In mid-November, 2015 I bought my 2015 Subaru Legacy with help from Gus (no longer w/Steve Lewis) and he was great - articulate and efficient. The tech person who helped me e.g. sync my phone etc. (Julie) was helpful too. The 1,000 mile "check-up" was uneventful. I had the 6,000 mile service conducted at about 5,800 miles b/c it was convenient to me; that was about three weeks ago. It was done quickly; and when I left the lot I felt all was good. I did however need follow-up help with two issues: (a) once my odometer reached 6,000 miles, when I turned on the car I was offered help to schedule my 6,000 mile service (which had been done); and, (b) my phone had become "unsynced" from the car. So, I called expecting it to be a hassle to figure things out. I was told to come over at my earliest convenience, which I did that day (afternoon of Friday, March 11). The guy at the service desk (sorry I didn't get his name) listened to my description of what I needed help with and summoned Benny Cruz who accompanied me to my car and in 15 minutes he had me on my way with everything "made right". I want to thank the Steve Lewis Subaru staff who fielded my call and emphasized they wanted to fix my problems ASAP, the gentleman at the desk who listened carefully to my "problems" and then summoned the aforementioned Mr. Cruz who was quick, very competent and polite.
