Toyota of Cedar ParkReviews
Toyota of Cedar Park review
5 STARS all around for the sales, finance & management team around at Toyota of Cedar Park. With over 20 years of management experience in auto dealerships throughout the country, I was dreading leasing a new Tacoma this week. The staff at TCP went above & beyond my expectations! I told them what I wanted & they 100% delivered. Christian Behl & Chris Walls listened to I wanted & then told me what they could do, not what they couldn't do. Thanks to everybody & I'm 100% satisfied!
2024 Subaru Outback review
This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.

This was my first contact with Chandler Subaru. I was so impressed with service department, Adam. He was responsive, professional and kept me updated. He was able to give me information on my vehicle and options for repair. My service was even completed a day earlier than promised. I highly recommend Subaru service department.

Everything has been great. If I had to find something to nitpick at it would be the mileage but honestly, that is average on most days and better if you want to put the effort in and get the better mileage.

2023 Subaru Outback review
2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

Excellent experience. Top salesman good finance experience. Car was clean , filled with gas . Very Happy
2022 Subaru Outback review
Got a '22 Touring XT. I knew the base engine was pathetic so I wanted the turbo. Gladly sacrifice some MPG for way more power. They shouldn't even offer the base engine on this car. Anyway, after 44k miles it's running like a champ. Absolutely no issues with the electronics (a few minor glitches here and there but nothing to take to the dealer for), CVT is fine, engine is fine, the AWD is second to none! Plowed right through a 15" blizzard through Kansas City like it was nothing. My biggest gripe are the squeaks and rattles. Highly annoying. My '17 Chevy Colorado with 64k miles is tighter and quieter. Cargo space is top notch, I have a bad back so getting in and out of a taller vehicle is much easier. But there is just too much tech and driver assistance, Subaru needs to tone it down a little. I still prefer to actually DRIVE my car, not have the car drive me. Overall I'm still happy with it.

Tri-City Subaru review
Service was great. My vehicle was taken in on scheduled time and promptly serviced. Danielle was very personable and a joy to work with. I had many questions and she thoroughly answered all of them in a detailed manner. One big-ticket item will need to be addressed at some time in the future. However, I was not pressured into having that work performed today. I have been going to TriCity Subaru for many years and have always been satisfied with the work performed.

Slower than molasses in January if you don't get the turbo. But a reliable wagon that's absolutely awesome for parents. Plus, you can make up for the lack of speed by just running over stuff thanks to the ground clearance.

Vic Dionisio is just awesome. I buy all of my cars from him and he is outstanding to work with.
2015 Subaru Outback review
I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

I was an out of state buyer working with Sean Hornbeck as my Corwin sales person. Sean was excellent. He sent videos, pictures, anything I asked for to ensure I was comfortable buying the car. The communication was excellent. When I arrived he car was exactly as described. My wait time with finance was short, and the entire process was timely. I cannot recommend Corwin Ford / Nampa enough. And if you ask for Sean, you are in excellent hands.

Tacoma Nissan review
Over thanksgiving holiday , while visiting family, our 2013rogue blew a transmission . Still under extended warranty, we took it to Nissan dealer where we bought it in 2013. .Keith could not have been better. When I had questions both Keith and Stephanie, business manager, were professional , friendly, and could not have been more helpful . Keith kept in contact with my husband ,who stayed in the area while waiting on repair while I returned to our home in Eastern Washington. Keith , worked hard to complete the repair as timely as possible . The repair is greatly appreciated, the professionalism, caring friendliness for my husband waiting in tacoma , the communication is even more greatly appreciated . THANK YOU so much for all.

2023 Subaru Outback review
I traded in my 2015 Outback and am now one month into driving my 2023 vehicle which I quite like. But I have a serious complaint about the new headlight system Subaru is using. I drive many unlit country roads that have quite a few short but somewhat steep hills. When heading on a flat the low beam lights do an okay, not great but okay, job of illuminating the road in front (the2015 was better). But when heading downhill, the line of decmarcation between the lit and unlit field of vision area often does not seem to extend far enough forward to allow me to see even 25 yards ahead. When traveling at 35 or 40 mph, I find this dangerous and unnerving. While driving 35 mph downhill on a 40 or 50 yard stretch of the road on 2/18/23 I was unable to see far enough forward and therefore slow down in time before hitting a cat. Additionally, the display screen requires me to take my eyes off the road far too often to see what control I might be touching, be that a temperature control, a radio station, or something else. Those things not withstanding I like the car.

Nemer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Queensbury review
I brought my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because of a noise in the engine. The rear window wiper was also not functioning. Matt, the Service Manager, stayed on top of the repairs and provided me with updates through detailed phone calls. I, unfortunately, had a contract with Car Shield which I thought would cover the repairs. Matt dealt with their adjuster and other company representatives. After 19 days I finally had to pay more that $1800 towards a bill of nearly $4,000. The repairs were done expertly, thanks to the really good mechanic and oversight by Matt. They are the reason that I will continue to bring my Jeep to Nemer for servicing.

Zeigler Subaru of Lafayette review

2020 Subaru Outback review
I lucked into finding a returned leased 2020 Outback in July of 2022. Beautiful white exterior, drives like my '13 Legacy (handed down to my daughter, thus the new car for me!). Apparently Outbacks and Legacies have the same body frame, and driving this new Outback is a dream! This is my 4th Subaru and I absolutely, without a qualm, recommend them for handling, snow, comfort, style, cargo capability. After reading the reviews here, I can agree with two issues: battery and display screen. I also had a dead battery with no apparent reason. The dealership went over the car looking for a "battery draw," but found nothing wrong. They replaced it (under warrantee), and THE NEXT DAY the new battery was also dead. The explanation was this new battery had come from a warehouse and should have been charged before installation. No charge to me and no problems since, but definitely an inconvenience. The second drawback I would mention is the display screen. Way overwhelming, hard to find the functions to change driver assist et. al., and too difficult to drive while trying to change your heat, seat temp -- basic controls that should not require the driver to look down so much and for so long. No issues with operation of the screen. Finally, and maybe this was a one-off experience, I had to have the hood repainted because a leaf had left a weird stain right in the center of the hood. I cannot claim the stain was there when I got the car, but we tried every safe method (including wet sanding) to remove it and it was under the finish (according to the body shop). I'd venture to guess it came off the assembly line like that and it was fairly faint until you noticed it. Finally, I am strongly loyal to the dealership, as they have done right by me in many situations. They are fair, give me clear explanations and warn me about upcoming repairs, considerate, and have on more than one occasion checked a warrantee on my behalf to get me a better price.

2021 Subaru Outback review
My family has owned Subarus for a very long time, starting in the late 90's with my parents, an 89 Legacy L wagon, then a 2005 Outback XT, continuing with my wife and I. Our last Subaru, a 2002 Legacy GT wagon (a pretty rare car here in the US, even the Subaru-crazy Portland-metro area) was stolen during Covid. We went Subaru-less until June 8 2026, when we picked up the 45000 mile 2021 Outback XT Limited. The Limited trim is one rung below the top-trim Touring XT and above the Onxy XT. For the curious, XT= the turbo engine version, which I HIGHLY recommend if you actually enjoy driving your car like I do (and other perks). Why did we choose the Limited XT over a truck or another SUV/crossover? 1) The styling. Love it or hate it, wagons are just cool. They've grown on me. It's just different from everything else on the road. 2) I like the carlike ride, driving dynamics, comfort, but the SUV-like interior space, ground clearance and driving position (OB's have 8.7 inches of ground clearance). The Limited trim is the best one in my opinion because you get upgraded interior sound-deadening (thicker window glass, more insulation), upgraded stereo (which sounds awesome), and memory for the driver seat (2 presets). Here's what I like: It's a Subaru without the Subaru quirks from prior generations. It's quiet inside. Just as quiet or more than our Volvo XC90 V8. Even the 2019 3.6R Touring we test drove was noisier inside. The ride is very smooth. Seats are very comfortable for long-hauls. Vancouver, WA to Bend, OR and no aches or pains or cramps. Handling is also good, better than a SUV. This isn't nimble like a Miata or Honda Civic, but for a 3900 lb car it's great. The powertrain. I love the 2.4 turbo engine. It's smooth, quiet, and makes all its torque by 2000 RPM. The non-turbo Outback gets along okay without the 2.5 non-turbo, but the XT makes a huge difference when you want it. It's much faster than the 3.6R it replaced and gets better fuel economy. Personally, unless you want the extra fuel economy, there's no reason not to get the XT. Fuel economy? Highway cruising 70-75 mph is 28 mpg. Pulling grades or a load of gear drops it to 27 mpg. Heavy-footed driving in town and the mileage is rough at times: I saw a low 17.5 once, but it's usually 22 to 23 in town if I keep my foot out of it (that's hard). Here's what I'm not sold on after over a month of ownership. The CVT: If you're coming from only driving conventional automatics, there's a learning curve on how to drive it smoothly. Smooth is the keyword. let the transmission do the work. You can paddle shift it, but it's better to leave it in D. The power delivery could be better. Again, it's a CVT. Off the line foot to the floor and there's a waiting period before it goes. However, like 30 to 80 mph is wild! Like 3 seconds, and onramps are fun! Again, fuel economy isn't fantastic, real-world mixed driving is 22-23 mpg. The infotainment system: Starlink will require getting used to. None of our cars have ever had one, so it's not a big deal for me, but someone used to one may have moments of frustration with the lag and slow response to inputs. Just be patient and it gets bearable over time. Android Auto is USB tether-only along with CarPlay. It works fine, but again...laggy. The display washes out some in sunlight, so you may have to turn the dimmer up. I had to make a habit of turning off auto stop start as soon as I start the engine now. I despise auto stop-start! Whose idea was that anyway? So, should you get a Gen 6 Outback. Yes. The Gen 7's are what I consider blasphemy for Subie folks like me...they now look like everything else on the road, but that's here nor there. I really like the XT and it will be our car for a good while.

Eric von Schledorn Ford review
Dealerships commonly use low internet prices and then tack on unnecessary taxable fees on the backend to drive up interest rates and make up the margins. This dealership's fees were low, on average. As far as price transparency goes... highly visible yet very immovable. We could not reach an agreement on the trade-in and retail price so I did not purchase a new vehicle from them, but I would recommend giving them a shot at your business if you are comfortable with non-negotiable internet pricing. Perhaps, larger dealerships are able to get better invoice pricing and provide greater discount's but this dealership's MSRP discounts were above average for the internet. I'd give them another shot if the situation were to arise.

We purchased the Touring model. We absolutely love this car. 2022 was the first year the Touring model had cooling seats. Cooling seats should be a necessity for people with neurodegenerative disorders who have difficulty regulating their body temperature.

2025 Subaru Outback review
I have had big trucks and SUV I now have a 2025 Outback wilderness, I had to drive this outback a while to get use to it, it was hard for me to get comfortable in this outback because it sat so low, for 60 years I had a vehicle sat up high and little more room in the front seat area,I got use to it, especially at the gas station with mpg I am getting , I am getting really right around 24 to 25 Mpg I am happy. Now that I have driven this outback for about 2 months I am happy, and in the Outback Wilderness it has the best AWD on the market not 4 wheel drive, never never let anybody tell you it is the same as 4 wheel drive If they do leave the dealership on the spot. I am happy I would buy again as long the price is 40k Or less if the price crosses the 45 k I would have gotten a Toyota 4 runner, not the 2025 models but the 2024 or 2023, remember these models are around 17 mpg with 23 gallon tanks with about 275 to 300 miles per tank

Bergstrom Hyundai of Green BayReviews
Bergstrom Hyundai of Green Bay review
To Whom It May Concern, I’m writing to share my sincere appreciation for Chris Gomes, General Manager of Bergstrom Hyundai Green Bay (formerly Broadway Hyundai), and his entire phenomenal team. I just completed my 10th vehicle transaction with them — and once again, they exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors of their beautiful new facility, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. This most recent purchase — my brand new 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited Edition— has been nothing short of amazing, and the entire experience was smooth, exciting, and refreshingly honest. A special and heartfelt thank you to: Chris Gomes – His leadership is the heart of this dealership. Chris leads by example, with unmatched integrity, warmth, and an unwavering dedication to his customers. His team reflects his high standards, and it's no wonder this dealership continues to thrive under his direction. Angie, the incredible Sales Manager – Her transparency, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference. She made sure everything was handled efficiently and with kindness — adding a personal touch that truly made me feel valued and respected. Zach, my awesome sales advisor – Knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. Zach made the entire sales process as always smooth and enjoyable, without a hint of pressure. Jose, who went above and beyond during the vehicle delivery — walking me through every feature and function of the Ioniq 5’s advanced infotainment system. His detailed and patient walkthrough gave me the confidence to drive away knowing exactly what my new vehicle can do. This team isn't just good — they’re the best. I’ve worked with several dealerships over the years, and trust me when I say: no one compares to the team at Bergstrom Hyundai Green Bay. Even though I live in Appleton and have closer dealership options, including other Bergstrom locations, I choose to return to Green Bay time and time again. That’s how much trust and confidence I have in Chris Gomes and his team. They have earned my loyalty for life. To Tim Bergstrom (CE0 and President of Bergstrom Auto), thank you for building a company culture that empowers and supports leaders like Chris Gomes. He and his team deserve to be recognized, celebrated, and appreciated for the outstanding work they do — not just in sales, but in building long-lasting relationships with their customers. And as for new or future customers or if you have been in the market for a new or certified used vehicle for sime time now, I can't recommend Bergstrom Hyundai Green Bay enough. Ask for Chris, Angie, Zach, or Jose — and experience the best car-buying journey you’ve ever had. With deepest appreciation, Malek Oskoui Loyal 10-Time Customer | Appleton, WI

Marhofer Hyundai of GreenReviews
Marhofer Hyundai of Green review
I just leased a new 2026 Palisade from Marhofer Hyundai of Green and couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future purchases. I drove just over an hour to them as I was looking at used Subaru Ascents and they had the best selection of them for the best prices. I was peering through some windows in the parking lot when I was promptly greeted by Audi Petty. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy at all. I told her why I was there and she went over all the Subaru options. She test drove each with me and went over all the features. She seemed to have such an understanding of what I wanted and what was most important to me so she suggested I try a used Palisade as well. I was stuck between which vehicle to select and she and her manager, Breanna showed me an easy side by side comparison with numbers included. Breanna suggested I look into leasing a new one considering how little I drive, which I had not considered. She pulled hard numbers for me and explained the lease in great detail. I was given all the time I needed to think about it and they were not pushy at all. I decided on the lease and things progressed quickly from there. (My laptop ended up dying and I needed to check in with work so Audi found a way to get me plugged in so I could keep working) I was in the finance office signing papers within 20 minutes. The finance lady was very kind as well and made that part such an easy process. She didn’t have that need to “manslain” everything to me. As a woman who was there alone, I LOVED working with all women the entire time! Getting a car can be such a long terrible process and all 3 of them made it such a quick, painless process. I was so pleasantly surprised and walked away with a brand new car that I love and that was within budget!

Dear Lexus Arrowhead Team, I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received when I purchased a car from your dealership this past September. Kyle Walker was exceptionally helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. The trade-in process was seamless, and I received a fair value for my vehicle with all paperwork prepared in advance. I also appreciate the ongoing support from Kyle and the team following the purchase, particularly regarding my California registration and the documentation required for the CA Hybrid rebate. Thank you again for your excellent service. Best regards, Georgina R Inzunza

2025 Subaru Outback review
I have owned Subaru wagons both used and new from 1984 until present. I own a 2012 Subaru Outback Limited 2.5 which I bought new. It has 220,000 miles. Other than routine maintenance and a couple rear wheel bearings, it is doing great! I also own a 2025 Subaru Outback Limited 2.5, I currently have 24,000 miles in it. Only real nuisances are the center tablet and no buttons or dials for hvac. It’s frankly a safety issue to play with a screen just to change hvac settings-dumb. 2026 they got smarter but changed the style for the worse. Additionally, the OEM tires are starting to sing at 24,000 miles. The first 24k the car was whisper quiet. Now I have to blast the radio to drown out the hum. Subaru needs to quit playing with cheap OEM tires. Throw a set of Michelins on there to start… The seats are comfortable-a great improvement over the seat design used from 2015-2019. I got rid of a new 2017 Outback after 95,000 miles because the seating was like sitting on slate. A complaint I have is the overuse of “safety nannies” which are too sensitive and could cause an accident rather than prevent one. Case in point, car can slam on the brakes for you if it thinks you are doing something abnormal that you probably do all the time. I dislike the 8 speed trans. My 6 speed is better on the 2012. 8 speeds are too many. No issues shifting or anything, CVT “shifts” fine. I still get 30 mpg Hwy on the 2012 and 32-34 on the 2025 Hwy. Subarus are wonderful vehicles but they better watch out so they don’t get too much more expensive or start following the crowd too much. Cars in general are too high priced…
