Mercedes-Benz of Naperville review
We purchased a used vehicle from this location and we were nothing but impressed with good customer service from the sales person over the phone to the test drive...even to the financing...down to earth staff at all angles. What a great experience for a used car purchase of a non-Mercedes! I would definitely recommend them and we will be back again!

Castle Chevrolet GMCReviews
Castle Chevrolet GMC review
My sales person at Castle Chevrolet was Tony Twall. He was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I have to say that this was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. My next purchase will be with the Castle dealership in McHenry IL and I will ask for Tony to be my sales person.
2021 Subaru Forester review
[Most satisfied] All imported, all full-time four-wheel drive, horizontally opposed engine. [Most dissatisfied] The car system is too old. Without Carplay, Carlife is also more laggy. [Space] The wheelbase is 2670, and I sit at 1.78 in the front, so there is enough space in the back and plenty of space in the trunk. [Power] It is very easy to overtake within 0-100. [Control] The horizontally opposed engine is blessed with full-time four-wheel drive, and it drives like a car. Braking performance: The automatic brake is a bit sensitive, [fuel consumption] It has only driven more than 300 kilometers. At high speed, the fuel consumption is 12L. Everyone said that if it is within 10, it will fall off after going out for a self-driving tour and running at high speed in the later period.i got this car from idealauto last year ,that was a marvelous experience . that dealer so reliable .

2021 Subaru Forester review
One of the best cars I have ever owned. It drives like a dream, has more get-up-and-go then I ever thought a 4 cyl. could have. I make a 3000 miles trip from Texas to Utah in may and averaged 34 miles per gallon. I would recommend them to everyone.

Ed Napleton Acura KiaReviews
Ed Napleton Acura Kia review
Justin Hermansen delivered absolutely outstanding service during my oil change on May 11, 2026. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Justin went above and beyond to make me feel valued and respected. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail created an experience that was far beyond what I expected from a routine service appointment. During one of the most horrific times in my life, as I am grieving the murder of my daughter, this experience gave me a true sense of care and compassion that I desperately needed. Justin’s empathy and professionalism left a lasting impact on me. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can mean everything to someone carrying unimaginable pain, and that is exactly what this experience meant to me. Exceptional employees like Justin are rare. He represents the very best in customer service, and I cannot thank him enough for the compassion and outstanding care he showed me. I highly recommend Justin Hermansen to anyone seeking truly exceptional automotive service.

I would like to leave a five-star review for Nelson Automotive for taking such great care of me and helping me get the car I’ve always wanted. Thank you, Nelson, for making the whole process smooth and stress-free. And a special thank you to Eddie — you’re the greatest! I truly appreciate all your help and kindness. Highly recommend!
2021 Subaru Forester review
Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

CarMax Schaumburg review
Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. And feel like they were treating me like they would their family members. You could not ask for more than that. Bj
2021 Subaru Forester review
I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

Al, the owner, is hands on and provides amazing customer service. They sell quality vehicles at a great price and stand by their work. There were some minor issues with my car, and they were addressed promptly and professionally. My dad is a cynical old mechanic and even he was impressed with their work and professionalism.

David S, our Product Specialist, was pleasant and made you feel welcome. He is knowledgeable. He found the vehicle we were seeking without delay. The test drive let us experience the new Outback design. David answered all questions without reaching out to others proving his training to sell Subaru products was thorough and enabled Dave to give us confidence in him making the overall purchase a pleasure, not a challenge. David is an asset to this dealership and we hope management recognizes his potential going forward. We would definitely buy another vehicle from David. We are seniors and identify with honesty and integrity….. David has both. Thanks David Jeff N, the Sales Manager, appraised our trade- in and was forthright about our trade. We received a honest trade-in value. Jeff worked out the final cost of our new Subaru Outback Touring XT. We were impressed with Jeff’s attitude and ability to make things happen. He located our vehicle at another dealer. David and Jeff made it possible to see it the next day! Dave came in on his day off to ensure he was there when we looked at the car. I’m sure Jeff will play a big part in helping David develop his Product Specialist position. Jeff leads by example. Thanks Jeff Car buying has never been so pleasant!!
