Suburban Subaru review
We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car from Suburban Subaru in Vernon, CT, and we can't speak highly enough about the outstanding service we received. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the expertise and dedication of Dan Leary, the Product Specialist who assisted us throughout the process. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dan greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately made us feel at ease. He took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, ensuring that he understood exactly what we were looking for in a new car. Dan's knowledge of the Subaru lineup was truly impressive. He patiently answered all of our questions and provided valuable insights into the various features and options available to us. With his guidance, we were able to find the perfect vehicle that met all of our requirements. One aspect of our experience that particularly stood out was the efficiency and professionalism displayed by Dan and the entire team at Suburban Subaru. The entire purchasing process was quick and seamless, with Dan expertly guiding us through each step. From the initial test drive to the final paperwork, everything was handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience at Suburban Subaru. Dan Leary went above and beyond to ensure that we had a positive buying experience, and we are extremely grateful for his assistance. If you're in the market for a new car and want exceptional service, we highly recommend paying a visit to Suburban Subaru in Vernon, CT. You won't be disappointed!
2019 Subaru Outback review
Absolutely have loved my Subaru Outback Touring. We have the 3.6 and it has not had a single issue after 43k miles. The interior is beautiful in the Touring. The nappa leather has held up surprisingly after my Audi's leather had cracks after only 12k. Love all the features you get with the Subaru and SPACE for the dogs without having to buy a huge SUV. First time Subaru owner after having owned an Audi A4, Infinity QX, Volkswagen Touareg as well as a Dodge. BEST one yet and it's not even considered a luxury brand. Cannot wait to get the next one!

Everything went very smoothly. They had the vehicle I was looking for. The salesman, Ed W. was knowledgeable, customer friendly and patient. We were buying this vehicle for our business so a little more involved. The vehicle was nicely cleaned, prepared and even had a tank full of gas. I plan on going back and working with Ed on a personal vehicle.

Suburban Subaru review
just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

2019 Subaru Outback review
Great quality car ....Only issue I've had is I had to replace the battery way too early.....I read that the factory battery is not that great, so I bought a different kind and have had no problems.....I really don't see why as high quality the car is that it wouldn't come with a top notch battery!

CarMax Capital Boulevard review
I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!
2019 Subaru Outback review
Being disabled I was in the market for an accessible vehicle. With its wide doors and higher than average door and ride height coupled with a robust seat I was impressed with the level of ease and comfort while driving. It wasnt until a mishap sent me into a curb and then to a body shop. I got a rental....a higher end domestic SUV....it was at that moment I truly appreciated and sorely missed the build, ride ,performance and overall quality of my outback. I only have one negative thing to say about the outback and its the CVT....its the worst! Its the only weak link in an otherwise perfect vehicle. Subaru please reconsider and offer the outback with a standard transmission as a special order option.... I for one would be willing to pay extra for it.

Old school atmosphere....just the way it should be: Great customer service, knowledgable about the product, courteous and Honest with a capital H. Traded in my Honda, got a fair price and used it as a down payment on new Subaru. Best car by a mile I have ever owned. Top notch people. Actually, the best car dealership I have ever been to. Marc Debenedictis was one for the ages as the absolute best sales person anyone could ever hope to meet. A true professional in every sense and a man who truly cares. Mike Maresca helped solidify the deal and was totally perfect in everyway.

My husband purchased a truck a few weeks ago from JTL in selden and it was the best experience we’ve had at any dealership in years. Everyone there was patient and really accommodating, we had some hiccups while getting approved for a loan but they helped us in any way they could, all while making sure we were still comfortable with the payments we’d have to make. The truck is exactly what my husband wanted and everything about this process was amazing, thank you JTL!

Buying a vehicle from Jayware was the smoothest transaction that I have ever encountered. No dealer fees, no hidden costs, just straight forward pricing. Awesome job they did.

North Shore HondaReviews
North Shore Honda review
I was very happy with my buying experience at North Shore Honda. I had the pleasure of dealing with Corey, Daryl, and Val, all personable, no-pressure professionals with impressive product knowledge. They helped me locate and purchase my perfectly spec’d (but not always easy to find) 2024 Honda Civic Sport hatchback 6-speed. They made the experience uncomplicated and straightforward….and well worth the 3 hr drive from my home in suburban Hartford. Pete G, South Windsor, CT
2019 Subaru Outback review
I am in my seventies and didn't want to buy new so i I looked at over twenty used vehicles during my search. This Subaru Outback was the best driving vehicle of all that I tried. My experience at Boucher Ford in Janesville was fantastic. I was treated like a true customer with respect and caring for my needs.
