My husband takes his car there for service all the time but this time he was busy and I helped him out by taking it for him. I now know why he loves that place. Service is excellent. Everyone there is so helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you’re happy.

Owns this car
*Crew Cab Laramie - gorgeous truck. Get a lot of compliments on it. Finish is very good.
*HEMI has a lot of power. Goes well with the 8-speed transmission. Both have been trouble free. Averaging around 18 mpg overall. Very reliable. Back Up Cam is useful towing - you can watch your trailer / load on the screen.
*Interior is plush, especially for a truck. Roomy - back seating area is like a Checker Marathon cab. Lots of useful creature comforts. Love the floor storage in the rear, Lots of cupholders - happy riders.
*Things to watch for;
**Moisture / condensation on windshield. Needs to be wiped off occasionally. No "leaks" found".
**Condensation at rear window (with moving center section).
--Irritating things;
--Only bed front stake pockets have OEM covers. Need to locate / purchase covers for rear stake pockets - on a $60K+ truck?
--"All painted nose" means plenty of paint chips to cover / fill. Dr Color Chip = exact color match.
--Towing Assist is a PITA - it will stop the truck dead backing up with a trailer if it's not disabled.
Overall, very good truck. Hauls, tows and carries without issue. Rides like a luxury car. Like any vehicle, it has minor irritating issues that are easily worked around.
Don't be surprised if you can't get it into your garage. My Laramie Crew Cab with the 6'4" box is 23'8" long. The garage is 24'. Be so advised.
