I was in the market for a used car and did some browsing online. Contacted two dealerships about seeing similar vehicles and Landers Toyota responded immediately (the other dealer didn't contact me until 2 days later). Used but great low mileage, nice and well maintained, very clean...almost impeccable, runs awesome. It is my 3rd car from them and I’ve been very fortunate with the cars and service. Loved it!

Brandon took more time than anyone I had ever dealt with to answer my questions and look into certain questions I had about to pre-owned vehicle I purchased. Went from owning 4 FJ CRUISERS to a 4Runner. I am very satisfied with my vehicle, the way it looks, the color, the way it drives, the comfort. I still have to say the FJ CRUISER was my favorite vehicle ever.

In all honesty we, pretty much, bought it on a whim and are very happy with it. It rides wonderfully, has plenty of power and is loaded with lots of extras.

I was in the market for a used 2015 Honda Accord. They had the exact color and trim level car I wanted on their lot. Two reasons I would buy a car from them again: 1. Their price was the absolute lowest within a 1500 mile radius from where I lived. 2. I dealt with Heidi. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and I was in & out within one hour with the car. I purchased my 2016 4Runner SR5 4x4 last month and by far it's rugged and fun. Great for hauling kids and exploring the outdoors. My avg MPG is 16.9/gallon which was expected. It's comfortable, smooth, and feels like a truck.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! I trade in my crappy 2016 pilot to this bad boy. This 4Runner is perfect for my family of 5. We’ll be using this car for our outdoor adventures. We took it to Oceano Dunes for camping and off roading. It drives very smoothly. We like everything about this car.

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

This car met all my expectations. Plenty of leg room. Rides very smooth. Plenty of USB ports for the entire family to use plus a plugin in the trunk.

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

Haven’t had it long but it seems to be a solid vehicle that will meet our needs. Nice sporty styling inside and out. Had all the features we were shopping for. We are dedicated Toyota owners and this SUV will go along nicely with our 2015 Sienna...

I'm just going to talke about the only thing that was really BAD. My target time for delivery was 6am - 8am. My car showed up at 8PM. Hard to check it out in dark. I took the day off. And since it came so LATE that I had to call in sick the next day. (I get up at 3am for work) And the drivers door emblem was missing. Delivery drive said I had to prove it to him, that one was there when I nought th car, witch I did. He said there company would send me one. Yea RIGHT!!!

I got my 19 4runner Sr5 4x4 for specific needs as restaurant shopping and surfing, it has plenty of room for transporting cases of beverages, fruits and vegetables etc and also gives me the powerful 4x4 I need to get to my surfing secret spots when I'm not working, overall a phenomenal utility vehicle, is big, is strong, is sexy.

After dealing with a couple of local dealerships that left me disgusted and insulted, I decided to give on-line buying a try. I found the car I wanted on Vroom and then began checking every review on them that I could find. Most of the complaints had to do with getting the titling paperwork in a timely manner. I could deal with that if that was the main concern. So- I let Vroom know I was interested in the car and gave them information on my car as a trade in. They responded in 30 minutes with a guaranteed offer that was exactly what I was hoping to get based on Kelly Blue book.We decided to finance the remainder of the loan through our own bank as we got a better interest rate. Everything went beautifully! I was given the extension number of the associate that was assisting us and we were kept apprised of everything along the way. I mentioned the concern about receiving the titling paperwork (our interest rate could go up if we didn???t get the paperwork to our bank within 45 days). They had me talk to a person in their titling section who assured me she would make sure it went out as soon as possible. Delivery- Seamless! The truck couldn???t come to our house- no way to turn around-so he met us at Walmart (I love telling people I got my car at Walmart). He pulled my new car off, went over where some minor scratches were (I wouldn???t have seen them had he not pointed them out) , documented the condition of my trade in, loaded it up on his truck and DONE! My titling paperwork arrived the next day. I couldn???t be happier with the whole experience and will use Vroom the next time we???re looking for a vehicle.

Best I’ve ever had. It’s an off road model and rides like a full size car. Great truck for the money. Chevy and Ford don’t come close to the quality and reliability.

I needed an outside rear view mirror replaced on my ???98 Camry. After a mix up in the parts order, Eddie recommended I go to a salvage place for the mirror assembly. He even told me the name of the place. I went, found a rear view mirror assembly almost the exact color I needed. It cost me $11.12 (as opposed to $520! I tipped the mechanic who pulled the mirror $20.00. A friend put the mirror on my Camry in less than 5 minutes. He didn???t charge anything. I would have had to pay McLarty $125 for installation.. What I appreciate about McLarty is that they were honest and didn???t seem to be greedy to rake in the dollars and were willing to provide an alternative to the repair job. At least Eddie was. I was refunded the $76.00 it cost to order just the mirror alone through Toyota. So $645 vs $31.12 is quite a saving!

I love the exterior look of this SUV. It looks like a SUV and NOT a mini van! It is sporty and has enough power for me ;) I can imagine driving this vehicle for many years.
