I have a 2018 Cherokee latitude plus. More than 140k miles. Very nice SUV. I think most of this bad reviews are not fair. I will buy a new one in the near future.

The entire process was seamless from start to finish. My service was completed in a timely manner, and I received not only a comprehensive report but also a detailed video walkthrough explaining the work performed and recommendations to help maintain the lifespan and care of my truck. That level of communication and transparency really stood out. What impressed me even more is that I did not purchase my vehicle from their dealership, yet they treated me with the same care and professionalism as if I had. I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Javier was great to work with! Did all the numbers part over email. I knew what I was walking into. Test drove the car and was out the door with my purchase in less than an hour and a half!

I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

Over all good car but 4 cyl engine lacks power. A 6 cyl should have been an option. Door locks (actuator) not reliable. Transmission ,breaks , and suspension are great.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

Cassidy and Charlie were the absolute best ever. The knowledgeable presentation of the Ascent far exceeded my expectations and what I thought I already knew about the vehicle. The rate the finance department got for me was better than what my own credit union offered. I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.

I will be returning when the time comes for another vehicle. My wife and I really do appreciate and enjoy the new SUV.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

Bought a used XC90 from them and it went smooth...price was better than most anyone I could find and I got in and out in about 2 hours all in. overall pretty happy and surely happy with the crazy low price I got. will come back.

Excellent choice for hybrid with that added performance feature. Well worth the $ when compared to other hybrids. Complete luxury package for less money. Handles perfectly on the road.

Overall good process. One item I would have preferred was to be taken to an office or room when negotiating the numbers instead of on the showroom floor.

The car has been great with one glaring exception. The 2023 Rav 4 navigation system and manuals explaining it are far from easily understood by some of us with advanced degrees and years of experience in writing and interpreting complicated financial documents. The 2023 Nav screen is as much a distraction as driving while using a mobile phone a highly discouraged practice., perhaps more dangerous. Our 2028 Rav 4's Nav system and manual were easily understood. intuitively structured and easily used during our drives and with a safe screen. Somehow the 2023 version escaped those virtuous characteristics and is one that has made me start to consider trading our 2023 in after 7 months.

Buy your next car here. For real. No pressure but attentive and extremely knowledgeable about their inventory. They allowed me to take my time looking over the car and generous with the test drive, Adam followed up without making me feel like I was in a rush to make a decision. I took possession of a super clean car that was clearly made ready with care and mindfulness.

The Genesis GV70 we purchased new is delivering a on the promise of being an exceptional SUV. We have a GV80 and adding the GV70 to our corral has only deepened our appreciation for the Genesis brand. The GV70 is a great SUV and I look forward to driving it every day. Fit and finish are industry leading, and the driving comfort is exceptional. Handling are braking are superb. I have owned five Audis and our Genesis GV70 and GV80 deliver a better overall ownership experience. The Genesis brand has slightly different take on "luxury" than the Europeans, and I like it! If I needed another vehicle, I would go for another GV70. You will not be disappointed if you purchase a Genesis GV70, or any other Genesis vehicle.

I’ve owned a Sahara unlimited for 2 years then purchased a 2019 sport unlimited, hands down the two best cars I ever drove, they don’t exceed in any one category besides getting you where you need to be in style!! I’ve loved every minute of my jeep wrangler!!
