They even saw that I had no extended warranty which I paid for on my contract. Torrington Ford never added it on. If it wasn't for them, I would of been without any warranty. without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.

I can't thank the Staff enough for my car service. The staff set me up with a same day ride home & a loaner to pickup the next day. Bob came over and asked me to go with him and start up my car. Well, the car worked. Bob said when he heard the noise he wanted to check if the steering wheel column. All car needed was to be greased/lubed. Bob, thanks so much!
I went for an emissions test and got a nice deaker experience. There was no one ahead of me. It took about half an hour and the waiting room was a big upgrade over the usual emissions test station. Comfortable seats, HD TV, clean bathrooms and free coffee or water. Cashier Sam has a funky english accent and Shelby was professional and friendly.
I brought my Jeep in for a basic look over and was told what needs attention and what can wait, not many shops like that out there, I will be returning
