I went and purchased a used 4runner from Hertz and it was EXACTLY what car buying experience SHOULD always be. I even got there a little bit earlier than the open hours but I was greeted right away by Joseph W., who from the very start, listened to what specifically I wanted and did not pressure me into anything that I didn't want/need. Joseph is an awesome guy to buy a car from. I am not a first time buyer, and I went expecting the classic annoying car salesman behavior, but never once, for even a second, did I feel like Joseph did not have my best interest in mind (That is something very strange in car dealerships). Once I was finalizing the deal and thought that the experience couldn't have went better, I even got a discount and free rentals just for being a Hertz Gold Member, awesome ! I would highly recommend Hertz, and more specifically this location due to its great team, to anyone buying a car who wants to know they are getting the best deal possible and working with truly honest people.

I'm 6', 200#; adjustable seat (Activ) makes comfortable, more leg room in back than my previous drive (2013Terrain). 6-7 mpg better than previous; beating expected overall mpg by 1-2 mpg. Will see how FWD compares to AWD Terrain this winter season. So far, more than extremely pleased.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

I am an active military member stationed in Virginia. I was in the market for a small vehicle for my Daughter who attends school in Arizona. As you know, car buying can be a tricky, complex, and at times be a downright sleezy experience. My situation was made a little worse due to my inability to actually travel to Phoenix to make the purchase. This meant that my wife and Daughter, neither of which has ever purchased a vehicle, had to close the deal. I reached out to several dealerships in the vicinity of I17 and Bell road, most of which had fair advertised prices. However, once I got into the details that determine the out the door price, the shady/sleezy part showed its head. Mandatory tint, mandatory paint protection, extra charge for warranty, extra charge for a cash deal. All garbage used to justify a lower advertised price and prey on clients with inexperience, low credit or low IQ. There was no way I was sending my family into that mess. One of the many discussions I had with the many dealerships was with a man name Brian Cruz at the Bell road Hertz location. From moment one he gave it to me straight. No haggle means no haggle. Can't adjust the costs to meet my budget. The deal advertised is the deal. We worked through the numbers and not only were they fair but they were also considerably lower than the competition. No kidding $2,000 less than the next nearest competitor for the same car and mileage. I know Brian doesn't get to set prices or sales policy at Hertz but he does get to be part of it. Thank you Brian and thank you Hertz for cutting an honest and fair deal from moment one in the process. I will recommend you to anyone in my circle of family and friends! Enemies can go across the street!

Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

If you are reading this review you, most likely are doing the same as I was a few weeks ago. I apologize in advance for the length of my review. But feel it is important and no, neither me or my daughter are associated with any dealership in this review except as a buyer. My oldest daughter was looking for a quality smaller ( my words not hers) suv. We looked at many pictures and read many articles, looked at specs, features and reviews she settled on 3 models by 3 different manufacturers. Next step was to physically sit in and drive all 3. We eliminated the first and went to the 2nd dealer. The salesperson at second dealership didn’t know their inventory. Sales actually said he didn’t think they had the model my daughter wanted to test drive. We pointed out two on the property and their reply was, “I thought that one was sold and I forgot about that one? I will go see if I can get keys?” His knowledge seemed very limited. He didn’t ask many questions. We like the car however, we did not feel comfortable with this dealership. On to the 3rd dealership. We asked the salesperson if they had a specific model in stock? Their reply was “we only have one” We said great, can we test drive it? next question was….Are you serious about buying one because I have to get it out of the showroom?” After hearing those words I wanted to just leave but my daughter wanted to sit in it and drive this specific model as we came from Tempe and Gilbert. My daughter opened her little purse, whipped out a business card from the dealership across the street said “well….. it’s between your model and a model across the street” the salesperson got the car but would not allow us to take it on the freeway. We wanted to evaluate freeway noise. The salesperson never asked our names and had limited small talk and told my daughter about 2 option on this specific model. The model was not the right fit but part of that could be the representation. Perhaps the last 2 dealerships felt as if my daughter wasn’t a true buyer, however, if that was the case they could of asked a few simple qualifying questions and perhaps make a judgment but they didn’t. This leads me to Mercedes Benz of Gilbert. My daughter wanted me to look at some specific versions of the model she wanted. She talked to a lady named Felice. Felice actually returned my daughters call listened to my daughters wants, needs and desires and made suggestions and my daughter made a appointment for a Friday.To meet withFelice. She was by far the most knowledgeable of all the sales advisers we had met. She asked questions to make sure we all were on the same page. I for one appreciate this as I do not like wasting my time going in a wrong direction, especially on a Friday. Felice was not only knowledgeable but appeared to be friendly and sincere. We found the car that spoke to my daughter ( her words). Felice asked good qualifying questions of which my daughter had no problem or hesitation answering. We came to a meeting of the minds. I have bought more cars than I can remember, of very different varieties but I need to say, so far this was a feel good comfortable buy. Next step was paper work, ok.. I honestly thought this was going to be where the deal could go sideways, we went to the office of a man named Claudio. He explained different option my daughter could purchase or not. He explained in a no nonsense way. Some absolutely made sense others not so much for this specific Mercedes Benz. He wasn’t pushy or arrogant he simply explained the features and benefits of the options. I have walked out more than once at this stage especially when I was young and I would need financing. But everything we were told by Felice was said by Claudio. In summary this is a well organized, friendly business one I will highly recommend to my family and friends Great experience!

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

I actually have not been able to get to this location as of yet, but so far, the attention I am getting from the staff is great! I've been needing a "new" car, and they have what I want in stock....it's all just a matter of symmetrics now. I look forward to dealing with them in person when I find the perfect fit for me there.

This vehicle is so beautiful, the space is perfect. The modifications in the car are amazing. The vehicle drives very smoothly, perfect to take on a road trip.

I was looking for a very specific car; year, model, color, trim and found about 10 available in the country and none in my state. After a couple bad experiences I found the car at Goldies. I could not have been happier with the experience. I worked with Adam and John who were responsive, even given the time zone difference (often replying to questions well before or after local hours), helpful and best of all for an inexperienced long-distance shopper, familiar with that process and made it easy and anxiety-free for me. They even coordinated shipping, which also went smooth. Best of all, they continued to be supportive after I had received the vehicle in terms of title and registration support where it would have been very easy to just move onto the next sale. My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

I came to Acura of Peoria looking for a specific used vehicle from their website. We were greeted by Victoria, a new salesperson of the dealership. She was very friendly and pleasant and showed us the vehicle quickly. We went on a short drive and began the purchase process. Since Victoria was new, she had help through the process from some of the other staff, all of whom were also very friendly and helpful after Victoria introduced them. They went above and beyond to make the transaction quick and stress free and explained all the paperwork I needed to fill out. I was driving my “new to me” vehicle off the lot in about 2 hours. I had the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had at Avondale Nissan. My salesperson Trudy was not pushy, and didn't waste my time showing me something I didn't want or couldn't afford. She was straightforward and knowledgeable. The desk manager was very polite and helpful. I told them both what I was willing to pay, and they worked with me to make that happen. No haggling or hassle whatsoever. I was there for about 3 hours with my two small children and everybody was so nice. People coming up just to say hi to my kids, to offer them candy or a snack. Really good people here at Avondale Nissan. I am happy to have walked out with my new Altima.

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again
