Today my wife and I went in for an encore genius session at Weatherford BMW with Tony Nguyen . Not only did he greet us with a nice smile, he was very informative, has a wealth of knowledge on our vehicle, and always more than happy to answer all of our questions. Not only did he meet all of our expectations, he exceeded them well making us feel super comfortable . He patiently walk us through every step of the infotainment system and made sure he made the necessary changes to our settings to fit our current lifestyle and driving habit. What a Gem at Weatherford. If you need to see a Genius, I would definitely recommend going to see Tony Nguyen. He???s the BEST.
Starting from the initial Internet contact with Diego, to the moment we stepped foot on the lot and met Jim Cord and his sincere warmth and friendliness, to the efficiency of Jeff Rosen, thoroughly explaining and matching a comparative offer from another dealer, to finally wrap finances around with Ed, we could have not been more satisfied the ease, friendliness and no pressure attitude of the entire staff. There is always the stress of playing games when you get ready to purchase a vehicle, and we truly felt that this group did not do that with us. Financing was easy - I emailed my guidelines and was pre-approved and scheduled a test drive same day! My sales rep and everyone at the sale floor was nice and courteous. I came out of there with the car I wanted, with the payment terms (including extended warranties, etc) within my budget and the car was impecable! You cant beat MB quality of product and service. Was looking for a new car for my son and he liked the Subaru BRZ. I made an appointment to come in for a test drive, and left that same day with a new car. There was no pressure to buy like at some dealerships and the salesman was very nice . All in all we had a good experience and would recommend this dealership
Oscar is THE BEST. Every negative experience I have had at other dealerships was immediately wiped away when I worked with Oscar. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the process and was not at all pushy while I tried to make my decision. He and his team worked very well together and made sure I didn't have to repeat myself to multiple people along the way. Sterling was also extremely kind and made sure I understood all aspects of my financial commitment before walking off the lot. I will look forward to coming back to this dealership in the future!
My salesman, Jay Soto, was the reason I bought my new Volvo. I am seventy years old and he was very patient with me. Put no pressure on my but convinced me that buying a Volvo S60 was the right decision for me. He took the deal away from Marin Mercedes by being so easy and not being pretentious. Mercedes made me feel they could take me or leave me. Not, Jay! I felt important to him.
I ordered an Audi Q7 remotely
The rep and financing manager were courteous and fast to process the deal. It took only a few days to have the whole contract signed and the car shipped. The car mileage and Carfax report were as displayed online.
I asked the rep if the car had no specific damage that I couldn;t see on pictures he said no but there were actually several scratches on the inside plastic nothing huge but still disappointing
The manual included was for another model (TT)
Overall a good experience with a courteous and responsive team I'd recommend working with them

I ordered a car from Audi Burlingame based on a recommendation from my boss. Unfortunately, YMMV as my experience was no where near hers. Once the car was ordered, the communication was virtually non-existent. Emails and phone calls to the sales adviser went unanswered or returned. Eventually, out of the blue I got a call telling me when the car was being built and when it should arrive. However, I had already moved on and secured a same vehicle at a discount with more options. Needless to say I cancelled my deposit with Audi Burlingame. If the sales adviser would have been more communicative, then I more than likely would have waited for my ordered vehicle.
This review is for the periodic maintenance with my advisor, Jimmy Ho. Jimmy's team's great. Jimmy has been my go to advisor for the last few 10,000 maintenance services and I will continue to bring my car to him for service in the future. Everything was done on time and I feel that my car runs much smoother after it's been serviced. The shuttle service for drop-off and pick-up is definitely an added benefit. Drivers are polite and the cars are clean.
I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit. They were totally transparent. Sharon Mercado was lovely in showing me around the car and the paperwork. It felt like a win win.
