2017 Mazda Mazda6 review
I bought my 2017 Mazda 6 Touring new, and have absolutely loved the car. It looks amazing, the interior feels like a much more expensive car. It's also fun to drive- agile, smooth, athletic. It's not a "fast" car per se, but it's fast enough, and has great chassis dynamics. It has been bulletproof, not a single issue with it. Gas mileage is quite good, too. The only criticism I have is that the original tires were too noisy. I switched to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 season, and they are much better.

2015 Dodge Charger review
I've owned my '15 Dodge Charger SXT Plus Rallye for over 2 years. Have not EVER had a problem with it and still enjoy getting in it and driving. Great response time and acceleration. Sexy body style. The staff at the Golden Valley location left me speechless. This is my second car that I bought from Rudy Luther Golden Valley and the customer service is beyond amazing. I take my car there for oil change and any other maintenance that I need done and I always leave the shop/store feeling complete but On Friday, April 24 was different. I contacted the shop that morning in regards to my cars under trey dragging when I was driving my car that I discovered day before. I explained this to Cameron A (2115) an advisor of Rudy Luther Toyota. I explained why I was calling and also explained what I found out (this can happen when getting an oil change- which I had just had done) before I called. Cameron listened to me, and was empathetic about the situation. He asked me if he could call me back in 15 min because he needed to consult with his manager, Mia. I told him “ok” & waited for him to call me back. Ten minutes later Cameron called me back and said “bring your car in and we will re-attach the under trey”, I responded “really? Wow thank you.” And then I thought, I can’t drive it because the under trey will drag and I don’t want it to be ruined. I asked Cameron that question, he told me that someone can come over to my place right now & zip tie the trey enough for me to drive my car over to the shop which I was ok with. Fast forward- I drive my car over to the shop and am met by an employee by the name of Tra who helped check my car in. I was asked if I was going to wait while my car gets worked on or do I need to get home. I said “yes, I needed to get home” & asked “how much does it cost to rent a car while the car is worked on?” & Cameron said “don’t worry- there isn’t a charge”, so I said “I’ll take the rental car”. An hour later I receive a text with a video from the mechanic working on my car and he showed me in the video where exactly the oil comes out for when I had my oil change and the under tray doesn’t need to be removed. My original thought that the oil change I just had done by RL Toyota is why this happened couldn’t be the case. I have know idea how it happened, but I do know is Cameron took care of me yesterday. I am so grateful for him and his kindness. Cameron-Thank you from the bottom (& the top too) of my heart for your help with my car yesterday. Words can not describe how thankful I am.

2023 BMW M340 review
As fast as my 911 but I can drive it in the winter without special tires. Great suspension, brakes and gas mileage. HK stereo is terrific. Wonderful value. I only wish the sport seats were a bit wider.

2021 BMW M340 review
The word economy on M Performance car might look strange, but as a daily driver, its very important part. You can turn on eco-pro mode, and the car will transfer from extremely powerful and quick beast into a fuel sipping hybrid, that was doing 31 mpg on my highway tests. So far, I can tell that the technology in the car is amazing. Very thought of in many situations, that i am still discovering. I have it with executive package, that adds some nice things like heads up display, etc. I would say that its a must for those cars. At least a premium package is what you want here. Sound with HK system is very good. Clean, and powerful enough. Handling is amazing. Especially if you have M adaptive suspension pack. Good space for 4 and good trunk space as well. Voice communication is much more refined than previous generations. Wireless apple car play is a nice thing too. In a few words - love this car.

2016 Subaru WRX STI review
Very good power, fantastic AWD system, goes very well in snow. Keeps up with V8 cars and can go threw snow like a truck. Only downside is fuel economy is poor for a 4 Cylinder and loud road noise.

2014 Cadillac XTS review
I brought my 2014 Cadillac XTS in 2021 with only 17,000 miles on it and I now have 77,000 miles on it. The only complaint I have is when I took it to the dealer to get a headlight changed the service manager told me the whole front end of the car had to be taken apart to change that headlight and one of the mechanics overheard him and came over and said that’s not true so the mechanic showed him how by removing three screws you could get access to the LED headlight and it still cost $500 because the bulb itself was somewhere around 400! Now at 77,000 miles if you’re thinking about buying one make sure the struts and the leveling compressor are all in perfect shape. At 77,000 miles I am looking at $3000 to replace the rear struts and. Another 2200 for the front struts and up to 3000 for the air compressor if that is bad so you could be looking at six to $8000 for four struts , and a compressor! I’m selling the car as is.

2021 Subaru WRX STI review
I’ve owned for 3 years already, and being honest it’s a painful, wallet draining car. Such a blast to drive and own but will make you spend money if you abuse it too much. 2021 Toyota Camry Hybrid review
I love this sporty mile and the great mileage. The black/white combination and red leather inside is superb. Only things I don't love: very low to the ground car, doesn't easily go over driveways, hits curbs a lot. Also, the tires easily shred if you go over or even brush against a curb. I've had to replace several of them so far. Also, not a good turning radius compared to my previous cars. Need lots of space to turn, as in pulling out of my driveway and getting on the road. I must also mention that there's an airbag recall on the passenger side with NO fix available at this time.

I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour! 2021 Toyota Avalon Hybrid review
I have the 2021 XSE Nightshade edition. Runs super smooth and great for long trips. Bought it new and have had no issues only compliments from other Toyota owners. This car will probably outlast me. Gas mileage is awesome. Less power but that’s what you sacrifice when getting the hybrid so it’s worth the trade off.

2018 Lincoln MKZ review
I bought the Reserve trim with the Tech package, Climate Package, 3.0l Twin Turbo V6, and AWD. Overall - This is a take on the modern American midsize luxury sedan that accidentally became the fastest vehicle Lincoln has ever made. Comfort - The seats in the MKZ feel more akin to a neatly fitted recliner with its many leavers to get the perfect position. It might take a few moments to get everything just right, but when you do, it's like sitting on a fluffy golden retriever. Its warm, comfortable, and always happy to see you. Drivability - This is an easy vehicle to drive. The AWD is great for putting the power down and not getting stuck on ice or mud. The handling is soft enough to put the family to sleep at the end of the day. Great visibility, easy to drive at night even in the rain. Interior - The inside looks, feels, and fits the price of this car and not the typical cheap American sedan. Touch points are nice. The inputs work how you would expect them to work. The return of physical buttons and knobs are welcome one, I much rather have the controls of a 4th generation fighter jet over a smart phone. Tech - The tech is fine. Blindspot is fine. Radar cruise control is fine. The auto high beams is fine. The touch screen OS is hopeless. The backup camera is fine. The stereo is fine. Performance - This is my favorite part of the car. Keep it in the low RPMs and you are just driving around any plain whatever V6 sedan. Nothing unusual here. Start rolling into the power and at 2750 you will hit max torque of 400 lbft. Planted your foot firmly to the floor and you will get all 400 HP at 5500 RPMs. With some grippy tires, the tested 0-60 is 4.8s. This makes this sedan a bit of a sleeper. Like I said, this version of the MKZ accidently became Lincoln's fastest car. Exterior - The MKZ has been accused of being a "tart" up ford fusion, but this revision is actually different. The MKZ is physically taller, wider, longer, and its own styling. Lincoln's design language is to be subtle and not draw attention. Paint in black with its shiny grill, it looks more like a 2000s jag than a 2010's ford. Reliability - 59000 miles and had to replace a sparkplug cable for an intermit issue. No other issues to report. Value - Used market is where a car like this has a ton of value. 400 hp, fit and finish, comfort you'd expect, and at a price that most could afford. Look at any of its competitors and they will have less features, less power, or cost way more for similar. If you dont want the power, you can find better options, but for the entire package this is difficult to beat.

2023 BMW 760 review
I have had my 2023 M760i since new. Yes 147k is a lot to spend on a car but it’s a lot of car ! I love this big beautiful beauty… I have put 36,000 miles on her in two years and have had a wonderful hassle free enjoyable ride. The service team at BMW of Stratham NH are great ! I’ve only needed oil changes and a couple recalls taken care of. I would buy this car again….

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!
2016 Acura ILX review
Equip with a beautiful duel clutch transmission, this car feels amazing to drive, up until about 40, where the early gears start to lag, but as suggested sport mode or down shifting solves this. Coming from a Honda civic 2017, I can say this car although slightly dated in the inside, feels loads more powerful and comfortable. With seats that hug your body, giving you one of the most comfortable seats out of any car period. The ride itself is great too, although a tad stiff, which in it's self gives it good handling and corning in return. The only big con is the interior is a little dated compared to newer cars, so not a whole lot of smart phone integration besides aux, usb, or Bluetooth, although this means less issues with electrical issues like my old Honda had. Overall I couldn't recommend this car enough, as when buying used it is far cheaper and better than comparative civic models like the ext or si.

2018 BMW 340 review
Bought a used one in November 2023 with 24k miles. Car pulls like a train in any gear. The sport transmission lets you shift and downshift at the moment you press the paddles. There’s no delay. I typically drive the car in sport+. I was able to hit 60 in 4.2 seconds without launch control. I can’t totally speak for reliability but the car so far is good. I have only driven 1000 miles with the car though. The cons I noticed are The dual climate zones don’t have a sync button. So you manually have to change both climate controls, The plastic ac unit cover is pretty flimsy and bends in when you push hard, the trunk button sits a little low for you push when your in the drivers seat. It’s near the front hoodlatch. Most cars have the lock button on the door, for the bmw f30, it’s on top of the hazard lights which is in the center console, also, the Ambient lighting has two lights, orange or white. And both are really dim. Most of these “cons” are personal things. The car drives wonderful and handles amazing. Would recommend this car.

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Team Schaumburg, keep up the great work, each of you understand the true meaning of Customer Service, and that is important to some customers like me who still cherish old school values.
