Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ProsperReviews
Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Prosper review
From the moment I walked in, the sales associate was ready with the car and made the entire process effortless. The test drive was exactly what I wanted — no interruptions, no pressure. I was able to really listen to the vehicle and enjoy the drive, and it was a wonderful experience. The manager was just as impressive. He respected my time and went straight to the out‑the‑door price. No strange fees, no unwanted warranties — just the state tax and state fees. Simple, honest, and transparent. This is a great dealership, and I will definitely refer my friends.

AutoSavvy Fort WorthReviews
AutoSavvy Fort Worth review
I drove off in my 2023 Kia Telluride from the Fort Worth dealership feeling genuinely happy with the whole experience. Breanna and Amelia were great at listening, setting up a relaxed test drive, and guiding my husband and myself through financing without any pressure. Amelia went above and beyond helping me find the right vehicle for us. The SUV was spotless at pickup and the team kept me updated, so I'd definitely recommend them if you're shopping for a Telluride.

Bob Tomes FordReviews
Bob Tomes Ford review
We had such a great experience with Joseph Johnson at Bob Tomes Ford. Joseph recently took over our account after the person we had previously been working with was no longer there. When we came in, we were told our balance was over $900 because of work that had been done but had not actually been approved by us. Joseph took the time to talk with management, go back through everything with my husband, and make sure we were only charged for the work my husband had actually authorized. What stood out most was Joseph repeatedly saying, “That’s what’s fair,” and, “If it were me, that’s what I would want done.” That really says everything about the kind of person he is. He could have simply told us what the balance was and moved on, but instead he advocated for us and made sure we were treated fairly. We are incredibly appreciative of his honesty, integrity, and willingness to do the right thing. Bob Tomes Ford is very fortunate to have Joseph, and we are so thankful he is the one taking care of our account now. Highly recommend asking for him!

Very professional and friendly. Car was waiting for me when I arrived. They went out of their way to help me with my leased truck. I would recommend their dealership to anyone,
2024 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck used from the dealer. It was used as a rental and had 49,000 miles. The interior was like new. The exterior had normal wear as a truck would. The dealer did paint touch-ups for me, which was extremely nice of them. We had been working together for months to get me into the right truck. The first week I had it, I drove it a few hundred miles over the weekend to pick up my 30-ft travel trailer, and it pulled it home with no issues. Great power, everything worked as it should with no problems whatsoever. It is still working and running great. No matter what vehicle you buy, used or brand-new, it's not perfect. Sometimes you get lucky. I have had vehicles that are lemons, and one like my Ford Explorer Sport that ran great for over 20 years. Hopefully, this RAM will do the same.

Glenn Polk Autoplex CDJRReviews
Glenn Polk Autoplex CDJR review
They say that when something is meant to be it will happen in just the right moment. I was searching for a new car that would fit my budget, fit my family and be something I would enjoy. During the process I had saved several vehicles to come back and look at more in depth to find one that would check all of the boxes even if it meant driving to get it. I got a notification that a Durango I looked at had a price change, so I reached out to the dealership because it put the vehicle within reach of my budget. They got me in touch with Paul and I asked if there was any way that he could send me some pictures because there were only 2 pictures in the listing. He let me know that pictures had just been taken that morning, but he would also take a few others and text them to me. The car was exactly what I needed, but with the final numbers in place we were going to be a tad over my budget. Thankfully they were able to work with me to get the out the door price in my budget and even arranged to have it delivered to me the next day 4 hours away. Paul let me know that I had the option to decline the purchase if I had any concerns with the vehicle and the driver was great about working with me so that we could do the delivery during my lunch break. Over the years I have purchased several vehicles, but this was by far the best experience even in the midst of them working my deal while experiencing computer issues. The professionalism and courtesy from the team was so much more than I expected after experiences with other dealerships. Thank you to everyone that helped make my deal possible and in my driveway without making me stress the drive to pick it up with 5 kids in tow.

Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge RamReviews
Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
Purchasing a vehicle from out of state can be a bit intimidating, but my experience with Richardson CJDR was excellent from start to finish. The sales team and management were professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, provided the information I needed to make an informed decision, and never made me feel pressured. Communication was timely, and they worked with me through all of the details that come with an out-of-state purchase. Even after the sale, they continued to provide great customer service by helping coordinate paperwork and making sure everything was handled correctly. It’s clear they value their customers beyond just making the sale. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from Richardson CJDR, even if you don’t live nearby, I would not hesitate to recommend them. They made what could have been a complicated process smooth and straightforward.
