Mazda of South Charlotte review
I was in the market for a new car and was shopping around with different dealerships as I was not tied to a specific brand. When I met Ali Aznaurav at Mazda South Charlotte, we found that he was one of the most genuine salesman and we had visited several dealers before this. He patiently heard us, never tried to force us into a sale, never pre-judged us. We got a great deal at the end and we are very happy with the service. He also got us great discounts on the selling price and excellent value on the trade. He is the best and you can't go wrong with him. Thank you Ali.

Bryan was in constant contact with us during the whole process. Not pushy, but present. The other team members were also supportive and everything went smoothly. James was key in helping us close out and the process was stress free. Best experience I’ve had to date at a dealership. I will recommend this team to friends and family.

I had a great experience working with Yehor at Audi. He is a very professional and easygoing person, and it was a pleasure communicating with him. Yehor speaks perfect English, Russian, and Ukrainian, which made the whole process even more comfortable and smooth. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and truly focused on helping me find the right option. I highly recommend reaching out to him if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!

My visit was necessitated due to an illuminated engine light. An engine scan was performed and the fault was identified. Jason Hall and his technician performed appropriate corrective action. And now all is good. I appreciate the periodic update of the progress coupled with a definition of the cause that was helpful and considerate.

I just had the best experience in the service department that I’ve had in ten years. Harrison was the best, kindest, most wonderful Service Manager I’ve ever had, and I’ll be requesting him from now on. My technician Taylor also went above and beyond to fix something that has been broken on my car for years, without being asked. I actually cried. Thank you both for taking such great care of me and my car. With service like that, I won’t be going anywhere else, and strongly recommend them to anyone.

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

Unlimited Motors review
This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. Very, very satisfied with this dealershio
