Big Two Toyota of ChandlerReviews
Big Two Toyota of Chandler review
I worked with Phuong (online sales) to secure my 2022 Tundra. She was great to work with, and I got the vehicle I wanted. I worked with five other Toyota dealerships, and BigTwo was the best in terms of Customer Service and deal making. I live in Tucson and prefer BigTwo to my other local dealerships. Thank you Phuong!
2025 Toyota Corolla review
Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience at AutoNation Toyota Tempe! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was treated with nothing but kindness, respect, and genuine care. Everyone I interacted with made me feel comfortable and welcomed, and the whole experience of finding my car was so much better than I could have imagined. A HUGE shoutout to Tony, Alex, and Seth! 🙌🏽❤️ You guys went above and beyond to help me find my Camry, and I truly appreciate everything you did. You were patient with me, answered all my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and made sure I felt confident about my decision. You never made me feel rushed or pressured, and that meant a lot to me. I also want to give a BIG shoutout to everyone else around the building who helped me throughout the process. AutoNation USA Chandler review
I have nothing but praise for this amazing team! I went in with a 2008 vehicle that I was upside down on, not enough money for the down payment, and a credit score that was far from perfect. I truly didn’t think getting a newer vehicle would be possible. But they made it happen! I drove away in an AMAZING 2021 SUV! 🚙❤️ What touched me the most was how I was treated. Not once did they make me feel less than anyone else because of my credit or financial situation. They treated me like a five-star customer—honestly, they made me feel like a millionaire! The respect, kindness, patience, and genuine effort they showed me were unbelievable. A very special thank you to Husam (Sam) Aoufe, my amazing salesperson, and Tracy Brown, the Sales Manager who MADE IT HAPPEN! These two went above and beyond for me and turned what I thought was an impossible situation into one of the happiest days I’ve had in a long time. I walked in worried and uncertain, and I drove away in a beautiful 2021 SUV feeling like a million bucks! ❤️ Thank you, Sam. Thank you, Tracy. I will never forget how you treated me. You have a customer and a fan for life! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you're expecting a bit of haggling this is the place to go. We visited about 5 dealerships this time around, looking for a used car and 4/5 dealerships were no "haggle", not that we really had to haggle at this place. We loved the price and condition of the CR-V we bought at Showtime Honda to begin with so the experience went rather smoothly. Ali A. Was great, he expedited our purchase, he was honest and he was very accessible. Ali went above and beyond expectations, considering this was our 5th CR-V we looked at, we had a couple different requests right off the bat and he rolled with our punches throughout. My 9 month pregnant wife and I were both satisfied. About the haggling, they added on a clear coat for $400 we were not able to haggle our way out of, they rest of the add-ons were easily dismissed.

They were quick to reply to my question about the Tacoma I was asking about. However, after I told two different people that I was not interested due to have trim pieces that I was not interested in they continue to contact me to this about about it. Obviously they do not communicate well amongst one another.

Even though we ended up taking a deal at a different dealership the staff and salesman were especially helpful and very informative. We worked with Kaleb And he did great with everything. If you were in the market for Kias, could definitely recommend going to the dealership

Hertz Car Sales Phoenix Bell RdReviews
Hertz Car Sales Phoenix Bell Rd review
I went and purchased a used 4runner from Hertz and it was EXACTLY what car buying experience SHOULD always be. I even got there a little bit earlier than the open hours but I was greeted right away by Joseph W., who from the very start, listened to what specifically I wanted and did not pressure me into anything that I didn't want/need. Joseph is an awesome guy to buy a car from. I am not a first time buyer, and I went expecting the classic annoying car salesman behavior, but never once, for even a second, did I feel like Joseph did not have my best interest in mind (That is something very strange in car dealerships). Once I was finalizing the deal and thought that the experience couldn't have went better, I even got a discount and free rentals just for being a Hertz Gold Member, awesome ! I would highly recommend Hertz, and more specifically this location due to its great team, to anyone buying a car who wants to know they are getting the best deal possible and working with truly honest people.

Worked with salesman for a few days trying to trade in a car and buy one of theirs. Not too bad overall, but could not get a decent price for my trade. Stopped communicating presumably because my offer was not good enough. Would probably try again with different and more responsive sales person.
