Found my new Tacoma dead in the garage on Wednesday. Never a good situation. I called my dealership here, in Motor City. I called service department and they got me set up with AAA for a tow to the dealership. The battery failed and warranty covered it. Strather Shaw, helped me at the dealership from the start to the finish and having a ride come get me. Strather, helped through four or five calls and really helped me out with the anxiety of this issue. He even drove my truck to the front for my easy exit. A negative situation that was made so much easier. Thank you Strather!! Once again..

This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.

2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

I am so glad you didn't have an allergic reaction ❤️ Not to mention when I first came in contact with you, you never stopped asking questions on how to get me out of my high car payment and make sure I could go into my deployment knowing I could afford my payment. I was no easy case, negative equity, my new home had me maxed out financially. A 2021 BMW m340i to a Subaru Crosstrek Sport was not a downgrade it was the opportunity to start over, pay down debt, and knowing that my paycheck wasn't relied upon a second job. And what I found particularly amazing was your love for the Schomp philosophy, we are family, and you sharing a story of how you worked for a short time at a dealership that was only about numbers.
