The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. Amazing car that will literally drive you anywhere from point A to B all by itself. Very comfortable and relaxing and fast acceleration as well!

The Tesla driver interface is unique, but becomes second nature and pretty good in just a few drives. Interior is very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, but a bit sparse for the price point. Performance is great but the inability of virtually all EVs to meet their EPA range estimates without going downhill with a tailwind is disappointing. Charging at home is great. The Tesla charging network works very well as does the Tesla app on your smartphone. We have seen none of the build quality issues others have previously noted. Tesla customer support for us has been good and responsive as we’ve worked through questions and bought accessories. Overall, with weight and aero being determinants of EV range, the Model Y is a very well designed vehicle. Aero drove the exterior design and weight the interior. The resulting looks are either something you like, or not, but for their purpose, they work. Right sized and shaped outside, very spacious inside. Recent price cuts made the value decision one we could live with. Compared it with every other EV of its size and very happy with our choice.

This review is for the customer service I received late in the evening by Jason, Russ and Chris although we didn't come into an agreement to a purchase price they were all a great team to meet. Thanks Jason, you were very knowledgeable and clear in explaining the different trims available for the Grand Cherokee, your patience was exceptional in that I asked many questions to have a better understanding and you demonstrated and test drove various options available at the location. I didn't feel rushed, hassled or ignored. Thanks Russ for explaining the possible purchase options with what can be adjusted with whats available. One of the best cars I owned. With recent price reduction on Teslas, this car is excellent value. First of acceleration does not get old. Puts a smile on my face every time. One pedal driving is fantastic once you get used to it. So many different features and you get more with every update. This is so cool to own car for 6 month or longer and still get new features. I’m assuming they had some quality issue with early models. Mine is 2022 and fit and finish is excellent. All works as advertised. I was a bit skeptical about getting a Tesla myself due to so many negative comments. But my personal experience is excellent. No rattles. Love using my phone as a key. So convenient. Audio system is one of the best in business. Give Tesla a try and you will not be disappointed. Range is plenty for daily city driving. Saving ton of money on gas. Convenience of charging at home. No more Costco gas station lines. Time will tell, but as far as I understand this electric engines are much simpler and this more reliable in a long term.

Tim is the best service manager at Lexus Santa Monica, he's funny, always happy and chipper, always eager to help in any and all ways. Tim hears me out, never disregards my comments and always makes sure my car is fixed smoothly and quickly.

Emily Anderson did a great job helping put me into a new lease on short notice...and although a relatively new vehicle some issues developed within the system and Frank Perri in service took great care of getting my CLA back to normal

They were very helpful and transparent about the cars we looked at. The process was very smooth. Did not try to guilt you into any other add ons that a big name dealership usually does. Would recommend to anyone trying to stay within their budget!

I went in with what I thought was a deal in hand and agreed. Unfortunately when I arrived I was told financing would have to be through Toyota. Which I had already explained I would not be doing. After I left thankfully the manager called back and set me up with Beto who was no nonsense. Purchased the car and drove off in two hours.
