We ended up leasing a Cadenza that is just beautiful in all aspects from styling to performance and loaded options. This car buying experience was the best I've had in many years. I have friends who are leery of taking their vehicles to a dealership because they fear that the dealership will suggest unnecessary repairs. This is NOT the case with Baierl Honda. I have taken my CRV for servicing and repair several times, and each time asked that the service department check, for example, front end alignment or to rotate the tires, etc. Each time, I was told that (a) alignment was fine and needed no adjustment; and (b) tire tread was perfect and didn't need rotation. This, to me, is the mark of a solid dealership that understands the value of ethics and customer appreciation. I have never had a bad service experience at Baierl.
It was my best car buying experience ever! I needed a good used car for my son. I found this car on the internet and it was in his price range. Their salesman, Bob Guckert, was fantastic and very professional! i explained what car we wanted see and we took it for a test drive. There was no pressure to up sell us. We got a great deal on the car we wanted. I highly recommend Bobby Rahal Automotive no matter what you are shopping for; new or used. They have a great selection of vehicles on their lot and are great to work with!
My brakes gave out on my 16-year-old Forester as I was leaving town and heading home--I was in Pittsburgh visiting my mother. I had been toying with the idea of buying a new Subaru, and the repair bill was what tipped me to making the purchase. At first no one would pay attention to me when I went down to the showroom, so I was watching TV and planning my car future when Greg Johnston came into the room to deliver keys to a new buyer and I engaged him in conversation. He was friendly and offered to help me then and there--even though it was near closing. I never felt rushed and he took the time to explain everything to me about the different models of Crosstrek. I came back Saturday morning and drove a new car home. I love it. Greg made the experience stress free. He had a sense of humor (even when I sort of gave him a hard time). Everything about the car was explained to me and I am planning on going back for a refresher course this week. Going from a 16 year old car to a brand new one is like going from a model T to a spaceship--and I'm no spring chicken! All salespeople should be as attentive and easy-going as Greg. I hope he's there in 16 years when I may be in the market for a new car. Until then, I can only refer my friends and family to him.
Basically made a deal over the phone, even my trade which needed a major repair. He encouraged me not to have the repair done and gave me the most of any other dealers for my trade! When i got there, over 90 miles away, there was no surprises! He knew where I needed to be with my payment and that is the payment that I received. Very friendly staff. The car was even better than I expected! This is a dealer that is truly there for the customer. If you are looking for a vehicle, give them a try!!

I found a one owner 2008 RL at Spitzer to replace my 2008 that was totaled. This was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Jeremy Benson was fantastic, - the dealership treated me as though I was buying a $60,000 RLX Hybrid. Benita in finance was especially helpful, having changed my mind at the last minute about a service contract. Could not have asked for a better experience.
We arrived at a very busy dealership on Black Friday, expecting a long wait.
