2019 Subaru Forester review
I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

Love my Forester only drawback is the tires are made of a soft compound and you only get 25k miles then they need to be replaced.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

We own three Foresters in my family. They all are super cars in any weathers and we have never had any problems with them. We do all service work at the dealership and have been really happy with them.

After driving nothing but Toyotas for the past 30 years, I decided to try a new make / model for my next car. I went to Bruce Bennett Nissan on Sugar Hollow Road in Danbury and wound up working with someone who I found to be extremely professional; & knowledgeable about the Nissan line of cars. This individual is Danny Coscia, Sales Specialist. Danny was extremely pleasant to work with and at no time did I feel pressured, etc. to buy anything. Danny advised me of all available options re: financing: leasing, etc. Danny showed me multiple vehicles and knew what he was talking about. While I am sure that Danny would have gotten a much bigger commission had I decided to finance a new car, I bought a certified used Rogue with cash. Given that Danny spent so much time showing me cars and discussing all facets of car buying, It pains me that this enthusiastic young salesman probably lost out on a well deserved commission. Despite all the time he spent with me and probably getting very little for his efforts that day, Danny was gracious and showed no kind of animosity or disappointment that his efforts were probably not on par with what he may have earned for this deal. If you visit this dealership, which had a wealth of beautiful cars, do yourself a favor and ask to work with Danny. The young lady who addresses financing options, Sarah (?), was also very easy to deal with. I’d recommend this dealership based on their inventory and the fact that they seem to hire good, young people who represent the dealership and the Nissan brand so well.

2019 Subaru Forester review
I’ve driven the Forester before and have been wanting one for two years. So now that it was time for me to give up my 2010 Legacy with 222,000 miles on it, I chose the Forester. The dealer is very customer friendly and very competitive in their pricing, even though I paid 25K plus for a four year old car…vestiges of the used car pandemic pricing. The car drives beautifully, smooth and quiet. I am very happy with my purchase.

2019 Subaru Forester review
I recently had my car stolen and totaled. I actually work for the dealership and enjoy the work I do with the company. Mr krohn has been helping me out for the past month and a half with a car. It has been difficult but with the patience and time he has given my mom and I, I could not be more grateful for him! He worked with my mom and I till the very end and has been nothing but helpful. My husband and I have owned Volvos exclusively for the last 35 years. We've been dealing with the Glen Cove dealership in the past 4 1/2 years and found the service to be excellent. It appears that post-COVID there has been a great deal to be desired. That being said the new manager, Vito, has been informative, patient and most willing to answer my questions and resolve the challenges that this dealership has faced. I am confident that he will be the person to bring back the dealership to its place of excellence.
