The car that I wanted had already been sold. But the lady who spoke to me was very courteous and helpful. She referred me to a third party dealer who was also very helpful.

I love my new Subaru Forester! It has everything I need for a car... Working w/ Kyle was a great experience. He answered my questions, was very polite, honest and very patient w/ me from start to finish, considering I have hearing disability, he used texts to make sure I got all the informations I need. Even after I bought the car, he texted to follow up if everything is ok and to reach out if I have questions.. I admire his diligence at work.. and I'm pretty sure he'll make a good Manager.. I'll recommend him to anyone who's looking for a Subaru car.. Thank you Kyle!! Thank you Liberty Subaru!

Found a great car listed on Cars.com. Called to confirm that the vehicle was still available and was able to make an appointment to see it a few hours later with Anthony C. The buying process was straightforward, didn't have to play games. Anthony was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make us comfortable. We live quite far from the dealership but would be happy to go again if we needed.

We have purchased our second Forester from this dealership. Their SM Alex was always fair with price. Their service center is very efficient and friendly. One negative is their bundling of service contracts is costly. Otherwise I give it a 4 1/2 stars Vince from Mahwah

The people and service at Ramsey are fantastic. This is the second time I’ve purchased a car here, and both times the sales people (first car, Matt and second car, Travis) were knowledgeable, friendly, never pressured me and really helped me get the kind of car I needed and wanted. I’ll keep coming back. And the service team is also excellent.

Brewster Subaru review
I recently purchased a pre certified Outback from Brewster Subaru. All went well in the process until I picked up the car and returned home. At this time I realized a problem in the billing for a popular dealer installed option that I had no recollection of being discussed. I made a call to my salesman who contacted the general manager. The general manager, Mr. Nelson DeMello personally reached out to me and apologized for the problem and promptly sent me a check for the amount in question. In my years of car buying experience I have no doubt few dealerships would display the fairness and integrity displayed by Mr. DeMello in representing Brewster Subaru. His actions along with all those employed at this modern dealership who I had contact with presents an indelible picture of integrity and honesty all too often missing in today’s business world. As one who is sensitive and takes notice of customer treatment I have no hesitation to highly recommend Brewster Subaru.

Brewster Subaru review
The best car-buying experience EVER! We walked into the dealership knowing what we were looking for, but not intending to "take the leap". There was no pressure, Mitchel listened to our preferences and was able to locate our dream car. We fell in love at first sight! Our Ascent Touring in Dark Mahogany Pearl fits our needs perfectly. Mitchel even fulfilled our last-minute request for wireless charging and got it to us before pick-up. On the day of pick-up, Rich went through our financing and extended warranty needs explaining everything and getting us set up. This is our 7th Subaru, the first from Brewster, and we couldn't be more satisfied! We will be back.
2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

Subaru White Plains review
I just got a Crosstrek from Subaru White Plains. I had a really perfect experience there leasing the car from start to finish. I worked with Rubin and he was the nicest! From the test drive to signing off, it was truly a wonderful experience. He was informative about the car and the lease and a lovely human being to work with. I can't recommend him and this dealership, as well as the awesome car enough! I am so happy! The new crosstreks are awesome! I transition from a luxury car to this and I love it even more than any luxury type of care that I have had. It is so cute and stylish and the drive is sporty and fun. Visibility is perfection and the bells and whistles that one wants are all there! And for a good price! THANK YOU SO MUCH RUBIN!

Imperial Subaru review
My wife and I leased a forester for 3 years and decided to buy a CROSTREK 2025 . WE decided our joints couldn't quite get used to getting in and out so we went back and purchased a 2026 Forester. We had a stress less experience buying a car with Emily Messier who walked us through a great experience. Rmilu is professional and very friendly. I would recommend any interested new car buyer to visit Imperial Subaru in Foxborough and seeing Emily for a great car buying experience. We were so pleased with Emily and I am sure we would go back again. Thank you EMILY.

Nina up front is the reason I'm writing this, weirdly. I got there before my appointment and she just chatted with me for twenty minutes instead of parking me in a chair with a magazine. Sales part was fine too, obviously, but people underrate how much that first ten minutes sets the tone.
2024 Subaru Outback review
This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.

I suspect that it is I who should be blamed because it is usually true. I expected 128 Service checks being performed from any reputed dealer. But I came to know later that it is not true. I did not have time to go shop around. I was extremely pre-occupied and this purchase and speed was a necessity which I had made it very clear before driving to the dealer more than an hour from my house. I am extremely happy with the service center and after sales service. Had to give 4 because the car was not ready when i picked it up. That gave me lots of concerns. Dealer or more than the dealer, the service personnel were extremely respectful and made up for all the lacunae in sales. They more than made up for whatever concerns I had. I was glad with the inner circle of people who attended the care, came out to me to and explain everything beyond doubt. Because of them, I feel comfortable going to them often.

I purchased my first car and Tierra was so helpful, she really went above and beyond. She followed up to be sure that I received everything. I don?t know how but she was able to get the vehicle in 2days when the original date was a month away.

Flawless experience, having 3 local Nissan dealers around me in New Jersey and quite unhappy with the whole process I ended up at Staten Island nissan, the staff and service were exceptional, the showroom looks so fresh and very comfortable, the entire sales process was smooth, I will definitely come back for my fourth Nissan here, very well worth the trip.

Went with my wife and was treated really well by Eric Valentin. My Forester came early and I am super pleased with it. A very pleasant experience. Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable of his stuff. I'd for sure come back. My wife wants to get matching Foresters so sooner than later I'll be back there.

Subaru World of Newton review
I’ve had all my Subaru’s serviced at Subaru World of Newton and I find their service department and customer service reps to be outstanding. Fair prices, fast work and comfortable waiting area as well.
2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

Dan Perkins SubaruReviews
Dan Perkins Subaru review
I must take a minute to once again review Dan Perkins Subaru, Milford CT. Dan Perkins Subaru provides a great atmosphere with A+ Customer service and reliability. To start, I must mention this dealer's importance of recognizing and acknowledging customers. Everywhere, including the lobby area, passing the technicians, and in the service office everyone makes eye contact and hail a greeting. I, once again, would like to give a five star rating to Gil and Marc, from service, for yet another commendable service visit and for always going that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. And to also to add, the never-ending support of David. Last, but not in the least, the warm supportive staff of the service office. Thank you everyone.
