Russell welcomed me, listened to my needs, and had me out in just over 5 minutes. Oil filter, air cabin filters, windshield wipers and a car wash. Didn’t have an appointment. Will make sure to do that next time.
I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).
I have purchased 3 cars at Nissan of McKinney. Although I shopped around, I just love Nissan's! They are awesome vehicles, anything you might need from small to a large SUV. I purchased a Nissan Altima SR and this is my favorite car I have ever owned. Thank you!
I called in on Wednesday morning and Ken answered the call. He was able to keep up with my questions and what I wanted in my car. I also let him know my mother bought her Civic here back in 2012 so if they???re as good to me as they are to her, they have a customer for life. Needless to say Ken was absolutely amazing. He answered every single question my boyfriend and I had and wasn???t pushy at all. He worked with us on the trade value of my 2013 Soul and I left with a gorgeous brand new 2018 Civic Thursday night. Ken stayed well after hours to explain everything the car can do and I can tell everyone for a fact that most sales people won???t do that.
The sales person Jay who was with us was amazing .. undoubtedly he did his best and is still helpful when in need 😍 .. the PROBLEM we had was with the FINANCIAL HEAD who at the crucial moment after finalizing everything kept a check that we had to opt for financing only in the bank they stated with highest APR and was forced to select the highest repayment period .. so just be mindful during the final moments before signing the papers .. THE FIVE STAR HERE IS FOR THE SALES PERSON ONLY
After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!
I like the truck I bought. Thought it should come with tie downs and a hitch but I guess you have to spend extra for that. I bought the truck on a rainy night so it didn’t get cleaned. Been back a couple times since and I guess they just don’t want to wash it even when it’s written on an order to do so. They did change a cracked tail light that was unnoticed which I appreciate. I paid for some tie downs but they weren’t ordered after I left costing me a wasted trip, but they are making that right now. So overall it’s ok. But the service and parts departments are struggling customer service wise.
You’ll never meet more friendly people than the good folks at this dealership. No high pressure sales tactics, just true professionalism and fair pricing. You’ll always leave with a smile on your face.
I believe the greatest compliment that can be given a dealership is a return purchase. Bought my second vehicle from Southwest Ford today. Don Rice was our salesman and he really deserves 5 stars for the way he lead me through the entire process. Drove away very satisfied with a new Ford Edge. Highly recommend this dealership and this salesman.
I thought they might wash my car, but they washed and completely vacuumed my car. It was spotless and beautiful. I got much more than I ever expected. The service people were all extremely nice and helpful. Thanks again Sewell staff!
