Ventura Toyota review
What a nice man! After experiencing a clown show at Hamer Toyota, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable Ventura Toyota made the car buying process. Working with Eddie Wehmeyer was a no pressure, informative, honest, friendly, and easy procedure. I'm so glad I walked in VT's front door. I'm so thankful to have worked with such a nice guy. Kudos to Eddie
2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

Kirby Subaru of VenturaReviews
Kirby Subaru of Ventura review
From the moment we arrived to the moment we drove away with our new car, Kevin was helpful, knowledgeable, patient and personable. We haven't bought a car in 18 years and don't know much about technology, yet Kevin took us step-by-step learning what we needed to know to drive away. Then, he helped us again the next day when we returned for more learning of our new car. Furthermore, he drove to our home to program our garage remote control to our new Subaru. We couldn't ask for better service and care to our every question and need. We are thankful for Kevin and appreciate all the time he gave to us.

We had such a great experience working with Ricky at Kirby Subaru of Ventura. From start to finish, he was professional, easy to work with, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and really took the time to make sure everything was right for us. We can’t recommend Ricky highly enough! if you’re looking for a car, ask for him.
2024 Subaru Outback review
This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.

Kirby Subaru of Ventura review
After more than 18 years with my old car, I needed to buy a new one. I knew it would be a Subaru, since my good friend has worked here for many years and I knew I'd be treated well and not be pressured. Eric was patient with me, as I slowly figured out what model I wanted, with more than a few visits to the dealership. He informed me of my choices, and we had fun test-driving different models. While there, I met Bob and Ricky and Greg - all great guys. They are all so kind and caring and very good at their jobs too. I highly recommend you visit Kirby Subaru, and ask for my friend Eric Oland, if you want a comfortable car-buying experience. He's a wonderful person and excellent at his job!

I had an excellent experience working with Josephine at Mercedes-Benz. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Josephine made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She was very responsive, answered all of my questions clearly, and handled every detail quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated that she respected my time and never made the process feel complicated or pressured. She is friendly, patient, honest, attentive, and truly understands what great customer service should be. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to make sure they have the best possible experience. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful and time-consuming, but Josephine made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She is definitely someone I would trust and recommend to friends and family. Thank you, Josephine, for your outstanding service! Mercedes-Benz is very lucky to have you on their team. I highly recommend asking for Josephine if you're looking for someone who is professional, reliable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All the people at Sierra Suburu of Monrovia were capable, responsive and informed when I went there to purchase a car. I was especially impressed with Jeffrey Stevens who introduced options I hadn't considered, and his not manipulating or crowding me to make a choice. Quite a fine crew there.

We found the car we wanted online and through costco and got the quote before going to the dealership. When we got there, Nathan Houston helped us. He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He offered us added packages and explained each one to us, but didn't force us to buy anything we didn't want. With my previous experiences at other dealerships, I wasn't sure this would be any different. But this was such a nice experience. No headache no hassle no issues. They washed the car and got it nice and ready for us before leaving the dealership and it didn't take long either. I'm a satisfied customer and would definitely recommend everyone to talk with Nathan.

2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.
