I purchased a new vehicle on 11-12-2018. This was one of the best experience that I had in sometime, as I trade about every 3 years.After a text drive and a review of the cars features, I decided on the model and trim I wanted. Bill Grunert, my sales person, and Josh Shymanski, the sales manager, worked together to search for the vehicle in the color and trim desired. They expedited the search and received the vehicle in only 3 days. Bill was friendly, courteous, and well aware of the cars features and use. Bill again, in my mind provided exceptional service as he came into the dealership on his day off to make delivery on my schedule. I want to thank Bill and Josh who helped put the deal together for the excellent service received from them. I will not hesitate to recommend these gentlemen to anyone.
This was my first time buying a new car from a dealership, and I was nervous that I would be pressured into buying a vehicle that I did not need or want. However, Herman made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. He was attentive to my needs and did not try to push me one way or another. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to, which was great as the transaction took awhile due to internet problems. I am happy that I chose IA and will consider them again in the future!
New to IA, my husband and I were very impressed with the staff at their Honda and Toyota dealerships. The staff were helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. After considering the Honda CR-V, we also expressed interest in the Toyota RAV-4. Taylor Darr, GM, personally introduced us to Bill Grunert at Toyota and we ultimately decided on the RAV-4! Bill was a delight to work with, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure that the car we chose was perfect before we completed our transaction. And, we appreciated the no pressure approach to the entire process! Although we could have chosen other dealerships closer to our home, our trip to IA was a pleasant surprise!

I had an accident with my 2008 Lincoln Navigator. Wanted to replace so I used internet. Found two in Wisconsin, four and a half hour drive. Picked Brantmeier to be my first stop. Everyone at the dealership, especially Kenny went far beyond expectations. In our situation, we had a horrible purchase from the previous dealer we had purchased from, and were left high and dry (spent an entire year paying for repairs and trying to get the car to pass emissions-nothing short of a nightmare). I came into the place exasperated and in tears. Between all of this the dealer listened to our needs-provided a amazing solution. I will never forget how they were able to actually sell a car through an empathetic situation that met our specific needs. We love our 2019 Nissan. Thank you.
We brought our 2010 Nissan Murano in for an oil change. While talking to another customer, I didn't have time to get myself a drink and the customer rep got my water for me. And they offered me a complimentary car wash which was greatly needed. They also showed me my dirty air filter and my husband approved the purchase. It was a great experience.
I found the exact truck through the internet. The dealership responded to me immediately and I was transferred to Matt for the price and trade in value. I thought the prices they quoted me were fair for me. Matt did an excellent job ensuring the truck was set up as I wanted it. Finally a good experience buying a truck that I really wanted. I would definitely recommend buying a car from then.
