I have bought two used cars for my sons over the past 8 years. The first was a 2002 Honda Accord that we put 100,000 miles on and went through two teenage boys. It was a great car. I just bought a second 2008 Honda Accord last week. The car looks and runs like it is brand new. Paul's is honest and his prices are fair. We have also used him for all of our car upkeep and repairs. I wanted to express how great my buying experience was at St. Louis Acura. This is my second Acura from them and the process was even better than my first more than a decade ago. I've been an Acura/Honda fan for almost 20 years. The reliability and premium feel is rock solid and this dealership end of the experience completely matched expectations. They were great to work with on my trade (specifically compared to Audi Creve Coeur which basically tried to steal my car), and sales manager David Michiaels was both sensitive and knowledgeable about my particular credit variables. The whole process so much less painful than it's ever been. I wanted also to personally shout out Jesse Griffin, my salesperson. Quite honestly, if not for him I wouldn't be in this car (2018 TLX A-Spec SH-AWD). My plan was to continue driving more vehicles. I was at a point where I had even kinda lost my yearn for the Acura side of the brand; Jesse helped me find that again. He was also great at speaking to me much more like a friend than a salesperson. I hate to be sold -- hate it! And I've always despised the whole car-buying process because it feels like you're doing combat. It wasn't like that at all. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the cars, the dealership, the competition, and even other brands -- quite honestly something that salespeople who have been around for 20+ years have kinda given up on. And best was when he didn't know (rare) he would learn rather than just spitting back an answer. I've had other salespeople blatantly lie because they didn't want to appear like they didn't know. Jesse didn't sell me anything; he and I talked while I worked through the process for myself; he was there to help. For me, that's what all salespeople should aspire to. I wouldn't rate the rest of the dealership experience quite as high, but it was still up there. I've never purchased a vehicle from Leta, but I've tried to look there and I can tell you it's a night and day difference. I have purchased from Plaza and St. Louis Acura has them beat by a mile. Post-sales service also means a lot to me. I had to return for a few things agreed upon during the sale and the Service department experience just continued the pleasantness of this process. In all, I am loving this dealership and give it the highest marks. If you???re considering an Acura, I don???t think there???s a better place to go.

Chuck Lucas was our sales person, and he was amazing! He treated us like family, and that made us feel like we were exactly where we needed to be. One of the first things he told us was that he is a Christian, and he feels called to make sure that his customer's car buying experience is a positive and blessed one. He was in no way pushy, and even asked more than once if we had any questions or concerns about the vehicle. Before I test drove a car, I explained to Chuck that we had just been discharged from a 5-year bankruptcy. I needed to let him know about that up front, because I knew financing would be a problem due to our credit situation. I did not want to waste his time or ours, if the dealership did not deal with people that have credit issues. Chuck told me that they are a family-owned and operated business, and they understand that life is not easy, and that hardships arise. At no time were my husband and I made the feel uncomfortable due to our credit situation. The finance department did a great job of getting our credit approved, and our payment where it needed to be. I would 100% recommend the Dick Dean Subaru team, and when it is time for another vehicle we will be back.

What can I say, they are the best! Since 2013 I???ve bought 4 New Subarus from The Dean Team and I have a used Baja that is serviced only with them. Not only is the Salesman easy to work with, (you need to check into the guaranteed trade up programs) it???s what goes on after the sale. The service and parts staff are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. So I have 3 Subarus currently being serviced at the Dean Team no surprises, no disappointments. And boy have we encountered some of the most arrogant individuals in this line of work. However, not here nope you can tell everyone here puts their pants on just like us everyday! So.... We purchased a used vehicle from Jason!! I will tell you we did most of our negotiations via text and that was awesome! America is in the technology world and we get it so that was nice! Thank you Jason for taking the time out of your personal life to communicate. Like the rest of us in America our time off from work is valuable and I hope the owner realizes what an asset YOU are to his team! Perhaps if the Dean team doesn't reimburse their staff for personal devices they should consider such. Thank you for taking the time out to go over all the details of the jeep and making sure we return for the follow up details and other equipment to be installed on our jeep! We wanted to point out that if you are NOT in shape or lazy you shouldn't apply to work here ... For no one we ever seen walks ... We were like wow "do you see how everyone runs here" to the customer or a vehicle. It was hot out but they were more concerned if we needed a drink.... More like they needed one ... We encountered much aggravated times after weeks of shopping at other dealerships .... One time we said "hurry up get in the car and drive off" so the salesman couldn't see us lol .... We drove another vehicle and litterly something fell OFF that jeep (oh boy) ..... Another dealership couldn't find 3 different vehicles that they said they had and NO CLUE where they could be yet still tried to show us something we had no interest in ... Yet another dealer made us feel like we went to Edward Jones and NOT car shopping as he gave us advise on what banks to use while treating us like we had a 500 credit score (no joke) the general manger told me no I was tall enough and I didn't need side rails for my jeep so he wouldn't put them on and they would cost me 1100.00 .....(I'm 5'2)!!! I could say soooo much more but at the end of the day this what I'll say.......... See you next week Jason when you put my side rails on our NEW jeep!!!! ( for a for a fraction of what the above mentioned dealership told me) Btw.... The Dean Team's F &I guy (Rick) a thank you for your professional attitude and work getting us in and out in record time! That's always a hassle but NOT here! Jason .... We will see you again

I drive for my job. Door pockets aren't large enough or square to be useful. Center console is a C minus! I'm 5'5., must reach way back to lift storage cover. VERY BAD. there are 2 useless recesses in the center console --too shallow to hold a cell phone or pen -- what are they for? cup holders set too far back. and PS: never open the door if it's been Snowing!!! it all lands in the driver's seat. Obviously not designed by an outdoor team!

I've been shopping for a 2018 Subaru Outback (Premium) for awhile and did my fair share of homework on the three major Subaru dealers in St. Louis. What brought me to Dean Team Subaru initially was the email communication I had with Mark McNulty and the low pricing on their website. Mark was great through the couple of email exchanges I had, helped me understand my "walking out the door" price and wasn't pushy on having me come in. When I ended up coming in, I met with Tony Wright. Tony from the get go was personable and affable, generally all around likable. I told him I was interested in the Outback but that I had plans to visit two other dealerships before the day was through. Tony said he'd love to do whatever was needed to help keep me at Dean Team and save me the trip to the other locations (Thanks Tony :) ). Since I knew what a fair amount about the Outback, there wasn't much "training" that I needed however Tony clearly was knowledgeable on the product line. He took the time to answer the few questions I had and provided clear and detailed information. He suggested a great stretch of road to do a test drive on so I could try out the various features the car had to offer. When it came to negotiations, the process was beautifully simple. Telling me that he wanted to know "what it would take" to make a deal, I was straight forward with my requirements and with a quick conversation or two with his manager and agreement on my end we were writing up the sales contract. All while doing this, Tony took the time to get to know my wife and I and shared stories about his own family. The finance manager we worked with was Jason Moore. We didn't spend a ton of time with him but he did a great job, got us through all of our paperwork quickly and we weren't pressured into any add on products like we've experienced at other dealerships. At the very end, Tony made sure to explain every last feature as we were doing our final wrap up and even offered some great suggestions on coming back for more information on the cars and to not forget to take advantage of their free car washes! When we were done, we were totally content with the process. Will definitely go back to Tony and the Dean Team Subaru folks for our next vehicle.

I read an online review before I test drove and purchased my 2017 STI. The author wrote that the 2017 STI was just like the 2004 STI. He was right. However, he thought that was a bad thing. I think its a great thing. This is my 5th Subaru and second STI. It is what you think it will be. A tried and true STI. Gas mileage is bad. Seats are not comfortable on long drives and the interior is blah. But it goes like nothing else. I may not outrun a SRT Charger, a Mustang GT or even a Tesla in a 1/4 mile, but lets go down the windy roads or in some snow and see what happens. For a daily driver it is not the fastest, 0-60 in 4.6 on a good launch, the prettiest, or most comfortable; But, it is fun as all get out to drive. That's what you buy an STI for, to drive!

Actually found my "dream" car, (I had been searching for over 2 years!) It was a very SPECIFIC 2012 make, model, and color with other features. Have had this 2017 Outback for 18 months. Went in for six month oil change & tire rotation. Wanting my tires to last I asked for an alignment since there was no history of an alignment being done by previous owner and I would be putting close to 1800 miles on the car the following week and another 4000+ the first three months of 2019. Turned out front end was fine but the back end needed some adjusting. Nice to have peace of mind.

I went back to Mini last week to meet with Karen Fortune, my Mini advisor to discuss specials on 2015 they were running. Having a Clubman previously, I wasn't really considering it again and thought a 2016 would be out of my price range. However, after Karen had Neil Westfall look over the numbers, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was actually well within in my range. Karen took the time to discuss all of my options with me- from select, to traditional pricing, to a lease. This is the 4th Mini I have had, so Karen is very familiar with the condition of my Minis, the mileage I put on my cars over the course of a year. I was very interested in a lease but wasn't familiar with how a lease worked. Karen was very thorough explaining the ins and outs of the lease, which I ultimately went with since I like a new model every 2-3 years which didn't fit with traditional financing. Paperwork was quick, simple and straightforward. Tina Logue handled that and explained to me what I was signing, and what to expect plate wise and registration wise since this was a lease. Paperwork literally was less than 10 minutes and there was zero pressure for extended warranties. After that, I was eager to just take the keys and go since this was my 4th Mini. A lot of sales people would have agreed and been happy to see me walk out the door since the deal was done. However, Karen knew I had not driven the new models extensively. Due to the numerous changes made to the 2015 and 2016 models, she wanted to ensure I understood the new features that were available in the car, as well as take the time to program the settings to my own personal tastes (turn signal flashes, night time interior brightness, exterior pathway lights, Bluetooth/phone pairing, radio station programming, etc.). After we went through everything, Karen did a final walk around the car. Before I drove off the lot, she made another appointment a week out so I could come back in, and ask any questions I might have about How To's related to the car. That evening, she also reached out to me personally to ensure I was enjoying the car. Karen's level of commitment to her customers goes way above and beyond what is expected. She is passionate about what she does, and takes the time to get to know you as a person. She is well versed on all of the models Mini offers- both from a technical perspective and design perspective. Karen is not pushy and follows your lead which makes the entire process stress free and straightforward. A lot of sales people can be intimidating, and buying a car can be intimidating. I know with Karen it won't be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karen to my friends and family because I know as soon as they walk in or talk to her on the phone or in email, they'll be in good hands.

Talk about a sleek car with available iSight camera system that helps ensure the safety of everyone in the vehicle. Comes with adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist. Automatic braking to avoid front end collion. Reverse camera with automatic braking and sensors to alert you of oncoming objects usually not in your immediate view when reversing. The day time running lamps are the sharpest looking thing on the road, I prefer them over my BMW LED day time running lamps. In terms of comfort you have all premium leather heated seats with a wood grain front panel that gives off a modern style. Steering wheel paddle shifters with AWD give you superb control. Keyless entry and push to start engine means you can quickly get in and go! Has the new shark fin antenna that flows with the vehicle. Automatic on/off headlamps and awesome fog lamps that individually turn on when making a turn to increase your visibility of the immediate low ground road which allows you to dodge every pothole.

I HATE buying cars. But the Fusz team at Old Olive Street really deserves credit for making an experience that could have been tough, easy: Our family owned two Subarus purchased from Fusz: a 2012 Outback and a 2015 Forester. Two days before we were to depart to Europe for a month to attend our daughter's wedding the Forester was totaled and I needed to arrange a replacement by long distance. Mark Linneman in the collision center looked after my destroyed Forester. He retrieved license plates, loose change and several accessories, and kept them for me until we could return. After some online research I quickly concluded the 2016 Forester was the best choice (top pick at Consumer Reports, again), and contacted Stephanie through their website, as I had the first two times. She provided price and availability details on several alternatives right away. We completed all the arrangements using email and the web-based "chat" function. The car was ready the week we returned home, with all the business and other details settled exactly as we had discussed. Many thanks to the whole team! One additional note: The 2015 Forester performed incredibly in the crash that destroyed it. The front crumple zone did its job, ALL of the airbags deployed -- literally shredding the car interior -- and I walked away with only a bruise from the seatbelt. I say: buy a Subaru and live.

THIS CAR HAS DEVELOPED TOO MANY PROBLEMS; TWO ARE RELATED TO THE A/C SYSTEM; OTHERS ARE RELATED TO WHEEL BEARINGS, AND AXLES. THE VEHICLE MAKES "POPPING NOISES" IN THE DASHBOARD. IN ADDITION, THE REAR HATCH DOESN'T GO UP ANYMORE WITHOUT HELP, AND THE EXTERIOR MIRRORS MOVE AROUND INSIDE THEIR FRAMES WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY.

I really enjoy almost everything about the car. It drives well, good features, good mileage for AWD. I wish the body was not so low to the ground ( easy to scrape on curbs etc ) but I want a sedan and it seems all sedans now are low like this one nowadays.

I bought this car because I was looking for a 4wd that could tow at least 3000 lbs if needed. I’ve owned this car for approx three years and I use it to drive to work and up to visit my friends in Maine. It is extremely reliable with loads of interior room for all transport needs.
