Excellent, friendly, professional service. Had the inventory we were interested in. Curtis Staley was our sales rep and answered all our questions and followed up to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. We have been very happy—and are long-term/repeat customers of this dealership for over 20 years.

My first experience with House of Imports. From the first phone call, to visiting the dealership and driving home in a new car, to the friendly follow up, I cannot say enough about how well and respected I was treated. It felt like our business was valued and appreciated.Ms Josephine Hwang was outstanding cannot be more appreciative.

AutoNation Ford Tustin review
2020 Ford Explorer xx - had the transmission replaced under extended CPO powertrain warranty. These guys do it right. Specifically DJ my service advisor. He explains everything very well and the 'process'. Once the trans was identified as needing to be replaced he got me the loaner (as they expected the truck to be there for over a week). They ordered my trans and replaced, updated all the software and called me back in w/in a few days MUCH sooner than expected. DJ - thru the whole process is a great Service Advisor. I have a 'history' with him working with this truck and he's always great.

Cabe Toyota review
First time buying a Toyota and the EXPERIENCE was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! I always known Toyota’s for their great reputation in its cars as my parents always own one growing up. My consultant KEONA provided amazing amazing amazing service, she made me and my hubby feel like family! She did everything possible to give us the best deal and she sure did! KEONA’s charismatic, friendliness, funny, and understanding personality won us over the moment we met. Thanks to her, we are coming back in a couple of months to get my hubby and my mother in law two new vehicles. KEONA, Thank you for this beautiful experience! We will be in touch very soon!
2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

Sierra Subaru of MonroviaReviews
Sierra Subaru of Monrovia review
I feel comfortable and confident with the care of myself and my 2019 Subaru Forester at Sierra Subaru of Monrovia. I had gone to another Subaru dealership about 20 miles away, and was very displeased in how I was treated and the treatment of other female car owners waiting for their car to be serviced. I by far feel its worth my time to visit this dealership, I work with Jaime the service representative, and he listens to my concerns and shares his expertise in counseling in what needs to get done

Got my first scheduled service for my new car the team there is exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond from small little details like when rotating my tires they cleaned my Brembo brake calibers completely when they mounted my wheels back on they lined up all of my tire lettering so they matched on both sides small details like that, show me that their service team truly cares about the customers cars and the experience they have being serviced there . I was in and out in less than an hour. They scheduled my next service for the end of this year.

Subaru Orange Coast review
Today I purchased a forester wilderness with Subaru orange coast with the help of Kent Chhin. I highly recommend this dealership and using Kent for assistance. He helped me custom build my forester and walked me through every optional add on, and gave his honest advice on what was necessary and what was not. My car was delivered and I took it home today- it turned out even better than I imagined! My car was detailed, the financial process was very quick and all digital, and they offer great packages and warranties. My car was also detailed and Kent offered me discounts for parts and accessories in the future. I am thrilled with my purchase and the customer service I received here! Thanks Subaru and thank you, Kent!

We did a lot of research about Subarus before visiting the dealer. We wondered if we were in the right place because the lot was empty. Kent Chhin answered our questions and was very patient with us while we were deciding to purchase. We were able to order everything we wanted and it took about two months to arrive. Kent kept us in the loop the entire time and we got exactly what we ordered. Highly recommend a visit to Orange Coast when you are ready to buy. Just give yourself enough time to order!

Subaru Orange Coast review
This was my second time getting a car from this dealer. Most of the communication was online, but when it was time to come pick up the car I was welcomed by a group of genuinely nice and dedicated people. The overall service was great!
2024 Subaru Outback review
This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.

2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

Excellent, friendly, professional service. Had the inventory we were interested in. Curtis Staley was our sales rep and answered all our questions and followed up to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. We have been very happy—and are long-term/repeat customers of this dealership for over 20 years.

Subaru PacificReviews
Subaru Pacific review
Before calling Subaru Pacific, I spent hours and hours looking at Crosstreks online. I had visited another Subaru dealership that felt like the stereotypical car sales scenario - push for upsell, didn't listen to my price ceiling, and even after running my credit, said they couldn't tell me if I had qualified for the advertised low interest rate until AFTER I made a final deal on a car. I was there for 3 hours and the manager felt sort of dismissiv I called Subaru Pacific, spoke with Josh (so nice to deal with!) and gave him my parameters; there was no slick upsell, no pressure, he also ran my credit but told me immediately what interest rate I qualified for! Within ten minutes we made a deal on the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, and I drove over to sign the papers the next day. Every single person I dealt with at Subaru Pacific was kind, professional, customer-focused, very helpful and put me at ease. I got the feeling these people love their jobs, their product and the company itself. I'm driving a wonderful 2026 Crosstrek now, and so happy with it! Looking forward to the upcoming "tutorial" with Jesse, where I can ask any questions about how to use all the cool features that are completely new to me on this car. Everything about working with Subaru Pacific has been positive.

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

CarMax Ontario review
Great buying experience. I did take the car (BMW) to a BMW dealership for a concern I had with the car I bought at CarMax. They found something so then I took it back to CarMax to have it fixed (5-day money back guarantee and 30-day warranty) and CarMax took care of it at no cost and without any questions.
