i made two visits. first visit was to order a new forester sport, sale rep Nick was very professional, it was a great experience with the exception of the cost of a Lojack tracking system $699.00, being sprung on us at the last minute of completing the order and having no choice to accept if we still want the Forester. Being told that Mr. Zeigler requires Lojack tracking to be installed on all new vehicles delivered to his dealerships due to the theft of new auto's from his 35 mid-west dealerships, with the cost being passed onto customers. Second visit: was for service on my 2009 Subaru Tribeca. parts order came in sooner than expected, Service advisor Lauren is very professional and courteous and the vehicle service was completed ahead of time.

I fell in love with the Wilderness Trim from the very first time i saw it. I had a 2017 Outback Limited and loved it too. Had a co-worker who really needed a reliable, well taken care of SUV. I told her I will sell it to her. With the money i got Wilderness. Best decision ever. Has that little extra ground clearance and details that makes this car so unique. Yes the screen is large and has a lot on it, but after a while got used to it. If the Outback was my dream car, This Wilderness is beyond my dreams! The Turbo is great, gives that extra +80HP compared to my Outback and it's noticeable specially when using paddle shifters. Hope i can keep this one for many many years.

Our experience with Ziegler Subaru of Kenosha was great! Richard, our Sales Rep, gave us the information we needed to make a decision to suit our needs. The facility is kept clean and comfortable. I did purchase an oil change package which I recently used for the first time. I met Jeff in the Service Center who is friendly, well informed about Subaru and polished! I wanted to purchase a car small detail package to spruce up my vehicle from winter dirt, unfortunately they’ve suspended that service for lack of help! However, my Outback was washed and I’m happy I chose a Subaru!

Purchase our Ascent June of 2022 ,love the vehicle it now has little over 44,000 miles on it put new tires on at 29,000 not because of wear but for long trips,brakes are still in great shape at last inspection,we are retired but travel with our dog companion,this car has traveled to New Mexico across to Florida and to Florida every winter and also to Maine and the comfort is just fantastic and our overall gas mileage is twenty five MPG and yes when and if we need to trade it will be another Subaru!

I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

We just traded our 2019 Ascent Touring, 52K miles (purchased used with 18K miles, and about 18 months old). We had no issues with the SUV. The turbo is just powerful enough to not worry about the power when needed. Interior held up very well to all the passengers, cargo, and 2 basset hounds as well. We're already sad and looking to get another one (we had downsized to Outback, but miss the big brute for many reasons, one of which is its interior space). I see some negative reviews here with brakes and other recall items, but somehow, we didn't experience either of those. Like I said, we're looking for another one, in hindsight we should've kept it. The only gripe I have is the poor tire choice by the Subaru, the original tires didn't last beyond 25k miles, replaced them with Continental tires and those should last the next owner for a while (originals were rated at 35k miles). Will update this post once we find a new one.

Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

Best vehicle I have ever owned. Dependable, safe, comfortable ride, great fit & finish and responsive and overall excellent quality. No problems in 48,000 miles.

We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this dealership. The staff are excellent. One time, my car had a dead battery after the service department had already closed for the night. A service technician went above and beyond to change my battery anyway.

I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

We were out looking on Labor Day with no real thought we would be moving forward with buying a car right away. We stopped at one location and the prices were $5K more than what was online, waited over 30 minutes for the sales person we were told would be helping us and then he only ran out as we were in our car leaving, and they only had white. We decided what the heck, lets make the ride out to Racine. Boy was that the right choice! We were met by Bill Perez right away, no high pressure, prices were starting at what we were expecting. Test drove my favorite 2023 Mazda CX-5 in Soul Red. We decided that day we were moving forward. They worked with us to be sure everything would be ready for our pick up that Thursday. Even that was a good experience. The team there were all so personable and engaging. Of course topping that list was our sales consultant Bill that led us from step 1 through pulling out of the lot. Even a follow up email the next week while he was on vacation just to be sure everything was going well. A great experience and I would highly recommend!

I’ve driven the Forester before and have been wanting one for two years. So now that it was time for me to give up my 2010 Legacy with 222,000 miles on it, I chose the Forester. The dealer is very customer friendly and very competitive in their pricing, even though I paid 25K plus for a four year old car…vestiges of the used car pandemic pricing. The car drives beautifully, smooth and quiet. I am very happy with my purchase.

The FA 20 engine and cvt transmission were designed as a unit .There have been issues with the cvt as drag racing stretches the internal belt and the hurt begins rolling starts all good . Great road car in any weather a solid performer .

Purchase was easy. Sam provides excellent service. Every time we change our cars, we go to Your Choice Autos first. A much more personalized service and better quality than car superstore outlets.

I love it..it's a good car I wont buy used cars anymore that's for sure. But overall good car. Had to change a few things on it because it was used.

Bought brand new off the lot in January 2020 and I've put just under 20K miles into it so far. Here's what I've seen so far: Good: - AWD keeps you on the road in even the most slushy and icy conditions. Driven this car through a few snow storms and never had to worry about losing control. - The driving assist safety features work very well, definitely has saved me from a couple minor incidents. Also the adaptive cruise control has revolutionized long roadtrips and I'll absolutely never be able to go back - Interior looks fresh and clean, seats are very comfortable. I'm always surprised how much trunk space this car has, plus the folding back seat make transporting some bulkier items easy. Bad: - I absolutely despise the entertainment system. The huge touch screen is cool but it is sluggish and unreliable. Often the inputs will lag several seconds or not register at all, which sucks when you're trying to turn on the AC on a hot day or the heat in the winter. The worst part is that sometimes when you start the car up, the user interface software won't start correctly and will crash, disabling all of the vehicle's safety features. Usually this fixes itself with an automatic reboot but that often takes a couple minutes. Once or twice I've had to pull of the road, turn off the car and turn it on again to manually cycle power to the console interface. - There's absolutely no reason to buy the sport mode when the CVT is so sluggish. Paddle shifters seem like they're almost disconnected as the difference between the "gears" is so minimal. - No way to disable the auto start/stop system, have to hit the touchscreen button every time. Overall: - I'd still recommend this car since the good definitely outweighs the bad. It's a car that does a lot of things decently but nothing exceedingly well. If you want a sports sedan, get the WRX. If you want a car that can handle rough driving conditions, get the Outback. If you want something more akin to a luxury sedan, go up a trim level to the Limited XT CVT. If you want a car that does all these things but doesn't lean too hard into any of them, this is your pick.

I've had my Outback premium 5 months and I'm 100% satisfied with this car. This is my third Subaru (Impreza, Crosstrek, Outback) and all have performed flawlessly. I live in Wisconsin where 4 wheel drive is an asset. The car is easy to start and warms up quickly during cold weather. The interior is comfortable and controls are easy to use and understand. The LED headlights are outstanding. Highly recommended.

In was actually looking to obtain a new 2025 Forester but, there were none available the day I took my 2021 Forester in for an assessment. I'm a leaser! There were a couple of 2025 Outback's on the lot. After being shown the vehicle and test driving it 3 separate times that afternoon four and half hours later I was driving back home in the new 2025 Outback. That's how much I enjoyed the experience! It sits a little lower than what I had been used to the past 3 years driving a Forester but, I thought it handled better and was actually more like a car than an SUV. The driver's area is like a cockpit. I'm a larger guy and I was looking for a little more room but, the Outback's interior is not so much smaller that I can't live with it or enjoy it! actually, the more I drive it, the more I enjoy the vehicle! Also, I like that Subaru products have been usually highly rated by various organizations. Also, the safety features are top notch. The front window view is what another thing truly love about Subaru vehicles. The way my Forester handled snow and ice in the winter was just HUGE in a positive way! So, I'm hoping the Outback will be the same! Actually, having an SUV like vehicle that handles like a car is the main reason I decided to lease the 2025 Subaru Outback! It's always mentioned about how loud Subaru engines are and the acceleration isn't as great as with other models. Personally, I find neither issue to be a problem! I on't even think about it and the acceleration is fine enough for me. Noise?!? Well, diesel engines are noisy. I'm not driving a an EV or Hybrid! I actually believe EV's are too quiet!

I purchased this as a commuter car, but ended up taking it on long trips with the family. Currently has 65k miles. Interior is comfortable, the leather seats are easy to maintain. The infotainment system is great and easy to navigate. The only issue I had with it was the power lift gate. It was under warranty, so no big deal - but it would’ve been expensive had it not been. This is a great car for a family with small kids. The only reason I’m got rid of it is because my kids are growing and we needed something bigger. Routinely hit 23 not on highway. It’s got some pep, but you’re not buying it for sports car experience. AWD does very well off road and in snow. The exterior plastics are somewhat cheap and occasionally need to be set back in place. Otherwise, no mechanical issues and drives like the day I brought it. I’d recommend highly.

I think I have purchased 5 cars from Muller dealerships and Subaru was just as good as the rest. We love our sales rep Marcus and would recommend him to anyone looking for a Subaru.

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

Very good all around. Everyone was helpful, knowledgable, courteous, and competent. They had the car ready when my wife picked it up after flying to Chicago, and a visit friends for a couple days. The transaction was completely online, phone, and email. Not a single hiccup. Paid via bank wire, no trade-in. The car is great and exactly as expected. Highly recommend Napleton Palatine Suburu.

Only owned for a month, very happy of our choice so far, limited model. First time owning a Subaru, time will tell our experience. Did extensive research before making final decision. Only thing to mention is, not partial to inside at the top of the front windshield (middle) where glasses can be stored and lights are. It is very wide & disruptive to the view.

At the start, I wanted the Toyota 86 over the Subaru BRZ. However, the supply for a new Toyota 86 is zero in my area, and the Toyota dealerships were not interested or able to help. Thus, this motivated me to investigate the Subaru BRZ--and I glad I did. My nearby Subaru dealership is wonderful in customer treatment, vehicle inventory, and price. The BRZ offers more for the money and will have Subaru instead of Toyota to service the Subaru engine that is used on both the 86 and BRZ models. The appearance, handling, and response are great.

This is my second Subie. Forster Sport 2025. I love this car!!! The interior is AMAZING and the alloy 19” wheels are so stylish. It drives very smooth and the features are user friendly. I always feel safe driving a Subaru and this car is very stable in bad weather . Most importantly, my dog is thrilled with all the room.
