Returning a 2013 VW Passat on a end of lease and was amazed on the personal attention received that I ended up leasing a 2016 Passat. The salesman John BATISTA was great. The very few 2019 CX5 are just trickling down to dealer lots at this time (11/2018). Ramsey Mazda did not have our color/future combination so we bought the car from another lot. Even so I ended up purchasing my new 2019 CX5 from another dealership I wanted to take a moment to share an outstanding service Joseph Guadalupe from Ramsey Mazda has provided to my wife and I. We test drove CX5 with Joe and he was guiding us, answering many questions honestly for several weeks before we bought the car. He was genuine, responsive, very professional, knowledgable, calm, no pressure and extremely helpful. Even when I told him I will be buying the car from another dealer he remained true, understanding and did not put any pressure on us. Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied. These guys do a great job making sure I get my service needs met. I am particular about dealers sticking to their warranty and that's one of the best 'features' of Fette. I never get a hard time about warranty claims. They always have a loaner waiting for me. Would by from them again.
I leased a Volvo XC 60 2019 yesterday and I had a great experience. Robert, Jeff and especially Frank were wonderful. Frank took his time to go over the car in details without rushing. I definitely recommend to everyone that it is looking for a great car to go to Volvo in Hungtinton.
I travel 10 miles to go here for service because the dealership is small and has a friendly atmosphere. It is easy to get too and even in high rush hour traffic times there's no problems getting into the driveway and finding parking. Unlike the larger dealerships across the Island, Metric is an independent (just Subaru) and is truly hassle free. It has less customer volume which enables them to focus individually on getting things done. Service is typically done faster than the original estimates. When they say an hour it usually means 35 minutes. Its the dealers job to make money on services. I get it. However it is cost competitive with other dealerships in the area. I'm still waiting on their new facilities proposal to be built as the building is old and needs updating. The service waiting room is small and you will need to walk about to stretch your legs as it's too tight for tall folks to extend knees locked. The waiting room chairs need to be updated for longer sit ins, they serve their purpose for 30 minutes tops. What really is nice, is your free to walk the facility and grounds while waiting with out an employee asking if you need help every 5 minutes.
Metric Subaru was my choice to buy my new Outback and I was very happy. They didn't haggle or hard sell, they just gave me a good price (I researched before) and a fair deal. My Outback has surpassed my expectations and I am a very satisfied customer.

I remember when i almost bought a vehicle when they were located in Hauppauge,ny. This experience at there new location in Farmingdale,n.y was exceptional> no pressure great atmosphere and a wonderful and professional sales person. Sales professional Annalea was so helpful and answered all the questions i had about the vehicle. The vehicle which i purchased was super clean and had all the options i wanted. After looking at used vehicles i am happy i purchased for Novak Motors .Annalea is an asset to this company and would without reservation reccommend Annalea and this Dealership to anyone i know looking for a great deal on a quality used vehicle.
