2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

2019 Subaru Forester review
I recently had my car stolen and totaled. I actually work for the dealership and enjoy the work I do with the company. Mr krohn has been helping me out for the past month and a half with a car. Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. At the end of July I brought my nephew to find a car. He picked out a 2012 RAV4. We had the opportunity to deal with both brothers, Andrey & Dmitriy and let me tell you they were both courteous and honest. There were some things wrong with the RAV4, but that was not a problem for them. We picked it up the next day and it was perfect! They told us, any problems, you come back. The AC stopped working. We went back and they ordered the part which happened to be the AC sensor. They replaced it, no problem and no charge. I would definitely go back and buy another car.

2024 Toyota RAV4 Prime review
After years of diesel Mercedes use, this plug-in hybrid rav4 is mind blowing in comparison. 93mpg after 13,700 miles. I only put premium fuel in this car because i never know when i'll use the ice engine. 500 highway miles range with a full tank.

2020 Toyota RAV4 review
I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

2023 Volvo XC40 review
After only a month, I am truly "in love" with my XC-40. I wanted to get one a few years ago. However, Covid-19 got in the way. When it was finally time to upgrade this year, I did it and have not regretted it. Great ride, all the safety features I wanted, excellent ride and handling , above EPA rated fuel economy, roomy seating. Plenty of room for my golf equipment.

2023 Volvo XC40 review
This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

I do think they low ball the trade in offers they make and price their cars a bit higher than something like Kelly Blue Book would suggest. But their location is convenient, service is good and sales people are reasonably responsive. I had two minor problems with the Certified CR-V I recently purchased but after some diligent tracking of the sales person, both were fixed promptly and at no cost.
2020 Honda CR-V review
I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

2025 Kia Sportage Hybrid review
The features of sxp trim model is an exceptional value for the price. The interior space for a 6’3” person like myself is very comfortable, both leg and head space. Drive is very smooth for a compact SUV. Front windshield design provides great visibility. Seats are comfortable and provide excellent support. Good acceleration for its class. It’s not designed to be a sports car. The vehicle style and the Vesta Blue color is eye catching. I’ve only owned the vehicle for a week, money well spent if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Just pick the right dealership from which to buy. Do your due diligence and enjoy the ride.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.
2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.

The car has really nice performance and drives very nicely but a few quirks. First the manuals are only available digitally and in many cases it’s a complex game to find what you are looking for. The search function is not forgiving. In other cases the information is weak and missing key elements. Some settings are sticky (rain sensor for the wipers), others are not ( auto high-beams), with no rationale. The controls on the left side of the steering wheel are a mystery and the customization on the dash board view is either: show the map or don’t show the map ( which disappears when you shift into reverse). The sound controls for the radio are lacking: no fader or balance controls. Lastly, if you want your garage door opener controls integrated into the car, be prepared to shell out another $995.
