I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

I bought this car brand new for $15,800 and this has been an absolutely great car now !06,000 miles and it still runs great. Only a couple of repairs. during that time. I have gone across the country several times.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

The best way I can describe this dealership from both sales and service is to say that it is the way customer service should be done. The values placed on the consumer is something both old world in terms of respect, and new world in terms of how to manage the experience and maintain long term relationships with their consumer. My vehicle was bought used and needed service six months after purchase. I must commend both the service writer Jessiel Cortez and the service manager Krista Polito for their professionalism and kindness above all expectations. I am immensely happy with my decision to both buy my vehicle from Sewell, and trust their service department to manage my automotive experience. To put it simply: I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else for a car.

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

This vehicle is so beautiful, the space is perfect. The modifications in the car are amazing. The vehicle drives very smoothly, perfect to take on a road trip.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I'm 6', 200#; adjustable seat (Activ) makes comfortable, more leg room in back than my previous drive (2013Terrain). 6-7 mpg better than previous; beating expected overall mpg by 1-2 mpg. Will see how FWD compares to AWD Terrain this winter season. So far, more than extremely pleased.

2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.

I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

We got a slightly used Ecosport 2.0 liter for driving around town. With the exception of a fluky failure of a CV axle at 24,000 miles it has been fine. That was fixed under warranty. Due to unforeseen circumstances this became our primary vehicle and we drove thousands of miles across the country, Gas mileage isn't good but it goes great in the snow due to the 4WD. We're satisfied and it has been a good value for the money.

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season

This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

2023 Taos really fits. Even having the S model. The SUV looks slick! Gas mileage is pretty darn good! And the response for a 4 cylinder is great! Really happy with my purchase! Best looking SUV youll find in the $25k-$30k area!

This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Most comfortable car I have ever driven. My 6th BMW. So easy to get into tight parking spaces. Brakes a bit tight- need to get used to!
