We just got our second Subaru from Premier. This is the best dealership anywhere; we drove 3 hours from the north shore of Boston to do business with them. We would not go anywhere else. The process -- from application to picking up the new vehicle -- was a completely positive one.
When I went looking for a Subaru Crosstrek in a hurry because my ailing husband could no longer get into his Audi, I filled out a Consumer Reports form to start my search. Out of the six responses I got within 15 hours, April Zanotti???s stood out because it was friendly, straightforward, and offered a choice of cars at a good price. Everything went smoothly: the right car, in the right color, at the right price, and on the right day. April was always smiling, cheerful and to the point. The trade in went smoothly. All April???s colleagues were equally friendly ??? even to our dog when he came with me! ??? and I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough for making the purchase of a car a pleasant and efficient experience from start to finish. Oh, and we are very pleased with the car too.
This dealership is the best there is. I have family that had shopped here and it was highly recommended. I plan on buying Subaru's from here each time I look for a new car. I know Colonial is going to have what I need. I wish I could rate more than five stars.
This dealership was absolutely incredible from the time I walked in I didn???t wait very long , service was incredible.The salesman I dealt with was very knowledgeable of all of the cars and really worked with me to find the right car for the price that fit my budget. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I enjoyed not being pressured by him. He gave me all the information I requested and worked with me to get the car in the price range I needed. Both of the other people I dealt with on delivery day were more of the same. Nick made the paperwork easy and answered any concerns I had. Nathan was very knowledgeable about the car and gave me a detailed walkthrough upon delivery.
I was unfortunately involved in an accident that left me without a car and a ton of nerves getting into a new one. Cathy calmed my nerves by showing me empathy to my situation and throughly describing safety features to me. The process was quick and painless thanks to Dan and Cathy. There was a snow storm that day and I was going to pick up my car the following weekend since we were adding a remote start to my new car. The staff was incredibly accommodating as they gave me a ride home in a blizzard!! i do not live close to this location either. Daniel and Cathy waited with me and made sure I was in a safe Subaru to take me home with one of the service department workers (I forgot his name I???m so sorry!). I have never in my life experienced such warmth from a dealership. The entire staff made sure I was happy and taken care of every step of the way. I will without a doubt take the long drive to go out of my way to purchase all of my cars here! Thank you Subaru Staff! Your kindness and empathy have earned you my business eternally!!!
Joe was fantastic to work with in buying my new crosstrek. He was professional, helpful, fair, and didn’t apply the usual pressure tactics I had experienced atvother dealerships.

Lisa Cain our salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Subaru Models. We started looking at the Legacy and Outback, which were way too small. Lisa knew that the 2019 Forester would be an affordable and comfortable fit for my husband who is very tall. We already have a 2016 Forester we love and the 2019 is larger. We got all the options we wanted for a good price, along with financing.
This is the 3rd Subaru we have purchased with Jeff's help. He is knowledgeable, patient, and honorable. We have to drive past another Subaru dealer to get to this one, and we continue to do so because of the unparalleled service we receive from Jeff. He always gets us a great deal, understands the product and makes sure we do too, and does it all in a timely fashion and with a smile. Can't recommend him highly enough! Yes, I urge you find Parker Pearlstein at Premier Subaru in Branford , Connecticut . I devote his adroit negotiable of straight talk. He talks in business with you and us too. I like to see him again on this year. No blunt or No bluff among. Parker makes it straight out when you have finance complications. I tell you come finding Parker Pearlstein when you need a car. Before I went there, I got frustration that two dealers ignored me twice . I myself find Parker Pearlstein so I explained Parker about my frustration. Parker and I talk in our business . I feel better so I am ready to get a Subaru car on this year.
Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied. Since then, we have recommended Gary and Garavel to others whose cars were destroyed in that flood. We are certainly satisfied customers. Thank you, Gary and Garavel!
