Bought this 2016 550xi used with a warranty in early 2021. The depreciation on BMWs is almost unreal. Do not buy a new BMW, but 4-5 year old one is right in the depreciation sweet spot...with a warranty for piece of mind, but honestly the last two I had didn't need it. My third BMW used, and it performs great! The V8 is smooth and effortless with unending power and torque. The car is a bit heavy feeling, but sport mode makes it feel a little lighter. Interior is fantastic, and had lots of features. No Apple play until 2017 models, so that’s a downer, but I knew that when made the purchase. Anyway, love the car, love that the previous lessor ate 60% of the depreciation, and I’ll eventually find out if I needed the warranty. But for piece of mind, it was worth it already.

Polite no haggling staff, team should be commended for their service. I did an online appraisal and was happy with the offer. I went to the dealer to have truck inspection, within an hour truck was sold, paid off and I was done.

My 2020 Volvo S90 Inscription came loaded with every available option and I had the dealership install the Polestar software increasing the horsepower and tightening the suspension making this car an absolute joy to drive. The S90 replaced my 4-year old S550 and trumps the Benz in just about every category with the exception of price, perceived status, and cost of ownership and this is coming from someone who has owned no fewer than 19 M-B’s including 11 S and SL class. The S90 seems to be a rare bird and a well-kept secret as I see so few of them in Connecticut. I set out to purchase the new Genesis and even test drove a new 7-series, but when the dust settled, the S90 offered everything that I was looking for in a full size sedan with absolutely no compromise. No one can rival the comfort of a Volvo seat and when paired with the concert level Bowers and Wilkins sound system often finds me taking the long route home. It’s that nice!

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. I was reluctant on buying another S60 as my previous 2012 model had engine issues that led to engine failure at just 120,000 miles. However, with the 2017 model having a new engine and transmission setup, I decided to give it another shot. At 115,000 miles I haven’t experienced any mechanical issues of any sort. The performance is pretty great for the small 2.0 liter engine pumping 240 hp which pairs pretty well with the 8 speed automatic transmission sourced from Toyota. The interior is very beautiful with the real leather seats, however for 2017 it was definitely starting to age. The exterior design is absolutely immaculate, however at 7 years old it has started to experience paint chips leading to minor rust. I wouldn’t 100% blame the paint as rocks and road debris also contributed to this. The comfort in the seats is very amazing, however it’s not perfect as the cabin noise is louder than most other luxury cars. Overall I love this car and have been very pleased with its improved reliability.

I was missing 5 screws from an oil change my wife took to an Oil change establishment. My sales rep showed and identified the problem. I felt good that were going to take care of it. What I didn?t know each screw was going to be $10 each. Not a good look to take care of your new customers.

This vehicle can be placed along side of the Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus, etc. I test drove all of the previously mentioned vehicles and the G90 provides all of what I wanted and with extra features. You get more bang for you buck!!!! No Buyers Remorse on this end!!!!

This is by far the best car for your money, I bought this car used with almost 40k miles and now it’s at 110k miles in about a year and a half. I drive 100-300 miles a day and this car gets around the same gas mileage as my old Hyundai sonata. This car is driven through heavy traffic in Washington DC and the rural countryside on a daily basis and can handle just about anything. This car drives and feels like a Mercedes S class. I travel around the area and I couldn’t think of a more comfortable car to do my job in. I never have to worry about reliability. The only con with this car is that an oil change is about $120 wherever you go (DC Area) and my fog light was knocked out by heavy snow ($25 part). If you’re researching you should definitely buy this car.

I have no complaints. My salesperson, Tony, was easy to work with. My transaction took about 3 hours or so. I the dealership was very clean and comfortable.

I have had car since 2021 and have no problems since purchase. Purchased car with 12500 miles at the time. Right now I am working from home, so not as much mileage daily, but performance is still good.

The sales person was very well knowledgeable and allowed he customer to make decisions at the customer own pace. Roley was very good at his ability to provide good directions in the purchase of a Lexus Vehicle but did offer different suggestions in order for us to decide on the best product with a fair price.

Went in for an oil change and ended up needing additional repairs. My service provider, Sxochill went above and beyond throughout the entire process of updating me and providing me with the information required regarding repairs.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I ordered my 2026 BMW X5 from BMW of West Houston in December. I am a repeat customer. Tommy Luk was my salesperson. Tommy is exceptionally knowledgeable and got me through the demo and ordering process quickly. Tommy kept me up to date with the production status and was always available to answer my questions. When the X5 arrived, Davin Pope and Tommy worked together to prepare the closing documents before my delivery appointment so I got through the process without wasting time or pressuring me to buy unnecessary options. The car is excellent. All you need to do is drive a BMW 750i, and you will not want to drive any other car or SUV - there is no comparison.

One of the best driving experiences. Very comfortable, nice power and great looking car. If you put premium fuel in it you get and 20+ horsepower but you can drive on regular. Great option…..
