Spencer is amazing to work with. We bought a vehicle from Dollar but had to primarily work over email and phone because we are out of state. Spencer worked with our bank, worked with us, and by the time we arrived all that was left was a test drive...Which was flawless. Super nice guy, very clear with everything, but worked hard to make sure we were taken care of.

I had a failed clutch at 5000 miles on my 2018 WRX and it was replaced full warranty. I really appreciated the fact that I was supplied with a rental for the two days and was given 5 star treatment - Eastside Subaru in Kirkland WA always comes thru for me - their Service and Sales is top notch!. Being a woman driver and having a failed clutch at first brought question I think which is very reasonable having a clutch go out at 5,000 miles on a WRX but really all I got was a casual "so, is this your first stick" ? I answered no and said it was at least my 7th stick since 1981, including a 2002 Boxster, so I knew it wasn't driver error! Also from the beginning my clutch was very stiff so there may have been friction? When I got it back, it is feather light and amazing! OMG it is like a true race car! I love my WRX and Eastside Subaru!
Leo and Bryan were great to do business with. They both came in on a Sunday even though their dealership was closed. There was no pressure to buy and they were willing to wait while I made a decision and ask about other cars they had in stock. Very professional and very good customer service. I’ve already told people I know looking to buy a car to check out the dealership.
I came in thinking I knew what I wanted... I didn't. That's okay though because Cody Taylor was a delight & HE knew! After expressing what I wanted in a car, he pulled up a beautiful car that exceeded my expectations, made it work for me, and I drove away in it later that day. No matter how much of a pain I was, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, & even offered to help me transfer my items! GREAT experience. If you need a car, talk to Cody, he's your guy! I LOVE my car!!

The Service Department at Bruce Titus Subaru will definitely ensure my 1995 Legacy will run another 100,000 miles! Their service writers and mechanics are professionals I can trust. They never try to sell a service my vehicle does not need, and the quality of the service is first-rate. They do such a terrific job with my aging Subaru that I tell them the Bruce Titus Sales team probably won't see me for few more years!
I service my vehicle at Tacoma Subaru for everything. All of the service advisors are always so nice and helpful. The techs are amazing about with their work. Everyone should serive their Subaru at Tacoma Subaru!
I hate car shopping. I HATE it. The people are pushy and there is so much paperwork and it just takes forever. I was so happy at Walker's - it didn't feel like I was buying a car until suddenly I was driving home in my new car! I can't recommend Walker's and Melissa enough. She made the process so easy and stressfree.
Checking your car in for repairs is rushed. I asked to see what the multi point inspection included. The guy said, they didn't having anything written down that he could show me. However, upon check out I was given a multi point inspection form. You are insulted personally if you have an accent or ask questions. I have owned a mini cooper, a kia and a honda I was never treated this bad at any of those dealerships. Regret having purchased my Forster in Kirkland which is a 45 minute drive from home.
We met with Christian who helped us find exactly the kind of car we were looking for. He was very helpful, informative, and we felt no pressure to haggle for a deal. Everyone at Mazda Renton treated us well throughout the purchasing process. We feel we got the deal we were looking for.
We recently came in to buy my third Subaru in a row. Mel was very approachable, great about showing us our options, very patient as I waffled between two cars, and not at all pushy. She also worked with us to negotiate on the trade-in value of our old car. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience at Walker's and would recommend them to others in the market!
This is the second new Subaru I have purchased from Peninsula Subaru. The experience here both times has been quick and non pressure. Andrew was great about getting back to me in a timely manner and helping me find the exact car I was looking for with no pressure. When the car I wanted wasn't going to be in for a week and I had sold my car, he got me a loaner for the interim. When I didn't have time to come down and pick up my car when it arrived, he drove it to my workplace 20 minutes away at my lunch time. If I ever need to purchase a new car again, I will come back to Peninsula Subaru. They truly want to keep business local and work hard at keeping their customers and giving them the best deal in the area. Tory, who answers phones and greet you at the main desk, has tons of energy, is super friendly and spunky, and is a great asset to the dealership. She is an amazing person to begin your experience at Peninsula Subaru.
