House of ImportsReviews
House of Imports review
I had an excellent experience working with Josephine at Mercedes-Benz. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Josephine made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She was very responsive, answered all of my questions clearly, and handled every detail quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated that she respected my time and never made the process feel complicated or pressured. She is friendly, patient, honest, attentive, and truly understands what great customer service should be. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to make sure they have the best possible experience. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful and time-consuming, but Josephine made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She is definitely someone I would trust and recommend to friends and family. Thank you, Josephine, for your outstanding service! Mercedes-Benz is very lucky to have you on their team. I highly recommend asking for Josephine if you're looking for someone who is professional, reliable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nissan of Downtown L.A. review
My experience was wonderful from the time I walked in the door. Everyone was so helpful and patient.
2022 Toyota Corolla review
Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Everytime I bring my vehicle in for service I am greeted and attended exceptionally well. I tend to ask for Yuri, as she has offered me great customer service. She goes above and beyond her line of work. She patiently hears my concerns and offers her expert advice with a smile. I highly recommend asking for Yuri and going to this Kia of Carson. Keep up the great work 👍.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with this dealership. I’ve purchased four vehicles from them, and each one has been great. The person who helped us this time was Dj, and he was exceptional from the moment we met. The car is beautiful, and I’ve never had any issues with any of the cars I’ve purchased here. The customer service is always amazing.

Good driving car with many safety features. This is not a car for big people. The lady who is driving it loved the car and is excited about owning it and having it forany years.

Victor Ramirez was the person who assisted me in the purchase of my new camry. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with my purchase or with his helpfulness and professionalism in the process of my buying my new car. Victor was very informative and provided me with all the details of the car, the costs involved. He was very patient and understanding, answering all my questions and I would not hesitate to return to him for my next purchase or refer others to him for business.

JNB Motor Inc.Reviews
JNB Motor Inc. review
I searched at many places for the perfect used car. Chris was the most helpful by far. He met all my needs and was extremely helpful and informative. He had the car I was interested in all ready to test drive. Everything he had in his lot looked quality and was clean and ready to go. When it came to processing paper work it was so smooth and easy! There wasn’t all these “added fees” like I experienced at other places. Chris handled everything even down to DMV procedures. I prayed for this car searching process to go as smoothly as possible after loosing my car in a large car accident and Chris was my car angel! Could not be happier in my new car that drives like a dream✨

CarMax RenoReviews
CarMax Reno review
I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.
