I found a 2022 Ford Maverick XLT on line and emailed immediately to see if the truck was still available. I got a call back from the manager saying that a salesman would contact me. John called within the hour.. I was impressed that I had been contacted so quickly. The good relationship started with that phone call. John went out to the lot and checked personally that the truck was on the lot. The following day I traveled about an hour and a half to Sands Ford to test drive the truck. John was more that helpful and answered all my questions. The whole process was seamless. I was scheduled for some minor surgery the following week and asked if the truck could be delivered. The manager and John agreed and I purchased the truck. They fixed everything that was needed to be repaired or replaced. If weren't for the distance from my home, I would not hesitate recommending them to any of my friends or family. Great people, no nonsense sales and completely competent in every aspect of my buying this truck.
