Cars2Us Fairfax review
I can't say enough great things about this dealership and the entire team. I recently purchased a BMW X3 M Competition from out of state, traveling from Massachusetts to Virginia, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. First off, this wasn't just any vehicle. It was a highly desirable X3 M Competition in an incredible color combination a hot car that was getting plenty of attention. Buying a vehicle like this from hundreds of miles away requires a certain level of trust, and this team earned mine from day one. They were extremely responsive, provided every photo, video, detail, and piece of information I requested, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. They accepted my deposit and agreed to hold the vehicle for approximately a week until I could make the trip down. What impressed me most was that they honored that commitment despite receiving multiple other offers on the car. As a Special Forces veteran, integrity, honor, and keeping your word are principles I take seriously. When someone gives me their word, I expect them to stand behind it. This dealership did exactly that. They could have easily entertained other offers, but instead, they stood by their commitment. That tells me everything I need to know about the character of the people I was doing business with. Their customer service went above and beyond the actual sale. They even offered to arrange an Uber to pick me up from the airport when I landed. They also offered to have the vehicle shipped directly to me in Massachusetts, which is a fantastic option for anyone purchasing from out of state who can't make the trip. And speaking of being a car guy, I know exactly what I want when I'm buying a vehicle, and I absolutely hate wasting time. I don't want to spend half a day sitting in a dealership, dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth, surprises, or games. I came with my own financing already arranged, and these guys respected my time. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I drove away, I was there for maybe one hour total. That's how buying a car should be. Most importantly, the vehicle was exactly as described. No surprises, no disappointments, no excuses. Everything they told me about the car was accurate, and everything they promised was delivered. I've dealt with plenty of dealerships over the years, and I can tell you that this level of honesty, efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail is not something you find everywhere. They didn't just sell me an incredible vehicle. They demonstrated integrity, respected my time, and earned my trust. To me, that means more than any sales pitch ever could. Whether you're local or buying from halfway across the country, don't hesitate to do business with this team. They'll provide the information you need, help coordinate transportation, arrange shipping if necessary, and make the entire experience as seamless as possible.

Great vehicle. Carries all the gear for construction or camping. Added rack for handling lumber. Too easy! Exceptional reliability on and off road. Solid highway truck, smooth and stable. Solid off road, tough and handles 4 wheel areas with ease. Awesome truck!

I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

2017 Toyota 4Runner review
I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

Genesis of Chantilly review
I found my sales person to be rude and didn’t listen well to what I wanted. He would cut me off when I was speaking and it felt like a debate about who knew the most, or what I expected; him or me. He also questioned my military service because “some folks say they are but they aren’t”. My retired husband had to explain to him customer service protocol. I really didn’t want him to get my sell. They left all sort of stickers and plastic on the vehicle. I haven’t heard from them since my purchase even though I was told there would be a visit in a week after my purchase.
2023 Toyota 4Runner review
Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

2018 Toyota 4Runner review
Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

2018 Toyota 4Runner review
Typical reliable Toyota vehicle. The only problem I encounter is the braking system. of my last 4 suv's, 2 of them being 4runners, I have always got 100,000 miles out of my front pads. I'm on my second set on my 2018 with only 50,000 miles. I think the calibers on the newer models are defective actually. They just don't feel right.

2011 Toyota 4Runner review
Bought my 2011 limited used with 84k on it. Beautiful suv. Got talked into Toyotas factory warranty for 3 year 36k miles. Was told it covered everything like it was a brand new vehicle. Then first oil change struts and shocks were leaking. Guess what. NOT COVERED. HAD THE XREAS SYSTEM. Dealer wanted 5k for the front and another 3k for the rear. Then the belt tensioners went. Guess what. NOT COVERED. Trans hesitates 5 seconds or so shifting into drive from time to time. Dealer says there is nothing wrong with it. I’ll bet after the warranty expires they will find the problem. All in all nice suv but be prepared for some pretty pricy repairs. Don’t waste the 3k on a warranty since nothing seems to be covered. I thought Toyota built a better vehicle. Had less problems with my Chevy and dodge which were cheaper to fix. Every oil change they manage to find 3-5 k of repairs needing to be done. Funny since I bought it with 84k as a certified pre owned and it now has 94k after 2 years of owning it

From the very first phone call Ahmed was just great! He had the truck we were interested in ready and waiting for us to checkout and test drive. He made the buying process a breeze and even had a replacement part for a tire sensor that was bad (which was the only issue with the truck.) If you're looking for an honest, straight forward and stress free car buying experience make sure you check out Ahmed and Nazzal Auto Group!
2010 Toyota 4Runner review
The BEST SUV Transportation vehicle that I have ever had, typical Toyota quality with the typical maintenance costs. BEWARE the TRD Edition of when a strut goes bad....THOUSANDS OF $$$ TO REPAIR, NOT JUST REPLACE A STRUT !!!!..HOWEVER, MY MISTAKE, I purchased this to replace a Chevy Tahoe that pulls a trailer....this IS NOT a replacement for such. It is a 6 cylinder SUV for a family NOT A WORK TRUCK.

CarGet Motors review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my Lexus RC350 F Sport from Carget Motors! From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism was top-notch, and the entire inventory was incredibly well-maintained. Finding the exact spec I wanted was a breeze, and the car was presented in pristine condition. A huge shoutout to Marino, who went above and beyond to make this deal happen. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the RC350 and took the time to walk me through all of its features without making me feel rushed. His customer service was exceptional, making the entire buying process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. What really set this experience apart was how transparent Marino and the rest of the team were throughout the entire transaction. There were no hidden fees, no sudden surprises, and no typical dealership games. They laid out all the numbers clearly from the very beginning, which gave me complete peace of mind before signing anything. I couldn't be happier with my new ride and the outstanding service I received. If you're looking for a hassle-free car buying experience with a team you can actually trust, I highly recommend visiting Carget Motors and asking for Marino. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle!
2016 Toyota 4Runner review
It's the very last body on frame bullet proof SUV. It's built like a tank is great for all types of driving situations and here in Illinois where the roads are almost as terrible as it's governor it needs to be ready to drive over potholes the size of Pritzkers rear end and handle it. I've had no problems and plan on holding onto it especially now that Toyota has taken a turn for the worse with garbage 4 cylinder turbos.

Fitzgerald Toyota Gaithersburg review
We had a great experience at Fitzgerald Toyota. Our sales person, Andre Roales, was positive, fun, upbeat, and knowledgeable. He really made car buying fun which I didn't think was possible! We talked about the vehicle we were there to test drive, the other vehicles inside the showroom and Andre knew in depth knowledge on all of them and appeared genuinely enthusiastic about the vehicles. The Sales Manager, John Albright also interacted with us and was equally great to work with. John explained that Fitzgerald is an employee owned dealership and that was one of the reasons everyone we encountered was really invested in making our experience positive. From a buyers perspective, IT WORKS! Ultimately we bought a vehicle, with ZERO PRESSURE applied at any point. Imagine having a car buying experience that was actually easy, pleasant and the folks you work with honest and genuine. That is how our experience with Fitzgerald Toyota, Andre Roales, and John Albright went. Thank you Andre, John, and everyone at Fitzgerald Toyota!

I had a voodoo blue for 5 years, then unfortunately totaled it last week. I LOVED this vehicle…and I am a road rep that clocks thousands of miles monthly. Yes, it’s a bit of a gas hog, but it’s about the SMILES per gallon, not the miles per gallon. If you love a square body, uncomplicated icon of a vehicle…this is it. No other justification needed. I WILL be getting another. I’m a 4Runner fan for life!

Sheehy Toyota of LaurelReviews
Sheehy Toyota of Laurel review
I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid Nightshade from Tyler Willis at Sheehy Toyota of Laurel. I knew the Nightshade trim would be difficult to find, and I had contacted several dealerships before reaching out to Tyler. Rather than trying to steer me toward a different trim, he went above and beyond to locate and reserve the exact Nightshade I wanted. From the very beginning, Tyler was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He answered every question I had, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. When I picked up my vehicle, he took the time to walk me through the features, helped me pair my phone, showed me how to use the hands-free power liftgate and fuel door, and made sure I was comfortable before I left. What really stood out was that Tyler made it clear his support didn't end after the sale. He encouraged me to call him anytime if I had questions or ran into any issues with my new vehicle, which gave me a great deal of confidence. This is my second Toyota, and although I purchased my first one from a different dealership, I chose Sheehy Toyota of Laurel solely because of Tyler Willis. After this experience, I can't imagine buying my next Toyota anywhere else. Tyler has earned my trust, my future business, and my highest recommendation.

This is my first time going to this dealership to get my car serviced. I?d thought I?d try them out especially since they had a promotion going which made my decision. Had a nice no pressure service and that?s what I?m looking for. Their waiting room was nice and large with 2 sections and nice to have outdoor seating as well. I?ll be retuning there for my next service.

The perfect ride for someone wanting smooth handling and luxury finishes! Loved this ride and was sad to part with it but FINALLY was able to get my dream, Land Cruiser. This 4 Runner was perfect for long drives to the coast, a trip over the pass of daily commuting.

I've owned this car for at least a year now. And the ride comfort is better than they say. It is on the road I'm impressed with the off-road. Ability of this vehicle. Love the looks and the style. I was actually looking for a truck. When I bought this but I'm glad I made my decision for the forerunner.

These guys are very professional and give good advise to buyers. They don’t force what they want you to buy they let you decide independently and then give honest professional advice on your choice of vehicle and also clear guidelines on registration and after sales support. Being new to Maryland this has stood out for me. I highly recommend them and will definitely be making them my first choice whenever I’m on the market for anything motor vehicle related. Keep it up guys.
2011 Toyota 4Runner review
Steve from AZ with 2022 review...dude, you must have gotten one made on Monday or Friday as the saying goes. I'm on my 3rd 4Runner since 1995, and I am looking for another one now. Our oldest son totaled the 95 in 2003 in his senior year of high school, head on collision, and walked away without a scratch. We replaced it with a 2001. I rolled that one 2x in my 1st accident in Oct 2011. I got hit by wildlife and knocked off the other side of the road. I was doing good keeping it steady, but it wasn't slowing down, and I knew not to hit the brakes on the wet grass--I forgot my cruise control was on. So I rolled it 2x and hung upside down in the middle of a swamp until the police found me, but not a scratch on me. We replaced that one with a 1999, and I'm still driving it. It looks like xxxx cosmetically and the leather seats have been destroyed by the 7 rescue dogs that have been part of our family since 2012, but it has only stopped running once. I've had what I would call 2 major repairs on 3 4Runners. The brake booster and master cylinder last year on this 99, and some type of sensor down below the belt that caused a major oil leak and then it wouldn't start this past spring. The part was only $25, but I paid my mechanic neighbor $200 to do the repair instead of $800 for labor elsewhere. And it was already 23 years old and had 225,000 & 230,000 miles on it before those 2 things happened. And just FYI from an old lady, NEVER take a vehicle to a dealership to be repaired! I'm probably a bit older than you so I learned that lesson decades ago. Find a good independent mechanic and treat them like you do your Mama because they are an important person in this life. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with yours, but I have loved every single one of mine, and the thought of driving something else literally hurts my feelings. Hope you are blessed in whatever you drive now!

DARCARS 355 Toyota Rockville review
I recently purchased a vehicle from Darcars 355 Toyota, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The dealership was professional, transparent, and made the process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Daniel Carrillo (Gerson), who went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. His honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure I was completely satisfied made a huge difference in my car-buying experience. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly values its customers, I highly recommend Darcars 355 Toyota. Be sure to ask for Daniel Carrillo (Gerson). He will take great care of you. Five stars all the way!
2023 Toyota 4Runner review
We chose the 2023 4Runner Limited because of it's reliable 1GR V6 engine and the simple, tried and true, 5 speed transmission. And NO turbo! The interior is detailed and attractive with clearly reachable buttons and knobs for climate, radio, and touchscreen. The ride is much better than described in many reviews. We find that it is similar to our former GMC Yukon. The one downside is it's fuel mileage. In real world daily driving we're getting 18-19 mpg around town and 19-21 on the highway. Our Highlander gets 21-22 mpg in town and 24mpg on the highway. This is our 4th 4Runner so we know what to expect. Our 2004 is still on the road with 278,000 miles; going strong.

2023 Toyota 4Runner review
Just purchased by 3rd 4runner Limited. Love that Toyota is reliable and I like sitting up over looking traffic. Toyota's hold there resale value. I did not purchase the extended warranty, I've never used it previously and think it's a waste of money unless you pur a EV. Also, the dealership might try to get you to buy windshield coverage....it's already in my auto insurance coverage. Shop around for rates, usually a credit union has pretty good rates if your credit score is good. Dealerships generally run higher interest rates. Also, make sure you get 2 key fobs. Just offering some general buying tips.

Have not buy the Porsche yeah but I’m sure i going purchase it great car
2013 Toyota 4Runner review
I purchased this 4Runner new, have only driven it moderatelybut far back into rarely ever traveled areas — definitelyfar away from any crowds. I do all maintenance myself, and there is extremely little of that. I have only replaced the original battery once. It handles very well in all situations. I did and strongly do recommend getting the factory high quality stabilizer system. Mine is a 4x4 Trail Edition and I ever so greatful for that. That provides truly complete 4 wheel drive but only when needed. Being a car mechanic when young, a Marine Colonel and a retired Professor of Plasma physics and Quantum Electrodynamics, I carefully studied all vehicles and options far in advance. The Toyota V-6 engine is famous for its extreme durability as is every part of the vehicle. I did, as a possibly excessive caution, replaced the perfectly good radiator with a larger, no–plastic radiator possessing far better transmission cooler. Also being a private airplane pilot for over 65 years, I have long ago learned to be pro-active rather than reactive. Silicone hoses and best quality German full synthetic oil in engine, transmission and both differentials. The European oil standards are far beyond American and aggressive testing has proven that beyond any doubt. I have also replaced the cheapy passenger car tires and wheels with full beadlock, wider, negative offset wheels (all 5) with Toyo 8-ply rated 275/75–17" tires (34"), improved the factory shocks with King 2-¾" shocks & springs, et al. Yes, I also designed & built high quality fore & aft stainless steel bumpers to carry an 10mt hydraulic winch and double swing out locking rear bumper to carry 3 20 liter NATO gas cans, high lift jack, 4 traction panels and the oversized spare tire. The driving and riding quality is genuinely wonderful. This vehicle will out live both my equally fantastic wife and myself, as well as the next series of owners. Just nothing ever goes wrong with it (full skid plates help). To date, I have never known of a more practical, pleasant, reliable vehicle, and we have gone to some very 'dicey' places without any fear of getting stuck or damaged. I honestly have never even heard of any vehicle remotely as reliable and comfortable even for long trips as the 4Runner. I had a 1987 4Runner but the 4 cylinder engine, while excellent, was just not powerful enough, although I did much prefer the standard 5 speed manual transmission over the current automatic transmission. In approximately 400,000 miles over 27 years, I only replaced the battery twice.

2016 Toyota 4Runner review
I owned a Nissan Pathfinder and thought it was the best thing since sliced bread. I reviewed, looked over and test drove the 4Runner. Honestly and truly,I fell in love with the feature's,capabilities, the mileage capabilities because I have learned to tweak the computer a little. After 6 year's in Dec.,it looks almost as good as it did the day I bought it! I am very cognizant of the care my vehicle gets, and when the Dealer kept disregarding my complaint's about oily finger print's and oily body print's on my 4Runner,I fired them because of this, and the LIE THEY TOLD ME,saying that they no longer use Fender Cover's like they did when I bought it from them BRAND NEW! I FIRED THEM! Dealer prices are already in the Cloud's and with that price,I expect excellence at every level of service to my vehicle. I did have a Ceramic Coating applied when it was Brand New,and the shine is still so brilliant that I still get a Ton of Compliment's and stares from other SR5 4Runner owner's. The paint color is Midnight Blue Metallic. Thats a very pleasing feeling also knowing that I can pull up next to a little car,and he can see every detail of his vehicle and even the face of his passenger in the paint! This page is not long enough to say how much I am still enamored with this vehicle. It still has only 54000 miles on it and not even broken in! Always stay ahead of the curve on your Oil Changes and preventative maintenance and she just might be with you longer than your last wife?

2018 Toyota 4Runner review
Two reviews below clearly doesn’t understand how having a FRAME instead of a unibody means. Take your Ford Exploder, Honda pile, Jeep Grandcrappy and flush them where they belong. The 4runner has Solid rear axle, IFS with upper and lower control arms, and a real transfer case with low range. If you are looking to stay on the pavement and pay out the wazzoo for suspension repairs if you do hit the dirt. Then go ahead and buy those “cheaper” SUV’s. If you want a true and classic SUV the way they were first built, then the 4Runner is for you. Good factory ground clearance, yet can cruise to ANY destination. Yeah that’s why we defend these. That’s why they hold there value. That’s why there nothing else on the market that can compete. I hit dirt roads every day and sometimes I can’t tell if I’m on pavement or dirt. Super smooth suspension and dependability you won’t find in any other vehicle in its class. I’ll give a wave as I pass you on the beach while your buried in the sand. You will regret buying any other so called truck.
