This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Legacy Ford had an “in transit” vehicle that I was interested in, and Sales Rep, Vanessa, kept me in the loop as to the arrival date. She even sent a video when it hit the dealership’s lot. I called and made an appointment for a transmission service for my truck. I dropped it off at lunch since my office is close to the dealership, this is the reason I originally began using Lone Star Chevrolet. I told my service advisor Jose Martell that I would like to pick up the truck after I got off work. I asked him if that was enough time to complete the service and he stated it would be ready for me at the end of my day. Jose was professional and very personable; he did a great job communicating with me throughout the entire process. I also liked that I received a video from the technician of a portion of his inspection during the service. The vehicle health report is something I really like because it allows me to see if there are any issues discovered during the inspection. With my vehicle being high mileage (232K), I worry about degradation of other components and with the tech's inspection, I feel reassured that things check out and that it is in good mechanical condition. I've used Lone Star Chevrolet in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. Great service at BMW West. Joanna keeps us informed about everything and makes sure all that needs to be done is taken care of quickly and for a reasonable price. The free maintenance and warranty work is done with no trouble or issues at all. Any recall notices (rare) are also checked by Joanna. I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

I very recently bought a 2025 LYRIQ from the Sewell family. I have exclusively driven Acura’s (10ea) for the past 15 years but decided to take the plunge and go all electric. Acura didn’t have a good option, so I did my research and settled on the LYRIQ as the best option balancing design, reliability, and the features I wanted. I tried a dealership in the far North Houston area and while they were nice, they lacked follow up when I decided to make a purchase. I then tried Sewell and am so glad I did. I have to say it was the most hassle-free experience to buy a new car in nearly 50 years of experience. My salesperson was Cailee Thames, and she was fabulous. She answered all my questions, and I very quickly got what I think was an exceptionally fair price, based on my research. I never had to go through the traditional drill of “let me get the sales manager” who then wants to upsell. I dealt only with Cailee. Since I needed my wife to come back and make the final decision, I was prepared to pay a deposit to hold it, but Cailee said that’s not the way they do business. A handshake held the car for several days before we could get back. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and focused on the customer. All the closing documents were done online and provided in print form. Of course, the car was flawless, inside and out. About a week after I got the car, I decided I wanted to get the Tesla charger adapter. I called the closer dealer, and they quoted me $400+ so I went back to Cailee who got it for me at $225, as we had discussed earlier. I live a long way from them and wanted it shipped to save the drive and expected I’d have to pay for shipping, but no, the parts department said they would take care of it, and it went out the same day. So, my bottom line is that the Sewell dealership does treat you like a “customer for life” from the beginning of the experience. I can highly recommend buying from Sewell, even if they are not the closest to you. And if you’re lucky enough to be assigned Cailee, you’ll be even happier .

This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

A very comfortable car to drive. On long trips the added features allow you to drive and be more relaxed when you get to your destination. If you are looking at the Navigator and are debating on the L go for the extra length and get the L.

Polite no haggling staff, team should be commended for their service. I did an online appraisal and was happy with the offer. I went to the dealer to have truck inspection, within an hour truck was sold, paid off and I was done.

Good experience, very nice handling and easy to manipulate all the features. Mine is the limited version and it is really a nice and enjoyable car. Not sure it’s the in 50 plus years of driving but it is darn close.

The salesperson, manager, and finance people that we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The negotiations went smooth and had a good experience.

We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

Trevor made the process super easy and fast. Glad we were able to get the truck with the liner and tinted windows. The service.is remarkable. I spent an hour and a half between the paperwork and getting to know the truck.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍
