vehicle purchase in four years from this Troy dealership and my second from Candice. Give Candice a call for an enjoyable shopping experience. The finance manager Julian London is also a pleasure to work with. Excellent staff, from the salesman, sales manager, finance, and the people that greet you at the door. Tom Boyer (sales manager) and Greg Davis were both instrumental in helping me secure the best price point for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara purchase. They also provided me with consistent updating on the build and shipping of the new vehicle. John Cauble and Scott Spainhour were excellent in obtaining financing for me at my preferred source and they matched warranty quotes on my extended warranty. The entire team worked in harmony together to assist one another as I progressed through this process. Everyone was energetic and professional the entire time. What a great team Hendrick has ! Stuart was so nice when I first called to ask about the vehicle. I went to purchase the vehicle and was given top of the line service. He came out in the ran to get me and my family out our car. He offered us snacks and drinks while we waited. He careful explained all paperwork to us. I will be sending many people to Stuart in the future
I had brought my used Jeep about 2 weeks prior. I later found out something was leaking in my passenger floor. I called and they told me to come right in... not only did they fix my issue (sills were leaking) but they put me in a rental, kept in touch, and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. That???s just the service team. I also had some amazing people who helped with my car buying experience. They were all very patient with me and answered the many questions I asked over and over

Was turning in an end of lease vehicle (an Acura), leased from another Hendrick dealership (Acura), not this one, but was promised the same end of lease benefits that the original dealer/finance co. was offering. It was one of the reasons we chose this dealership instead of going back to the original. Got charged end of lease fees not expected. Very disappointed because the remainder of the dealings with this dealership were really good and I thought I had a dealership I could count on for many years to come. Made an appointment at a specific time with a specific sales person, got there waited over the appt time and got another sales rep. Defeated the purpose of making an appt.
Hard the rate, not sure how the rest of the place is, but when you go in with the internet and you are looking for the best deal, you find a good deal and then they change the internet price with you sitting there in the salesman booth by 3000 dollars. I didn't think of it until I left, but that it fine they do not have my business.
From the moment we walked onto the lot we were treated with the best customer service that continued throughout our visit and buying process. Jace greeted us with a smile and actually listened to our needs and concerns. I wish every buying experience could be exactly like this. Make sure you ask for Jace the next time you need a professional with First Class service. Love our new car !
