I was looking for a reliable car and I visited a couple of dealerships before stopping by Honda Culver City. Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

On Friday, May 9th, my daughter and I visited the dealership and ended up leasing a new vehicle (the Kia K4) after trading in our 2016 Kia Optima. Sales Consultant Trevor Payne was very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. The service we received from Finance Manager David Kim was outstanding as well and made dealing with all the paperwork effortless. It is such a cliche to say that a business treats you like family, but honestly the staff at Kirby Kia of Ventura really do just that. I have never felt like just another customer. This is the fourth car I have purchased from Kirby Kia. They really make it nearly impossible for me to consider taking my business anywhere else.

I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

Performs flawlessly but charging technology is badly designed and takes too long. If Kia had their own chargers like Tesla, that would be better. But they don't.

Having and appointment made it much easier knowing my service might need a few hours to complete. Constant update via text was also courteous while I had breakfast down the street.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

We recently purchased a 2026 Kia Carnival Hybrid from Kirby Kia of Ventura and loved how helpful and honest they were. We worked with Guillermo and Samantha. I had called different dealerships to just get realistic quotes and was very impressed with how honest and clear their quotes are. We ended up going with this dealer as well because they were so helpful with all the details- they were fair with what they offered us for the vehicle we wanted to trade in, we didn’t want to drive 2 hours away to go to their dealer so they offered to deliver our car for a fee. Rudy, who delivered our car was very helpful when we were signing papers. David from Finance was also very clear as he went through the paperwork with me over the phone the day before the car was delivered. I owned a 2023 Kia Seltos S, color Neptune Blue. I put 72000 miles on it doing UBER. The original tires it came with lasted me 65000 miles. Nothing went wrong other than the horn went out, which Kia fixed for free. It rides SMOOTH. I had TONS of compliments from my riders. They loved the space. It was easy to take HUGE packages and bags in and out and pick up people from airports and bus stations. It's one step down from their Sportage and worth the money. I just upgraded to a 2025. Guess what I bought? Another Seltos. These are amazing vehichles that don't get enough credit. The newer models have mood lighting. They have one touch and you can open the trunk. Some have leather seats and power seats which I now have. Everyone loved the color. So yes, buy a new kia in confidence. They also have Kia Connect now and you can find your car and immobilize it IF IF IF it gets stolen. Kia will go get it for you through their connect app. They also offer to install lojack. Go for it.

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again
