My experience working with Jake Olson with the sales team at Luther North Country Ford Lincoln was positive from the beginning. Initially I was just looking to see what the new 2026 Ford Ranger Lariat had to offer over my 2021 model Ranger Lariat and not so much into making a purchase on a new one. After hearing what Jake could do for me with an offer for my 2021 model in trade my interest was piqued and it was a matter of finding one in the right color. They had one that was just ready to be shipped from the factory in the Carbonized Gray Metallic and I was sold. Jake was able to give me a great deal on my trade-in 2021 model and for the additional tonneau cover and spray-on bed liner accessories. The shipping time dragged on a bit longer than anticipated, but it arrived in time for closing on the deal with Jake and getting a basic introduction to all of the bells and whistles. Then finally finishing the paper work with David Latta just before a planned vacation. Needless to say, but I highly recommend Jake and the rest of the sales team at Luther North Country Ford. Getting used to all of the electronics is the most time consuming particularly when it comes to the navigation system, but once you get it all figured out it is a big plus. The system saved time when I was traveling recently and encountered a potential 20 minute trave delay because of construction work. It sent me to a short alternate route to bypass the delay and as a result I arrived at basically the original planned arrival while saving myself from that delay time.
2023 Toyota Highlander review
Solid car that performs good under any condition. Great traveling vehicle for long distance drives. A bit pricey but the reliability makes it worth it, strongly recommend this be chile.

2022 Ford Edge review
I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

2023 Mazda Mazda3 review
The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. 2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. My wife and I came in to look at two vehicles. We were surprised that the General Manager was the one to greet us while I was looking under the first vehicle. Steve was very polite and introduced himself and asked what they could do to help. We had a short conversation and then he grabbed a sales associate, Nick, and both were very accommodating and patient with our inquiries about the used vehicles. They provided hard copies of everything from the Carfax to their own vehicle inspection report for us to review. They were also accommodating while we left to discuss and then came back to have an offsite third-party pre-purchase inspection done on one of the vehicles. We came back with no real issues and closed the sale. We were even the last ones out the door a few minutes after hours. Both Steve and Nick were both there to see us off in our new, to us at least, vehicle. Would defiantly not hesitate to look at Walser again as the service earned my repeat business.
2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
Vehicle replace a 23 year old truck and has so many features that were not even available. Rear camera's and other safety features make this easy to drive even for the vertically challenged.

2021 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. 2023 Honda Passport review
Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

Id payed 17,500 for it in 2017 Rav4 and when I traded it in I got 18,000 for it when I brought a new 2025 rav4,Keeps its value..... I had 2 2017 rav4 and got the same deal 18,000 for it. So I payed 32,000 for 2 rav4 2025...... 34,000 price minus the 18,000 trade in made it 16,000 each one. Like I like got 2 for the price of one.

2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

2018 BMW X2 review
My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

2025 Toyota Prius review
There’s a lot of negative stuff in this review. Be that as it may, I’m happy with the car. Toyota revamped the Prius design for 2025. I was one of the few who liked the previous “space capsule” look - the new one looks a lot like a Tesla 3. It’s fine; not terribly distinctive, but sleek and attractive. I get compliments. They tweaked the mileage with this design, and I know exactly how: it’s smaller. I can’t reach into the rear seat footwell by putting my arm between the seat and the wall; zero room. I can’t rest my elbow on the window sill and place my hand along the top of the window; too short. There’s no glasses holder at the top of the windshield. (And there’s no rear-window wiper. Pretty annoying, but at highway speed the slipstream keeps it clear.) The center console requires that the driver be a contortionist if they hope to use it while driving; and the compartment itself is quite small. I often misjudge how to slip into a parking slot because I sit so much closer to the edge of the car than in previous Prii. All that said, I like it. Mileage is, indeed, good. The ride is comfy, though I’ve never owned a cushy car. I’ve never much liked the steering on the Prius (this is my third), and it feels vague and disconnected, but it’s serviceable. It’s low to the ground, and the driver’s position is low relative to the windows - first car I’ve ever needed a cushion to raise me up to where I could see well enough not to regularly be running over curbs in turns. I use *two* cushions! Never before. The complete suite of safety features is great. I believe that I (and others in the road) are safer for them. Connection with my iPhone is usually seamless. As with most cars, the multitude of computer options can be daunting and frustrating, but a conference with the manual and/or a search engine usually sets things right. Pick-up is actually pretty decent! I feared that my first Prius (2006 I think) would get me run over by a truck if I ever needed to scoot out of the way - very little scooting was available. That’s much better now. And unlike so many other people, I don’t really think about gas prices. On those exceptional trips (mostly downhill, I assume) when I get to my destination and read “Average mileage: 67 MPG” or even 82 rare occasions, I chuckle to myself.

2026 Honda Passport review
I've had the vehicle for 2 weeks. I like it but it's ridiculous the AC is not cold enough because it automatically keeps switching to "woke" mode. Meaning, Economy Drive mode. No way to switch it. Honda needs to fix this. The AC sucks in the 2026 Passport top model

2019 Hyundai TUCSON review
I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
Exterior interior design of this car is absolutely fantastic! I got the premium edition with the premium interior and performance package, including special front air, dam, and Brembo brakes in the front. I couldn’t be happier with this car and in love with it!!! the front seats are a little stiff. Maybe that’s because it only has 5000 miles on it? I just completed a 300 mile trip and loved every mile.

2023 Hyundai PALISADE review

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.
2019 Nissan Leaf review
Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.
