I was in for regular service and a repair and all of that was completed as expected / very well. It was easy to make the appointment online and the service rep, Oscar, kept us informed while they completed the work. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that the service department now adds a 2% credit card fee and I was unaware of it until I was paying. If I had known in advance, I would have brought my checkbook to avoid the fee. It seems like it would be easy for them to clearly convey that info during the scheduling and check-in process.

I purchased the Prius before it had arrived at the dealership; it was an out-of-state purchase; and the vehicle needed to be shipped to the west coast. All of the paperwork had to be done online and via FedEx, and the registration/licensing and taxes had to be arranged through both Virginia and Washington State. Frank was amazing!
