Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1.
I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon.
But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.
I had been putting off car shopping for a long time, as I was very intimidated by the process. I finally bit the bullet and decided to visit Subaru of Kings Auto Mall to look for a new vehicle. This was my first-ever car shopping experience and I genuinely could not have hoped for a better one. Rob spent several hours with my family and I to ensure that we were thoroughly informed of all of our options, placing no pressure on us to make a decision we were not comfortable making. He was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable and honest. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, this is the place to go and Rob is the man to see!
I emailed the dealership about a car I was interested in and was informed that the car had just been sold. I received an email the following day letting me know that the customer changed their mind and the car was now available. I went to drive the car that night and the salesman was very knowledgeable about Subarus. I test drive the car and told the salesman that I thought it needed an alignment. I bought the car and they had it detailed and aligned the next day. When I came tonfrt it the salesman spent almost an hour in the car showing me how to work everything and he linked my phone and personalized a lot of the features for me. He was amazing!
Car dealerships and the buying experience can such a drag. Not at Joseph. They have been in business for 40 years for a reason. They care about their customers and want you for life. I don't buy cars often or haphazardly. I've only owned 2 in the last 22 years - both Nissans. I decided I wanted a Subaru, and between the amazing car and car buying experience, I foresee myself returning to Joseph - 10 years down the road when I'm ready for a new one ;) And I have confidence they will be here and still employing the same great people. Doug and Justin were both top notch!!!
I first called and spoke with Paul. I explained to him how the last dealership down the road ignored me. I'm military and a resident of another state. I wanted to purchase the vehicle and register it in my home state. Paul bent over backwards to help me out. I am so grateful how Paul and the dealership went above and beyond to assist me. I drove an hour and half to purchase the vehicle. The buying experience was so quick that I thought maybe something wasn't right. I received a great deal on a used vehicle. Paul has many years of experience and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dealership and Paul with no hesitation.
Very friendly advisors that understand and appreciate the service repair process. Explained everything that was needed in great detail and advised urgent needs vs those that can wait. Have gone to them several times for my 2009 Altima and will continue. Looking to buy a vehicle from them too!!
I had a fantastic experience with Busam Subaru. I ordered my company car (Outback) and it was delivered to Busam. Jeff W handled the delivery and was over-the-top helpful. He explained everything about the car and went through all the features. It was the best experience I have ever had taking delivery of a new car. I was so impressed that I came back a couple days later and purchased a WRX STI from Dzenis A, who was equally helpful. They gave me a great price and made the experience seamless. My sales person was J T Howard and he was excellent. He listened to what I had to say about my needs and helped me find the Subaru that really was best for me. He was very respectful and i really appreciated that so much.
