This was the first car I bought for my self. I did not put many miles on it but I loved driving it and it was very functional. I did end up having two issues, one being the head gaskets and the other was the drive shaft which failed at the end of my ownership. I owned it for 8 years but it was 12 years old at the end. Its a practical car that will get you from A-B and will last if you take car of the maintenance.
The last time I bought a car, I felt hustled. The last time my wife bought a car, we both felt hustled. This is the first time buying a car, that we both felt happy. Franco was helpful, attentive and thoughtful - he followed up during the purchase but wasn't over the top. It's our first Subaru, and we are impressed with the car quality, as well as the dealership (so far). I'm happy to recommend Franco, Subaru, and Clay Subaru.

Good small family car. Wasnt as stable as I thought it would be on highways next to big cars. Maybe because it is a small car and the wheelbase is small.
Inquired about my used Tacoma online and was contacted promptly the next morning by Brittany in Internet Sales. I was working so a family member took the drive down from NH for me and was met by my sales rep Tony at the door. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable even though the truck was a trade in for them. I would recommend asking for him if you're interested in a car at this dealership. Finance department was fine, they pushed for me to let them run my credit even though I had already secured financing. Just doing their job, but they were unable to get me a lower rate and added another hard inquiry to my report. All in all I would highly recommend this dealership as my experience was great.

I like the sporty look and the interior is sleek. the car is easy to handle and the trunk hold what I need. Its not so complicated which makes it easier to use all the devises it has for electronic convenience. it's a perfect fit for my 6 foot husband and my 5 foot height. My neighbor said I look slick driving it.
We looked for a smaller SUV, and the Subaru was a pleasant surprise. Aside from the fact that it comes with known Subaru reliability, it's fun to drive. The standard equipment is almost TOO much!! The safety features are incredible ( especially vs most American vehicles ). I would definitely recommend this vehicle to others!?

Sturdy and Comfortable

This car is a crazy value for where its priced at all trim levels. With standard symmetrical all wheel drive in a compact as well as the optional eye site assist, it was hard to look else where. Mind you I live in an area where winter weather is about 4-6 months of the year. You wont win any drag races but it rides as smooth if not smoother than a full size sedan with the steering control of a sport, even in base/premium/limited levels. Highly recommend!
before I purchased my crosstrek, I researched several models and prices. I searched high and low for a dealership that would provide me with personal experience without ripping me off or treating me like just another customer. I was told by several other dealerships that my cost would be $3000 more and it would be 10 weeks to get the color that I wanted. Not to mention, some other places were very rude. When I came to Clay Subaru, I was immediately treated respectfully and I felt important to every single person there. Franco has a very down-to-earth personality and kept me updated each step of the way. Within a week, he secured the exact model and color that I was looking for. He was just excited about finding it as I was. A couple days later, I drove off the lot with my beautiful new car and saved a money. Subaru Makes A Solid Vehicle

This car meets all of my needs. I especially love the way it handles on the highway. It drives smoothly and is quiet. I love the Starlink system that links to my iPhone. For the value I feel that you get a solid and reliable car.
Today, my wife and I picked up our new car at Planet. This is our fifth Subaru and our third Forester, plus we have only ever had one car at a time. Over the years, I had done business with another area dealership, but was urged by Carolyn N. (a couple of years ago) to give you guys a try.

The car met all of my travelling needs. It's a great commuter and capable of some adventurous dirt paths. Getting ~30mpg for AWD all the time is great. Subaru's eyesight makes the driving experience assuring and the Apple CarPlay integrated in the head unit makes media consumption super easy.
…. Oh yes - and the Subaru is pretty fab also ;)
I have never bought a new car in the US but have been well aware of the challenges and mythology surrounding said endeavor — all of which were quickly confirmed the instant I was pushed through the front doors of two Subaru dealerships - So a couple of weeks ago we broke free from the gravitational pull of the “Atlantic nebula”, took a wide birth around and away from the blackhole better known as the “Quirk-effect” and plotted a course to Planet Subaru.
Planet Subaru - It is obvious to us that you value both your employees and customers. Everyone we met in the sales Debt, Dave in finance, the service desk and the customers by the coffee machine … where all simply smiling - chatty and relaxed, and from our perspective that is all that was required.
Dale - Beth and I are so pleased with having met and worked Derek and Milo - intelligent, funny, patient, knowledgable and a great sense of asking the right question and the right time ……… and that was just Milo ! Both Derek and Milo are indeed assets to your company.
My only complaint is the ridiculous long services intervals as 6000 miles is way too long to wait to drive up to Planet and absorb some more of your positive and relaxed energy. I will be up sooner than my scheduled service decrees - no doubt !
I am not sure what you raison d’être is but … “bloody well done" and keep at it !

This car is an AWD car like all Subaru's and it also had phenomenal gas mileage. Recently went on its first long road trip and it got an average of 39 miles to the gallon. I have had other cars of it type and none of them feel as sturdy as this one. The only issue that I have with this car is sometimes the backup camera can have issues, but this is supposed to be fixed in an update.
Great experience. Very helpful and friendly. They saw me the same day I inquired about my car. The whole process was very efficient and helpful

We search lots of hatchback models & makes and found the Subaru Impreza met most of our criteria. ( would have like it to have a turbo option for the manual transmission) The cabin is stylish yet practical & roomy. The hatchback space if perfect for the cargo we will be carrying. Love this car!
My lease will run out in a few months and saw that prices were quite good at this dealership. Dealt by email only. Very helpful and advised to wait as I would indebted on the lease if I broke it. Very honest and helpful in my opinion.
Bought this car so I wouldn't have to buy again.

It's fine. I like the heated seats. But not enough pickup and there's persistent issues with rattling noises in the car. My 1997 Honda was not this bad! It handles well in the snow. It's reliable so far. But I wish I hadn't bought it.

He is such a pleasure to interact with and one of the many reasons I continue to service my vehicle at Planet. I have never met a more genuine team of service professionals in my life and Andy is a shining example of this. This morning’s visit to Planet was another example of Andy welcoming me to Planet regardless of whether he will be coordinating my vehicle’s service for the day. I really appreciate that and feel so valued for my business with Planet. He is a true gentleman!
Allie welcomed me into the undealership this morning for my scheduled 60,000 mile service. She was, as she always is, very welcoming and friendly. I always feel like I am leaving my car in very capable hands. Allie takes the time to clearly explain the details of the service and makes sure I am fully aware of every important detail. Later this morning she contacted me to advise that my driver’s side front tire should be replaced due to a puncture on the sidewall that I was unaware of. She suggested that an alignment be completed as well with the replacement of the tire and also provided a clear service recommendation for fuel injection service. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable Allie was and how accommodating she was with the use of the Passport loaner vehicle.
Since purchasing our 2015 Subaru Outback, I have been a fan of Planet Subaru. From Sales to Service, my wife and I have been treated like a valued part of the Planet Subaru family. It is because of the unprecedented level of service from people like Andy and Allie, that we will continue to service our vehicle at Planet and plan to purchase many more Planet Subaru vehicles in the future.

Incredible car and value - loaded with technplpgy and safety features normally found, or as an option on expensive German cars. All standard equipment here. Great handling, braking, ride, acceleration and visibility
I was hesitant in purchasing a new car, worried I would not receive any value for a trade in on my current car (rejected inspection and quite frankly a mess) which i still owed $$ on. Derek and Eric made it possible, there are honest and look out for your best interest. I am extremely happy, satisfied and feel so safe in my new 4wd SUV. I absolutely love my 2015 Impreza, it's extremely reliable in all types of weather thanks to its AWD system. I've never had any issues with performance or with its comfort. My one issue is slight and more surface related, but the screen and the operating system is very wonky. Their standard Starlink system doesn't work very well in this model, although I believe they did a lot to improve it in later models. Small complaint, but otherwise I've thoroughly enjoyed my car and would recommend it to anyone.

I love my car! The sport version is perfect and has everything for a great drive, without too many bells and whistles. Nothing beeps at me when I'm reversing, leather seats are comfortable and heated and it's the perfect size to fit almost anything (including a xmas tree!). My only gripe is how slow it is to pick up when you put your foot down - this response could be improved. Would buy another one.
Best vehicle-buying experience we have ever had, and we've purchased many vehicles in the past 30 years. Andy was very helpful from step 1! Easiest, least time-consuming buying process we've ever experienced. We purchased a 2011 Ford F150 and we love it! Great vehicle, seamless purchase. Drives nice but, would like more options. It would be nice to have more power options. It would be nice for the car to have a sun roof and electric seats.
