My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

Great customer service. My Kia Sportage drives very comfortably. Love the heated seats. Great for carrying large items cause you can put the back seats down.

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

So my name is Dan, and I live ion Cape Cod MA I was looking for specific type of vehicle, which is a ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie edition. Replacing the one I have. Car gurus when you’re doing a search looks everywhere. Including Ohio. I was sent an email from the Internet manager Julia W and then called by a sales person. Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I’m writing this review because Brennen and Julia his manager had a clear customer forward focus. They sent me photos of the truck on a lift for me to look for rust… As well as some detail photos for the paint and interior /- . can’t say enough good things About this dealership. I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

Great dependable car. comfortable driving, the 6 speed trans is awesome(same as in the wrx) so stop talking stupid. People who don't like this doesn't know how to drive a manual. handled great in snow, and remember you are controlling this car not the computer

Michael always does us right. Always has our best interest in mind. We’ve bought seven cars from him now. If there’s a problem, he always does his best to take care of it. The service department is very friendly as well as the finance people.

We bought this car brand new. One thing I don’t like is it has no spare tire, just an air pump. We don’t drive a lot. We have owned our car a little over two years and we have 5322 miles on it. Since we have had it the AC Compressor locked up, under warranty, replaced with new belt, then a front axle had to be replaced because the metal ring was put above the rubber boot, under warranty, the most recent our battery was dead, very cold winter, and a power steering module was draining the battery, under warranty. There is a recall on the computer screen, we never had an issue with it , but that was replaced. When we purchased this car we paid a good amount to have an extended warranty for 6-7 years after the Chrysler one is done. May be a good thing we purchased that. Everything is covered on this car, with the exception of maintenance such as brakes, oil changes, etc…. We love the car, handles nice, does well in the snow, and it looks good!!!! We have no worries, we have the warranty for the next several years. The Chrysler dealer we take it to are very nice, competent, polite fellows. I’m sure all makes and models Chevy’s, Ford’s, etc…all have manufacturing issues. Like I said this car handles nice, and looks good. I read in Italy they have Hornets as police cars. So we will give it a 4 star out of 5. Happy Motoring Folk’s!!!!!

I went for the annual emissions test and it failed because of the evaporator in the charcoal area. There is perhaps a weak voltage going into the system.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

Dave was our salesman and he was amazing. So friendly and easy to talk to. He understood our needs and worked very hard to help us find the right fit. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but if he did not know something, he spent some time to figure it out and showed us the next time we returned. We wanted to use our own credit union for financing to get the best interest rate possible. We felt a little pressure by the manager to try to use the finance companies through the dealership, even to the point that the finance guy was brought out to speak to us. We politely listened to what he had to say and declined his offer. When we came back to purchase the vehicle and had to sit down with him to complete the paperwork, he seemed a little put off and would not make eye contact with us. It felt like he was pouting because we did not allow him to try to get our car financed. Seems to me that should be something that he could shrug off a little easier than he did.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!

There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.
