We had an excellent experience working with Devin Thorpe at Luther Used Car Company. He handled our transaction and walked us through all of the paperwork to finalize the purchase of our Dodge Ram. Devin was courteous, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything while answering all of our questions. I purchased the truck with my 21-year-old son, and since this was his first time going through the car-buying process, Devin went above and beyond to make sure he fully understood every step. Thanks to Devin’s patience and clear explanations, my son will carry this knowledge with him for future car purchases. What really stood out was Devin’s passion for his job and the way he helped us through any rough spots with ease and kindness. We felt extremely comfortable the entire time and truly appreciated his professionalism. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle here again and would look forward to working with Devin in the future.

We worked with Michele to check out used cars. She was very helpful over two visits. Located multiple cars in a crowded car lot had very good insights. Thank You.
2019 Subaru Outback review
Absolutely have loved my Subaru Outback Touring. We have the 3.6 and it has not had a single issue after 43k miles. The interior is beautiful in the Touring. The nappa leather has held up surprisingly after my Audi's leather had cracks after only 12k. Love all the features you get with the Subaru and SPACE for the dogs without having to buy a huge SUV. First time Subaru owner after having owned an Audi A4, Infinity QX, Volkswagen Touareg as well as a Dodge. BEST one yet and it's not even considered a luxury brand. Cannot wait to get the next one!

Salesperson was Mike. No pressure sales. Left me alone to test drive and poke around the car I was interested in. He was very upfront about prior damage and repairs. Fair negotiation. He showed me exactly what my cost would be (to the penny) and left me to make my own decision. It's now been 10 days and, so far, zero issues with the car.

My experience with Anna Johnson was excellent! She was very informative, respectful, helpful, and flexible while helping me through the process of leasing my Outback. Initially, I was uncertain if I wanted to lease or purchase. After deciding to lease I also switch to a different vehicle. Anna made me feel like I was her only client and I really believe she wanted me to have a the perfect fit. It is refreshing to work with a Sales Consultant who possess exemplary behavior ~ Anna Johnson went above and beyond! I love everything about my new Subaru Outback. I highly recommend Anna and the entire team at Luther Bloomington Subaru!! Cynthia

2019 Subaru Outback review
Great quality car ....Only issue I've had is I had to replace the battery way too early.....I read that the factory battery is not that great, so I bought a different kind and have had no problems.....I really don't see why as high quality the car is that it wouldn't come with a top notch battery!

Great experience!! Gogi helped with the financing and sale — super nice and genuinely helpful. He was very transparent, especially when explaining the rebuilt title. The whole process was unbelievably quick and easy. Love the 2022 Toyota Sienna we ended up buying!
2019 Subaru Outback review
Being disabled I was in the market for an accessible vehicle. With its wide doors and higher than average door and ride height coupled with a robust seat I was impressed with the level of ease and comfort while driving. It wasnt until a mishap sent me into a curb and then to a body shop. I got a rental....a higher end domestic SUV....it was at that moment I truly appreciated and sorely missed the build, ride ,performance and overall quality of my outback. I only have one negative thing to say about the outback and its the CVT....its the worst! Its the only weak link in an otherwise perfect vehicle. Subaru please reconsider and offer the outback with a standard transmission as a special order option.... I for one would be willing to pay extra for it.

I worked with Charlie Leang on the purchase of my new Subaru Forester. I looked at a variety of brands and models before I decided on the Forester. After meeting a variety of salespeople at different dealerships, I was very pleased to find Charlie. He was professional, personable patient and most importantly very knowledgeable. He made my car buying experience most enjoyable. I ended up with a car that I love. Very pleased with all the safety features and the safety ratings, plus all of the comfort features. I would highly recommend Walser Subaru and especially Charlie Leang!

The service and trustworthiness of Car Time is beyond compare. They offer sound advice and the advice they provided me could possibly have saved my life or the life of the person I was going to sell the vehicle to. It was accurately determined the vehicle I brought in needed much more than a brake line. The frame was weakened by rust and Josh was forthright enough to even take me to show me how bad things really were. I applaud him for his honesty.

a very good car that we kept for 5 years and sold at 64K miles. Bought an other Subaru Outback, 2025 model, but with the turbo enginr as I found the 2.4l engine a little sluggish.

2019 Subaru Outback review
I am in my seventies and didn't want to buy new so i I looked at over twenty used vehicles during my search. This Subaru Outback was the best driving vehicle of all that I tried. My experience at Boucher Ford in Janesville was fantastic. I was treated like a true customer with respect and caring for my needs.
