I’m 54 years old and this is the most fun vehicle I’ve ever owned. I’ve always been a Chevy owner. I’ve had everything from a Corvette Z06 and Camaro SS to a Colorado ZR2 and this is the first time I have looked for excuses to drive a vehicle. It handles great, super comfortable and fun. Plus it looks great! It’s been every bit as reliable as any other car I’ve owned. Let’s talk fuel mileage… I’m averaging 29 mpg in the city.

I have purchased 3 Porsches now from Sam Core. This last transaction happened over the past month. I was looking for a specific Macan GTS. Sam did the leg work and I took possession of the Macan 10 days ago. Sam never fails to deliver. The entire crew at Porsche Stratham are a delight to work with.

This is the 3rd vehicle both new and used that I have purchased from Portsmouth Ford and the used car center. Each time it has been transparent, quick and fair. Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

What a relief to go to a dealership that didn’t pressure me for a sale. I worked with Cheryl, told her my budget and was not pressured to go over. She was friendly and professional, as was everyone that I met there. This was the first car buying experience that I ever came away feeling good about. I am looking forward to using their service department and bonus points for having a dog wash room! They have earned a lifetime customer!

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Vehicle went in for 15,000 check with I thought was a minor question. After 1 1/2 hours Bret came into the waiting room to explain the techs findings and solution. He let me know it would be another 1 1/2 to finish and continued to offer a ride home. Very efficient and thorough with explanations and very kind knowing the time it took. A huge thank you to both the technician and Bret!

Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

We bought an XC60 5 years ago from the dealership and Mike Coogan was our contact. He was rather new but he knew his stuff. We told him that we’d see him again. Guess what? Saw him last week. And yes we are now proud owners of an XC90. He has complete knowledge of the different Volvo models and he makes sure you are satisfied with his answer. But the best part of his presentation is that there is no “pressure “ to have one make a decision right there. The question doesn’t come up. Mike is valuable asset to the dealership and stands high on the mountain of salespeople. We have bought 4 Volvos from the dealership over the years. Oh one more thing. He is one heck of a person.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

I had a great experience buying my new car at Tri-City Subaru yesterday. The salesman who helped me was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He had no problem answering my many questions , as I am the opposite of an expert on cars. Michael made it easy and not stressful and I had been feeling really stressed out about buying a car so that was a relief! The price was fair and the car is really well taken care of and super easy to drive. The lady Sarah, who helped me with the financing part of it was also great. Helpful and friendly. LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

Best experience this retired couple has ever had buying a vehicle. Masha was a knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure sales person. Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

Kevin Berry did an excellent job as always and communicated the results clearly. Logan Carney did a very good job with updates on progress and status of when the car would be ready.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

This is our second Jeep from Poulin. Our salesman, John Riordan is a great guy to deal with. The service department is excellent to deal with and is a big reason we came back for our second Jeep from Poulin. I would highly recommend Poulin.

Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

I found the elusive trim level of Jeep I wanted here and was unsure of how negotiations would go. I was more than satisfied with every aspect of my purchasing experience. My salesperson Johnny was extremely knowledgeable and the sales manager Jim was incredibly flexible. The whole process was low stress and I left with my dream Grand Cherokee. Thanks Key Auto!

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

Saw the truck I wanted, made an appointment vis phone for the next day. I was in and out in just a few hours with a trade in and financing. Great experience.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue SV AWD and it has always been reliable and never had any mechanical issues with it. I really believe the mechanical issues some owners experience comes down to regular maintenance being done. It’s a great looking SUV and it’s no wonder there are so many on the road.

Always had pleasant experiences, problems (when arise) were resolved quickly. Never really had a honest complaint. The wife (Ilene) loves this place!

Have had our 2022 for 8 months now. It's been great, the fit/finish and ride are superior, IMHO, then my previous CRV and Rav4 vehicles. The only thing I would like to see is a touch screen entertainment center rather then the manual knob. The interior is well laid out with quality accents, feel and quiet, again far superior to our previous SUVs. So far it's been mechanically sound with no issues and we are enjoying it very much.

Jake was extremely helpful with the buying process and got us in and out in a matter of hours. He explained with detail all the benefits Portsmouth Ford had to offer and even put my mind at ease when he mentioned their service plans! Never did I think buying a truck could be that simple. Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..

This is the second car our family has purchased from this dealership and Case. We had a great experience the first time and he followed up with another great experience. Everything was easy and Case goes out of his way to make you comfortable with the process. The whole team is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend them and ask for Case.

This car is so comfortable! The driver sits up high, with great sight lines in all directions. The seats are comfortable. The features are very intuitive. My car has automatic door locks so when I walk up to the car with my key fob, put my hand on the door handle the doors unlock. It has automatic headlight dimmer which works great. It has plenty of power for freeway acceleration. All wheel drives makes it great in snow. I’m very happy with this car.
