Jesse Trujillo really knows the cars inside and out. When we went on a test drive he went over the car features. When I purchased the vehicle he went into great detail of every feature on the car. Jesse is polite, personable and does not over power you like some dealerships.
Going to Wm L. Morris Chevrolet in Fillmore was my first experience with a dealership, and the team there took very good care of me. Cris was the dealer who helped me out from start to finish and he continued to assure me that I was in good hands. He's young but knowledgeable and it feels like you're taking to an old friend with him. I saw many good deals, and I was able to get one myself.

Purchased a used car. It had issues before and after purchase, but the owner stepped up and sent car to his mechanic. I recommend their mechanic, CJP Auto Repair in Thousand Oaks - Justin and Chris. They thoroughly addressed my car issues and communicated their findings quickly. All were addressed and they assured me my purchase was a good one. Regan Motors, Troy, Antonio and Jimmy made a bad situation better. They paid the $170 in needed repairs and now I feel better. I would recommend them to others, but always be proactive in your purchase. Check everything in the car- lights, A/C, locks, seatbelts, brakes, wipers...before you buy.
I can't speak highly enough about this establishment. Chris and Tyler were especially courteous and made our buying experience the best we've ever had from a car dealership. In case you're thinking, "Duh, when you buy something that expensive, they have to kiss your @$$," we bought a used Jeep for less than 30K. They're just good people, regardless of who you are or what you're buying.
After months of test driving a variety of cars, I made the decision to buy a new Subaru Crosstrek. The team at Ladin Subaru were friendly, helpful and patient with answering all of my questions about the vehicle. I got a great deal on the Crosstrek and a very thorough lesson on all the features of the car. I was impressed. Thank you Harris and Gary for the wonderful customer service! I absolutely love my new Subaru!
Not everything always goes the way it should. I had that experience briefly at Ladin but once the Sales Manager stepped in, I was very impressed. I explained the issue and immediately everything was resolved. That is what makes the difference to me in the ultimate measure of customer satisfaction. I will be buying my next Subaru here at Ladin.
