Steve Lee. What can I say about this wonderful man? Yes, I am actually talking about a car salesman. A few weeks ago, I went to the Ford dealer to pick up some parts I ordered. On our way back to our car, my daughter spots the all-new Hyundai Kona. One look and she was hooked. Steve saw us and came over to greet us with the warmest smile and a sincere handshake. He was as excited to tell us all about the Kona, as we were as excited to hear about it. He told and showed us all there was to know about the Kona, even let my daughter test drive the fully loaded Ultimate model. Steve listened to all of my daughter?s questions and soon they were talking about their favorite color combos and cool features on the car. Never once did Steve make us feel uncomfortable or pressure us into any direction. He was helpful, kind, listened and let my daughter lead the conversation. We had already taken up a lot of Steve?s time and it was getting late, so we parted ways and said we would be back in a few days, after the rain. I?m sure Steve thought he had seen the last of us, but we returned about a week and a half later. And true to form, there was Steve, with the biggest smile and welcoming arms for us. He made my daughter?s car buying experience easy and enjoyable. Not to mention that she loved the Kona so much, she went back 2 weeks later to buy a Tuscon. Unfortunately Steve had already left for the day when we got there. I wanted to wait, but my daughter has no patience. If you ever get the chance to meet Steve Lee, I encourage you to do so. I guarantee you won?t forget him. He makes the most genuine impression and you won?t forget that smile! 2026 Hyundai SANTA FE HEV review
Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

2022 Cadillac Escalade review
I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

2015 Audi Q7 review
We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

2019 Lexus LX 570 review
When I started thinking of a new vehicle, the LX 570 was my 1st thought. I drove a Lincoln Navigator for a week to test, and loved it. I looked at the BMW X7, the Range Rover, Mercedes GLS 450, Infiniti QX80, and the Cadillac Escalade. I hadn’t driven an LX or Land Cruiser in many years. I had 99% decided on the Navigator, but decided to go test drive the LX570. While the LX570 is smaller than the Navigator... after I completed the test drive I knew the LX570 was the winner. Its not as fast or powerful (horsepower wise), but in Sport mode it moves quickly. I have had my LX570 for 2 months now... and I absolutely love it. I hope that in the next 3 years that Lexus will release the LX as a fully electric vehicle.

2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

2017 Toyota Highlander review
I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. I highly recommend both the highlander and Alton Toyota dealership!

2020 Honda Pilot review
Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

I had been reviewing your cars on your website for about a month. I had favored a 2023 X2 on the site. I tracked it for about a month. When I finally had some time I decided to come test drive it. When I arrrived with my friend, we walked the lot looking at all the different cars. We were greeted by Alex Dimov while looking for cars. I told him that I was looking for a particular car and he pointed it out right away. He asked me if I wanted to test drive it? and away we went. While we were driving we had very pleasant conversation. He is extremely easy to talk to and he made me feel comfortable. Once we got back we decided to explore maybe purchasing the car. We sat down talked business, did a lil negotiating of price and a deal was made. I have to say Alex made the whole transaction pretty much painless. It felt more like a conversation than a negotiation. He knows how to talk to people and make them feel comfortable in what some might say a is a stressful situation. I didn?t feel any stress or being uncomfortable during the purchase process. Once a price was agreed upon Alex introduced me to the finance guy?. Sorry I forgot his name. He was also very easy to talk to and kept it stress free. While I was with him, Alex had the car detailed and fueled. When i finished with finance Alex walked me over to my new car handed me the key and took pictures for me. He was very helpful in explaining how to operate the car. Lots of bells and whistles I never used before. Alex was so patient teaching me. He actually help me set up the Apple CarPlay and a few other things. He let me know if I had any other questions or concerns I could call him for help. The next day he did text me to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed any assistance. I feel lucky and blessed he was my Salesman. Such a pleasant, stress free and almost fun experience because of Alex.

we decided to buy a 2026 glc300 1week before and concluded to start the purchase on 4/30/2026. I sent out e-price request to 3 MB dealer internet departments on 4/30/2026 ~6am. Danny Nguyen from House of Import replied my request with 3 2026 glc300 model/sale price options around 7:30am; it's very impressive. We went to the House of Import in that morning and met Danny. Danny and his team took us around the lot to check out the available 2026 glc300s. My wife selected the one she likes and back to Danny's office. It took about 30 mins to finalize the price and starting the process; Danny and his teammates is the most effective team I have even seen. 2016 Lexus LX 570 review

2023 Toyota Sequoia review
We bought this with 21k on it. It's a really stylish looking ride. We understood the rear cargo issues folks are having when we bought the vehicle. It works fine for us. The car came with a tow hitch and we have a carrier for that area to hall extra luggage. The fuel economy doesn't compare to the ratings given by the manufacturer, but for the size and power of the car it's quite good. We average 18 to 19 all the way around.. The car rides great for it's size and is very comfortable and the seats are very spacious. So far we are very pleased with this car. One note. Every person in the reviews talks of wind noise at 55MPH. It surely is a problem Toyota needs to look into. We like the car so much that we are willing to overlook this one issue. BUT it is a real issue. This is where the luxury of the car disappears.

2024 Toyota Sequoia review
I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.
