J & M Automotive review
Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.
2024 RAM ProMaster 2500 review
Ram Pro-master 2500 is a best solution for someone to start your own business or used this van for family trips, very spacious, drive smooth, feels very nice and safe with all the panoramic view from the front windshield.

Full Throttle PowersportsReviews
Full Throttle Powersports review
I recently purchased a used 2015 Toyota 4Runner from Full Throttle PowerSports. Overall, the experience was mixed but worth sharing for others considering buying from this dealership. Pros: The sales team was friendly and low-pressure, which made browsing their inventory feel relaxed and comfortable. If you're someone who doesn't like being hounded by pushy sales tactics, this is a good place to go. They also have a unique and interesting selection of vehicles on the lot. Baker from the dealership stood out for being especially fair and reasonable when post-purchase issues arose. Suggestions & Cautions: While the customer service was pleasant, I didn’t receive much detailed information about the vehicle itself, so I highly recommend doing your own research before heading in. Be prepared with questions and know the car’s background in advance. Communication-wise, skip the online chat and email—neither worked well for me. Calling the dealership directly is the best way to get a timely and clear response. I did run into some problems shortly after bringing the vehicle home, including needed repairs that continued over a few visits. Thankfully, Baker was helpful in resolving things fairly, but I can’t recommend their service department based on my experience. One big red flag came during financing. Rodney, who handles that side (under Prime Wheels), insisted I had to purchase a two-year warranty—costing nearly $3,000—or my loan through Westlake would be denied. This is absolutely not true; I’ve been approved by Westlake at other dealerships without being forced into buying a warranty. I felt pressured, and while he did lower the cost to fit my budget, I only agreed out of desperation and convenience. Bottom Line: If you're looking for a no-pressure buying environment with a cool selection of cars, Full Throttle is worth a visit—but do your homework ahead of time, be cautious during financing, and don’t rely on their service department. With the right prep, you could walk away with a solid deal, just stay sharp and advocate for yourself.

Green Light Auto Sales review
Travis from Green Light Auto Sales, in Bethany CT, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase and even kept it within my budget. I couldn't be happier with this car, and thus far it drives great and looks practically new. They curate some of the finest used cars I've seen, and mine is no exception. Travis is an asset to the company, friendly and super helpful, and Carlos was professional and even made sure I was able to safely return my rental car, so the whole experience was seamless and I left there feeling like family. These guys will do you right and seek to find you your perfect fit. They were even amenable to having me get a thorough inspection with a mechanic, before my purchase, so as to feel confident in my investment, which is a sign of high integrity in my book. Thanks again for such a wonderful car that suits my needs and for getting me back on the road in style. Five Stars all the way! ~VCP

Full Throttle PowersportsReviews
Full Throttle Powersports review
I recently bought a vehicle from Full Throttle Powersports in South Windsor, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked through the doors and saw the car I had been wanting for years, the staff treated me with genuine respect and enthusiasm. Koster Rivera and Baker Albaz weren’t just trying to make a sale (they really didn’t have to; I was already hooked); they were focused on helping me find the right ride for my needs. Koster and Baker were incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions without pressure or upselling. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and refreshingly straightforward. He walked me through every step, making sure I was comfortable and informed the whole time. The car I purchased has exceeded my expectations in every way - performance, condition, and value. It’s clear that Full Throttle Powersports takes pride in offering top-quality vehicles and stands behind what they sell. If you’re in the market for a new ride and want a no-nonsense, high-quality buying experience with people who actually care, I highly recommend checking out Full Throttle Powersports. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next upgrade. When you go in to buy your next vehicle or to go look around, tell Koster and Baker I said hello. Oh yeah - I ended up buying a 2022 Dodge Durango SRT 392 - Destroyer Grey! Beautiful vehicle. Be well - K&D

Shoreline Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Overall, a good honest dealership. I had a predefined monthly spending limit and Josh worked his magic and got me the monthly payment to meet that number. His can-do attitude made this deal happen and got us the car. The finance manager Alex was also a pleasure to work with and made our car buying experience much less painful that I have experienced in past years with other dealers. There is no pressure from the sales team to buy and were up front with everything. No hidden agenda. I would recommend buying new or used vehicles from this dealer without hesitation and for that I’m giving them 5 out of 5 stars.

Valenti JeepReviews
Valenti Jeep review
My salesman, Jim, guided me patiently through the long process of ordering, tracking, and awaiting the arrival of my new Bronco Sport. Despite various snags due to semiconductors and to a windshield broken during transit, Jim and the folks of Valenti ultimately offered a fair deal at list price on a great new vehicle. Jim also walked me through all of the car's unique features upon delivery, linked my phone for me, programmed my keyless entry passcode, and set up my FordPass. My only recommendation: initiate communications with customers like me who face long waits due to supply chain issues. A little initiative, information and reassurance can go a long way!
