2021 Acura RDX review
Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

2025 Ford Bronco Sport review
I have had my Bronco Sport Big Bend for 6 months now and has far exceded my expectations! It is amazing in winter conditions of snow and ice, has a great power boost race mode which amazes me since mi e has the 1.3L engine. I average 30mpg without babying it and seat comfort, space, sunroof/moonroof is great. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a 4×4 SUV.

2024 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

2023 Ford Bronco Sport review
Bought new. 50k on the odometer. Nothing of any concern has happened and Ford has a generous 10k miles between maintenance intervals. Stock tires on the Badlands did not last anywhere near their projected life. With the new tires I’m getting around 28mpg now. The badlands GOAT modes have gotten me through a lot of OHV trails and forest roads. The suspension articulates well. Anything I’ve dared to ask it do it has done.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.

2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

Nissan ROGUE S trim, no sunroof, FWD. 14/15 year model, 7 seater. So, you are here because you are about to buy one and mix of 1 star to 5 star reviews makes you nervous. Don’t be nervous , just don’t, because you’re about to buy the best SUV on the market for that years and read: Here is how to buy it and not regret about purchasing it: Mainly because of ZERO GRAVITY SEATS. ITS PURE MAGIC!!! Short story first: We bought it used with around 60.000 miles back in 2019. At that time I was a mechanic but not yet ASE certified lol. So I was very nervous about our purchase - all my bank money was about to be gone for the car - didn’t use bank credit. AND I STARTED SEARCHING, SEARCHING AND SEARCHING AGAIN. Let me share my experience: I knew that the main problem was CVT. How to verify that it’s good before purchasing the car? BYU an OBD dongle VEEPEAK as example (not a Bluedriver!) Aquire an Android phone or tablet. Download CVT50 and pay the Full version $4.99 as of 2026 (later in your mind will sound like “FREE 99” lol) YouTube how to use it. Install dongle to desired car, connect to your android (no iOS arrrrr), start the car. Find deterioration counter in app by clicking “read CVT” IFyou see something above 1500 - JUST RUN. It’s that easy. Actually app shows red flag and sign “Transmission failure” if it’s above 3000. Once you acquire the car - do whole transmission fluid change with filters replacement and wiping bottom pan inside (flush if you want, but better not to… Actually you can do it by yourself within 2-3 hours at your driveway. Make sure: USE ONLY AND ONLY OEM NS-3 FLUID AND OEM FILTERS there is 2 of them in the transmission. When you will install the transmission oil pan back - DO NOT OVERTORQUE THOSE BOLTS!!! We got lucky and it was only around 90 on ours. So technically in supreme condition. So far after 6 years being lucky 3rd owner: 1. AC fan replaced by myself with used. 2. Major leak inside the driver side from rain - known recall was honored by Nissan thanks to JAMES PUGH - GOD BLESS HIM!!! at Nissan global HQ and fixed at/by local Nisan dealership. 3. Tailgate bulbs replaced. This is it. Oh forgot OEM oil filters and Royal Purple only 0w-20 every 5k miles. I knew the guy who drove all possible cars from one auto auction to another around 100k ride on daily basis, and he said, that most comfortable seats only Nissan have among all cars even M, AMG, GTI, R, RS and many other combinations of fancy letters top tier cars. 2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

2020 Volkswagen Tiguan review
This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.
