Really had a good experience with my salesperson. Polite, efficient, not too pushy, and respectful of what my needs were. Dramatically different than other places I’ve gone around LA; in a good way.

Subaru PacificReviews
Subaru Pacific review
Before calling Subaru Pacific, I spent hours and hours looking at Crosstreks online. I had visited another Subaru dealership that felt like the stereotypical car sales scenario - push for upsell, didn't listen to my price ceiling, and even after running my credit, said they couldn't tell me if I had qualified for the advertised low interest rate until AFTER I made a final deal on a car. I was there for 3 hours and the manager felt sort of dismissiv I called Subaru Pacific, spoke with Josh (so nice to deal with!) and gave him my parameters; there was no slick upsell, no pressure, he also ran my credit but told me immediately what interest rate I qualified for! Within ten minutes we made a deal on the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, and I drove over to sign the papers the next day. Every single person I dealt with at Subaru Pacific was kind, professional, customer-focused, very helpful and put me at ease. I got the feeling these people love their jobs, their product and the company itself. I'm driving a wonderful 2026 Crosstrek now, and so happy with it! Looking forward to the upcoming "tutorial" with Jesse, where I can ask any questions about how to use all the cool features that are completely new to me on this car. Everything about working with Subaru Pacific has been positive.
2024 Subaru Outback review
The Subaru Outback is one of the best cars on the road. This car is definitely worth every penny that it costs. Performance at reliability cannot be underestimated. The company stands behind its warranty in every way. It’s like having a more expensive car without the hassle and expense!

Subaru of Glendale review
I?m very pleased with customer service at this location. There is one concern though, and it?s a major one. I haven?t been able to have my touchscreen radio panel repaired for 8 months now. Apparently Subaru isn?t able to provide replacement for faulty parts. I?m pleased with the service at my Glendale dealership, but disappointed with Subaru?s advocacy department and leadership.

Ventura Toyota review
What a nice man! After experiencing a clown show at Hamer Toyota, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable Ventura Toyota made the car buying process. Working with Eddie Wehmeyer was a no pressure, informative, honest, friendly, and easy procedure. I'm so glad I walked in VT's front door. I'm so thankful to have worked with such a nice guy. Kudos to Eddie
2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

We found the car we wanted online and through costco and got the quote before going to the dealership. When we got there, Nathan Houston helped us. He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He offered us added packages and explained each one to us, but didn't force us to buy anything we didn't want. With my previous experiences at other dealerships, I wasn't sure this would be any different. But this was such a nice experience. No headache no hassle no issues. They washed the car and got it nice and ready for us before leaving the dealership and it didn't take long either. I'm a satisfied customer and would definitely recommend everyone to talk with Nathan.

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

Excellent service here. Totally professional and very kind. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Thank you very much David and P!
2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

Excellent, friendly, professional service. Had the inventory we were interested in. Curtis Staley was our sales rep and answered all our questions and followed up to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. We have been very happy—and are long-term/repeat customers of this dealership for over 20 years.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle, and I especially want to recognize Brigitta for her outstanding service. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Brigitta’s knowledge, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explain all my options clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured... Instead, I felt genuinely supported and valued as a customer. Brigitta went out of her way to accommodate my needs and made sure everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Brigitta's positive attitude, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out and made a lasting impression. Andrew and Matt were also great to work with and helped make the experience even better, but Brigitta truly exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend asking for her if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. She delivers exceptional customer service and truly cares about her clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
