This was my first time buying a car and I had tons of questions and concerns and they were so unbelievably patient and explained( and re-explained) everything so well. had for 20k miles, now has 113k miles. Haven't done thing but change oil and put gas in it. Zero issues. only reason for 3/5 star comfort is the seats are rather hard. Other than hat perfect car!

From the moment we drove onto the new lot of Stevens Creek Lincoln, we felt like we made the right stop at the right time. JV met us with such professionalism and non-pressuring approach that we stayed much longer than we expected and ended up buying same day. He accommodated our family of 5 with patience and let me test drive a couple Nav's 4 or 5 times to compare the "feel". As an experienced car business professional myself, I fully appreciated the way my family and were handled during our entire experience. After the sale, we have had the same excellent level of service from the entire team from this dealership, sales, finance and parts.

Owning a Mirai is an adventure. First of all, understand that you are not buying a gasoline vehicle with stations at practically every corner. Secondly, there's a reason these cars are priced the way they are, because ownership requires a bit of patience and flexibility. As a previous owner of a 2010 Toyota Prius, the Mirai was a step up in performance and technology. The car comes with practically every feature you would want in car including heated seats, heated steering wheel, adaptive cruise control, and satellite radio. The car has more responsive acceleration than the Prius. Over the months that I've owned the car, I've received several compliments regarding the futuristic exterior styling. The only real downsides are the smallish trunk and the lack of a physical spare (it comes with a tire repair kit). Also of note is that the vehicle only seats four people. Even before the generous fuel subsidy provided by Toyota, it is one of the least expensive sedans on the market today (it's often cheaper than a Corolla, which doesn't come with many of its features). Unlike EV charging stations that seem randomly placed, hydrogen fueling stations are strategically placed and cover residents of the Greater Los Angeles area and the San Francisco Bay Area fairly well. If you live or work in the Inland Empire, you might want to wait for a few more stations to open. Refueling requires a bit more planning than a gas powered vehicle because the infrastructure is still in its infancy, so don't wait until the last minute to fill up. PLEASE NOTE: Before you purchase this vehicle make sure there are at least two hydrogen fueling stations near your residence and/or work, because stations do go offline regularly for maintenance or to replenish fuel supplies. The vehicle is relatively low maintenance and inexpensive to maintain, but every 35,000 miles the ion filter needs to be replaced, which will set you back about $600 or so. If buying a used vehicle around 35,000 or 70,000 miles, check to see if the ion filter has been replaced and factor that into your decision.

I love my Nissan Frontier SV 4x4.. I have 24,000 miles on it with no problems but a back door lock issue that was repaired. The Nissan dealer was great. It’s very comfortable and drives like a luxury suv. I have no complaints. We had a Tacoma before and it was so uncomfortable. It has a lot of getup and go. Fun to drive. I am very happy with this truck

I've been driving this car for nearly two years, have added 38k miles on it so far, and am now pushing 95K everything's been great, I haven't had any reliability issues, and everything is running smoothly. However, the gas mileage is nowhere near their claims, granted to don't drive conservatively but I'm getting anywhere from 19-22 mpg. Great car overall, especially for the price.

That's a true sign of a great dealership when the owner isn't afraid to leave his office. The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgable. He has prior experience working at other dealerships and it shows. The finace associate is very thorough. This is a great asset to look for when purchasing a new or old car. My overall experience was a good one.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my 2003 Canary Yellow Ford Thunderbird!!! Believe me when I tell you that when it came to performance, style and comfort - I couldn't have made a better choice in a Roadster! I was 50 years old when I purchased my 17k miles beauty and sold it 16 years later..after clocking a total of 256k miles. What else can I say? Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. Amazing vehicle, that gets the job done.

I got this Civic Touring 2018 from my son as a gift. To my surprise, it’s quite comfortable inside, not tight at all. The ride is comfortable and road noises not pronounced, but wind noise increases when the speed goes beyond 60 mph. I just got this car less than 3 months so I didn’t spend much time in dashboard functions and buttons. Those on the steering wheel need my study too. The GPS is not good compared with Google’s even after new updates from Honda (Garmin). I always use gps on cellphone. Will come back after having enough experiences.

I got a 2013 Abarth as my first car at 18 years old. I drove it for 8 years until it was finally killed by a deer with over 223,000 miles on it and it was still going strong. It was always reliable and so much fun to drive. I drove it like any 18 year old kid would and it had no complaints. It made long commutes tolerable. It is also shockingly good in the snow. I only ever did routine maintenance to it and that’s all it needed. There were couple small things that started to go bad on it, such as the passenger window regulator, but nothing major ever broke. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who’s considering getting one. I would happily buy another one.

So grateful that we came across the Mercedes-Benz of San Jose! I got a flat tire in my tire on my GLC and was desperate for a fix since I had work the next day. They were able to book us in and Joshua Delgado was our service advisor, he was friendly and gave us all our wheel options and was very communicative while we waited. Their lobby had a great coffee machine while we waited for our vehicle and car came our nice and clean as they do a complimentary vacuum and wash when they finish their service. 10/10 would recommend this location! I've tried other wheel shops and their service was above and beyond!

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

The styling looks great outside & everything functions as it should. It has loads of options, heated & cooled seats & steering wheel, very cold air, big comfy 7 seats. While not a luxury-looking plush interior, it is very nice. A couple pieces of plastic molding inside are loose, a back panel I tried to take off & the visor mirror on drivers side. I've owned this for 6 months & adore it! Very roomy.

Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great,but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.

I was looking for a 2016 e-golf with fast charger. Not a lot of dealers had any left. I found one 2 hours away at another dealership. They started the negotiations high and wouldn't budge much. We didn't make the deal. Then I e-mail Santa Cruz VW and told them to send me there best offer. the car is absolutely amazing…. but they are out of there xxxx minds if they think this car is worth $70,000 . Completely over priced and someone is trying to screw someone over big time. The car is not worth that much and we have yet reached a time where they are no longer selling them at dealerships. There are a lot still out here and selling very well. This person who ever put that $70,000 price tag on this car is insane and shouldn’t be aloud to sell fruit no less a car smh.

I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

The fuel injector went out on my 2019 F150. This is an employee-driven vehicle and I needed to get it back on the road fast, or we'd miss serving clients. Because I have an extended warrantee, the repairs were fully covered. Northbay is down a couple service people, as one of their longtime people just retired, and it's hard to find qualified people to hire in our small city. But they escalated my truck, and got it done in a couple days. It was driving beautifully after that. Marcus, my contact, is awesome at customer service. He is great in person - goes beyond. I enjoy the ride in my Sorrento . This one is loaded and still learning ! I am only 4 11’, The seats I have are designed for a taller person .. so more options to fit a short stature person would be great . But I love my car …receive a-lot of compliments.
